Chapter 1501: Ainna’s Plan For Revenge
Chapter 1501: Ainna’s Plan For Revenge
Kent spent five days indoors to rest and recover from the exhaustion he had after the three paintings. The majority of that time was spent with Lene pleasuring him.
She made it known to Kent that they should hold off on their first time for now. Once they located Inaya, they could take that step.
Kent didn’t mind, so she only played with his dick the entire time.
Once he recovered and she had had enough, they decided to go out. By then, Fallon and Vika had also returned from the tower. Considering it had been five days since they entered the tower, they had spent 120 days plus in there.
This allowed them to catch up on a lot of things, helping them grow much closer than they were a few days ago.
Kent and Lene were happy for them. Since they had managed to take the first step, the next step, when they faced each other’s heart demons, they would easily defeat them.
Kent then told Fallon to contact Lady Annette and inform her that he wanted to meet in person. She did, and considering Lady Annette had been eagerly waiting for her call for the past five days, she was more than happy to accept Kent’s request.
Once that was done, they freshened up and left their room, making their way down to the lobby. Just as they arrived at the lobby, Kent stopped and turned his head to the left.
His gaze landed on two ladies having morning tea, oblivious to anything happening around them.
"What is wrong?" Lene asked, seeing her master stop abruptly.
Kent didn’t reply immediately. He first looked around the lobby for a few seconds before sighing.
"Nothing to be worried about, Lene. I felt an evil presence just now. Maybe it may have had something to do with what I saw in the painting,"
Lene hugged his arm and said:
"All the more reason to find Lady Inaya fast. Since she is the only one who can help you, finding her as fast as possible should be our priority."
"Lene is right. Once these paintings are auctioned, your fame will skyrocket. We can use that to gain access to a Teleportation Gate or a continental teleportation channel," Fallon also added, causing Kent to smile.
He had already briefed her and Vika on the main reason he came to Planet Brymrr, so they knew his mission was very important.
"While meeting the crazy lady is the last thing I want, I have no choice but to see her since she is indeed the only person who can help me."
Lene and the ladies smiled. Lene then said:
"You are only saying that because you haven’t yet recovered all your memories. Who knows, maybe you and she were the best of friends in the past. Maybe she is even the mother of your unknown child." The girls giggled, and Kent just smirked.
"That is a big maybe. For me, I know she was the crazy woman who tried to kill me 124 times simply because I declined to have a duel with her." Kent looked around, still sensing the evil presence.
Seeing he couldn’t find where it was coming from, he gestured for the ladies to leave. Soon, they were gone from the hotel.
A few minutes after they were gone, a glass standing on a table, placed before two beautiful immortals, shattered.
The purple-haired lady giggled. "Evil and crazy lady, huh. Looks like your prince charming is still hung up on your crazy youth."
The expression on Inaya’s beautiful face contorted into a deadly frown. Seeing this, Ainna laughed. "I guess coming with you was the best decision I ever made."
Inaya said nothing, but deep down, it pained her heart that Kent had not yet recovered all his memories of Jest. If he had, perhaps she would have felt good about the punishment she had prepared for him.
"He called me crazy, huh. I guess I will become that crazy lady again and teach him a very good lesson."
"How do you plan on doing that? You heard them; they want to cross over continents to find you."
Inaya smiled and snapped her finger, causing the shattered glass to reform, every fragment restoring itself to its perfect state.
"That is precisely why this will be fun. Since he seems to have become aware that using the sea to travel is dangerous, he plans to use the channel or the teleportation gates."
A grin formed on her face. "If I were to make it so nobody would grant him passage, he would have no choice but to take the sea. That is where my revenge would start."
Ainna looked at her friend for a few seconds before a smirk formed on her face. "Looks like you have become dumb after sleeping for two eras."
Inaya took no offense, since she knew that when it came to scheming, Ainna was second to none.
"Clearly, you saw how those two returned to his side. If I didn’t know better, I would say he possesses a pocket dimension or a treasure that allows him to come and go as he pleases.
If that is the case, then what makes you think he wouldn’t just run and hide when there is danger?"
Inaya nodded to her words, sensing a downside to her initial plan. If Kent could come and go as he pleased, then crossing the sea would, in a way, be simple. When danger threatened, he could slip away; once it passed, he would return and continue his journey.
If only they knew that, as soon as there was danger, entering the tower would become impossible, they would have gone with Inaya’s plan.
But unfortunately for Kent, Ainna already meant to hurt him, so now that she had the floor, she decided to come up with a very dangerous plan.
"First of all, I will find a way to temporarily cut his connection to whatever he has that allows him and his ladies to come and go.
But before that, you heard them mention an auction. Why don’t we follow them and see what they are up to first?
If he has something to auction, we first let him gain fame, but before he can make use of it, we crush him so hard that he has no choice but to use the sea.
I sense that the lady who was all over him is a demigod. This suggests he may have stronger backing in this life than in his previous one. This means he can call for backup.
Luckily, I have that artefact that can render him in a vacuum where calling for help would be impossible. At the end of the day, we want him to use the sea, because that is the only way we can reach him and force him to face his true despair."
Inaya continued to stare at her friend for a few minutes after she finished her plan. "Good lord, Ainna, when did you become this evil?"
Ainna smiled. "I had billions of years to think of the best ways to get back at him. You can say this is the easiest I can go on, considering he is a mortal at the moment."
Inaya just shook her head. After thinking for a few minutes, she nodded. "Let’s follow your plan. First of all, make it so he cannot call for backup and cut his connection to his pocket dimension."
Ainna nodded, knowing her evil—errh, genius — plan would soon cause Kent to despair.
