Chapter 1841: Fen Hongyi and Shiwang Zhizhu's Arrival
Chapter 1841: Fen Hongyi and Shiwang Zhizhu's Arrival
Another week passed.
Fen Hongyi and Shiwang Zhizhu finally arrived at the Forgotten Starfall Domain, and the two of them headed straight for Ling Yun's residence.
As they entered the residence, they looked toward the training ground. They saw the little immortals busy training there, with Sheng Ai always monitoring her little siblings.
"The oldest among them is Sheng Ming's daughter."
Fen Hongyi agreed with Shiwang Zhizhu. "I wasn't surprised to see the other three, but the twins really surprised me. They should be Huang Hao's sons because their auras are the same, and they are immortal beasts like their mother."
"Everyone has long known Huang Hao's feelings for Long Hun, but he has long been dead." Shiwang Zhizhu felt a little strange when he remembered the relationship between the two people. "Ling Yun is his sole heir, and he will become the next Primordial Chaos Dragon in the future. Something must have happened without us knowing; otherwise, she wouldn't have given herself to him."
Fen Hongyi nodded in agreement; she still clearly remembered Huang Hao's character and feelings. Her feelings for Long Hun were too deep, and she chose to isolate herself after his death. Yet, she suddenly decided to give herself to Ling Yun, and she even gave birth to twin sons for him.
"The two little girls should be the daughters of Dongfang Qinzhi and Hua Xianren."
"I'm not surprised that Hua Xianren decided to become Ling Yun's wife; she has been interested in him since the mysterious tower, and she was the first to go to the Primordial Realm." Fen Hongyi paused. "However, Dongfang Qinzhi's decision was surprising, and we never heard anything about their relationship before."
"Haha," Shiwang Zhizhu laughed. "I remember Dongfang Qinzhi and the other two coming to this residence when Sheng Ming gave birth to her daughter. At that time, I wanted to visit her too, but I put it off because I wanted to break through to the Pseudo-Supreme Realm as quickly as possible."
"Me too." Fen Hongyi nodded. "Unfortunately, my cultivation is still quite far from that stage, and I don't know when it will break through. How far is your cultivation from that stage?"
Shiwang Zhizhu rubbed his chin. "If I cultivate in the Primordial Realm, I might break through in the next ten years. If I can stay in this residence and utilize the time formation here, I can break through in the next year or two."
"The time formation here makes the flow of time ten times faster than outside, but the qi here is much lower than in the Primordial Realm." Fen Hongyi turned to him. "Unfortunately, we can't use all our strength if our cultivation breaks through to that stage, and we have to seal it and maintain it in the Immortal Supreme Realm."
Shiwang Zhizhu released a soft sigh because Huang Lingzhu had already warned them about the matter. If they used their full power after their cultivation broke through to the Pseudo-Supreme Realm, they would cause an imbalance in the universe, and Chaos would immediately appear to stop them.
"Uncle! Auntie!" Fen Hongyi and Shiwang Zhizhu looked at Sheng Ai, who was flying towards them. "Are you two also my mother's friends?"
Shiwang Zhizhu crouched in front of her and rubbed her head. "Seeing you like this reminds me of when Sheng Ming was little, little girl."
"Uncle, my father gave me a pretty name, so you should call me Sheng Ai or Little Ai."
"Haha," Shiwang Zhizhu laughed. "Alright, I'm sorry. I won't call you little girl anymore. How old are you now?"
"A little over seven years." Sheng Ai looked at him suspiciously. "What's your name, Uncle? Why do I feel a powerful darkness element in your body?"
Shiwang Zhizhu smiled. "Your mother and I are two polar opposites, Little Ai. People gave your mother the title of the Life Goddess because her light element is very strong and pure, and they gave me the title of the Lord of Death because I have a strong and pure darkness element."
"Oh." Sheng Ai's mouth formed a big O. "You have the darkness element, but I can't sense any vile aura from you, Uncle. Compared to you, my father's vile aura is much stronger, and sometimes I feel afraid of him because of it."
Fen Hongyi chimed in. "Even though he has the darkness element, he is different from those devils and demons. Thus, you don't need to be surprised if you can't feel the vile aura from him, Little Ai. By the way, my name is Feng Hongyi, and people give me the title of the rose immortal."
"Wow." Sheng Ai's eyes sparkled. "Why did they give you a title like that, Auntie? Are your abilities related to roses?"
"Smart." Fen Hongyi stretched out her hand, and a bouquet of red roses appeared in her palm. She handed it to Sheng Ai. "You can keep them, and they will never wilt."
Sheng Ai accepted them and sniffed them. "These roses really smell good, Auntie. Will they really never wither?"
"You don't need to worry about that." Fen Hongyi rubbed her head. "They will never wilt, and their scent will give you a sense of calm."
"Hehehe! I like them, and I will keep them in my room." Sheng Ai pointed to the Eastern Garden. "Aunt Lingzhu and Uncle Jiangjun are there."
Fen Hongyi and Shiwang Zhizhu looked in that direction. "In that case, we'll go there now, and you should continue your training with your little siblings."
"Yes." After Fen Hongyi and Shiwang Zhizhu left, Sheng Ai flew to her room to keep the bouquet of red roses.

.
.
"You two arrived sooner than I expected." Huang Lingzhu immediately touched their foreheads, imparting the Yin-Yang Soul Refining Art to them. "You guys should read the technique carefully first, and you can start reshaping your soul spaces afterward."
Shiwang Zhizhu wasted no time; he immediately sat down in an open spot and began reading the technique.
Fen Hongyi pointed at Xing Jiangjun and Mu Xianyu. "Have they succeeded in forming their soul seas?"
"Xing Jiangjun is close to successfully forming his soul sea, but Mu Xianyu still needs more time."
"How long do you need to form your soul sea?" Fen Hongyi asked curiously.
Huang Lingzhu smirked slightly. "I'm different from all of you, remember? I managed to form my soul sea in a week."
"Sigh." Fen Hongyi sighed. "You are a freak! I shouldn't have asked you that. Where are Ling Yun's other children? Why can't I find them here?"
"They're down there." Huang Lingzhu pointed below them. "You should remember that Ling Yun obtained the Celestial Fortress, right? The fortress is under this residence, and his children live there with their partners. Alright, you don't need to think about useless things, and you should form your soul sea as soon as possible. Xie Zuzhou is on his way to this domain, and he will arrive in less than two months."
Fen Hongyi frowned. "How did Xie Zuzhou know about this domain? This domain was abandoned a long time ago, and people never came here after that."
"Yan Xian."
"What do you mean by that? Are you saying Yan Xian conspired with Xie Zuzhou?" Fen Hongyi frowned.
"I didn't say Yan Xian conspired with Xie Zuzhou," Huang Lingzhu told Fen Hongyi about Shijian, including her actions in capturing Yan Xian and Qin Dongwu.
"Then, why—"
Huang Lingzhu shook her head. "I can't save them from Shijian."
"Why?" Fen Hongyi didn't believe it because Huang Lingzhu was a primordial being, and no living being was stronger than her.
"Shijian is my predecessor." Fen Hongyi stared at Huang Lingzhu in shock, as she had never heard of Shijian before. "She was the first Time Lord, but Chaos was dissatisfied with her. He couldn't bear to eliminate her, so he imprisoned her in the Ancient Devil Domain, and he created me in her image. If the two of us met, we couldn't use our abilities, and Xie Zuzhou could kill me easily. If I die, this universe will die slowly because I am Time."
Seeing the seriousness in Huang Lingzhu's expression, Fen Hongyi didn't doubt her. "Then what about Yan Xian and Qin Dongwu? Will they die at Shijian's hands?"
"They won't die," Huang Lingzhu replied with a shake of her head. "Chaos needs them, and he won't allow Shijian to kill them."
"Chaos." Fen Hongyi muttered softly. "Does that mean Chaos deliberately handed them over to Shijian?"
Huang Lingzhu nodded helplessly. "Shijian has been imprisoned for a long time, and she needs immortal energy to restore her strength. She can't get it anywhere else, so she captures male immortals."
"Why didn't you warn us about Shijian before?"
"I can't."
Fen Hongyi nodded in understanding; she was certain that Chaos had stopped Huang Lingzhu from telling them. "Are you sure they won't die?"
"Yun Xian had once been in their position, and Chaos saved him when the immortal energy within his body was running low." Fen Hongyi was shocked again after Huang Lingzhu said that, as she had never heard of that incident before. "Alright, you don't need to worry about them since they won't die; you need to form your soul sea before Xie Zuzhou arrives in this domain."
"Are you going to kill Xie Zuzhou?"
"I want to kill Xie Zuzhou, but I can't do it. Chaos said Ling Yun needs his help in the future, so he has to stay alive until the final battle arrives."
Upon hearing this, Fen Hongyi asked nothing further. She sat beside Shiwang Zhizhu, closed her eyes, and studied the soul technique.
Huang Lingzhu sighed to herself and left the place; she headed to the Western Garden to assist the five little immortals.
