"This is no battle. This was a massacre," Alina muttered, looking at the charred remains of some people, some even being children.
Vexthra’s eyes turned dark, but Unity was by her side to pull her back. She sighed and thanked Unity before turning to Ingrid.
"Can you see them?" she asked, pointing in a certain direction. "They went that way."
Ingrid activated her Void Eyes and pierced through the void. In no time, she saw what she was looking for.
"They are 4 miles away from a village, 23 miles from here. If we leave now, perhaps we will be able to catch up to them before they completely massacre the village.
There are over 2000 people in the village. At least we can save some of them"
"What if you were alone to go after them? How fast can you get there?"
