With many hands, the ingredients were handled by everyone, and Yunyi just helped with the cooking. As the food went into the pot, Huo Jingrui took over the task of stir-frying, afraid Yunyi would tire.

The meal was satisfying, and when discussing the college entrance exam, Yunyi and Huo Jingrui offered lots of encouraging words, boosting everyone’s morale and energy.

After quickly cleaning up, everyone left with a brisk pace, thanks to Yunyi’s spiritual nourishment, all energized and eager to study late into the night.

Ye Wenhui, Wei Zijia, Qiao Wenyu, and Zheng Xuewen, though they hadn’t put down their books since listening to Yunyi’s advice, dared not relax even for a moment. Hearing more encouragement today greatly motivated them.

Seeing their eagerness to leave, Yunyi smiled and said, "Jingrui and I will go deep into the mountains tomorrow to find herbs, and we don’t know when we’ll be back, so you needn’t come here. Alright, go back and revise."

The two watched them leave before closing the door and heading inside.

The bedding was borrowed by Qiao Wenyu from the base, and Yunyi and Huo Jingrui had no intention of resting outside. They tidied up, closed the door, and entered the space.

Fortunately, both were skilled, plus the male-female pairing made the work light, so everything was quickly placed in the pots.

Once the pickled fish was stored in large bowls inside the space warehouse, Yunyi prepared the ingredients for fragrant pork ribs, instructing Huo Jingrui to stew them, then made two big pots of braised pork before stopping.

After tidying up, Huo Jingrui hugged her from behind: "When we return to the county, I’ll prepare some large bowls. Over these days, I’ll make more dishes to store in space, so when I return to the army, you have ready-to-eat food."

Yunyi leaned against his chest: "I have no objections."

Though the stone house in the space seems to be set up to prevent smoke from cooking, after a day of mountain excursions and cooking, they couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable.
