"Boss, I’m heading out." Ye Mo quickly opened the door and got out of the car, just as Bai Yan arrived. He smiled politely at her, "Hello, Commander Ye. Is Master Ye in the car?"
"He is." Ye Mo stepped aside, then returned to knock on the car window, "Boss, Major Bai is here."
Ye Xuan rolled down the window, speaking indifferently, "What is it?"
Bai Yan’s eyes held a trace of bitterness. This matter concerning her cousin really put her in a difficult spot. Seeing Ye Xuan’s attitude toward her, she knew, in his eyes, she was nothing, probably not even considered a friend.
"Master Ye, I need to trouble you with something. Officer Bai, who’s in charge of watching over Luo Ye, is my cousin Bai Xue. Can you let her off the hook?" Bai Yan didn’t beat around the bush, directly stating her purpose.
Ye Xuan looked at her expressionlessly, "This isn’t something I can decide."
"As long as you and Luo Ye are willing to speak on her behalf, that would suffice." Bai Yan’s eyes showed pleading, "My cousin is in her thirties, and her son is only six.
