Reborn As Noble

Chapter 1241: Waiting for the Right Moment ( 1241 )

Chapter 1241: Waiting for the Right Moment ( 1241 )

Just as Gorak was about to say more, several footsteps echoed from the hallway outside.

“Hah! I bet it’s those lowly shitheads.”

The woman smirked, crossing her arms. “Surely it is them, Sir Gorak. Those must be the low-born scum you were complaining about.”

Gorak crossed his arms with a dark smirk, his eyes fixed on the huge double doors as they swung open.

A man in a dark robe stepped inside, followed by five girls wearing similar robes behind him.

“Ah~ No wonder they’re late. Heh…” Gorak smirked darkly. “If it isn’t the fifth and weakest hero who serves that lowly goddess Rafazelia. You were late because you took time to recharge your dick so you could fuck all those girls behind you? Huh? Jaigarrrrr~”

Jaigar narrowed his eyes and lifted his chin, his voice serious and cold.

“You should watch your mouth, Gorak. Mocking my goddess Rafazelia is not something I will tolerate. If you continue to look down upon her, I will use all my power to punish you and prove that I am not some weakling whose brain resides in his knees rather than his head.”

“What did you just say, trash?”

Jaigar chuckled darkly, his tone dripping with disdain.

“I said I don’t enjoy working with braindead, brainrot trash like you. If it weren’t because of the command of my beautiful Goddess Rafazelia, I wouldn’t even want to be in the same room as you. You have a stinky armpit, and your body smells like you haven’t bathed for months! I wonder how your Supreme Goddess Zeyrinda can even hold her breath while letting you fuck her. Or does she simply close her eyes and think of other heroes while you grunt and sweat on top of her?”

Gorak reached for his massive sword handle and stood up, his chair scraping loudly against the stone floor.

“Looks like someone wants to die tonight.”

Gorak’s team stood up in unison, their hands gripping their weapons, eyes locked on Jaigar’s group.

While Jaigar’s girls unsheathed their swords, readied their staffs, and nocked arrows into their magic bows.

Jaigar chuckled darkly. “My mission here is to deliver the ammunition and make sure this letter arrives in your hands. I’m only doing this because of her command.”

He paused, his eyes glinting with cold amusement. “But if you want to see who’s stronger, I wouldn’t mind killing you right here, right now, for mocking my beautiful goddess Rafazelia.”

Gorak gritted his jaw, his knuckles white on his sword. “Hah! If it weren’t for my Supreme Goddess’s command, I’d kill all of you in one attack. This meeting is canceled. Just leave those letters on the table and scram. I don’t want to waste another second looking at your pathetic face.”

Jaigar smirked. “I also don’t want to stay in this stinky room. I have another mission given by my beautiful goddess.” He glanced at one of his girls and gestured for her to deliver the letter and report.

The girl nodded, stepped forward, placed the documents on the far end of the table, and then retreated smoothly to rejoin Jaigar’s side.

Jaigar turned to leave but paused, glancing over his shoulder with a mocking sneer.

“I wish you the best of luck on your mission, Gorak. Not that you’ll need it, since you’ll probably trip over your own ego before you even begin. Just don’t try to interfere with my mission. I have far more important things to do than babysit a brute like you.”

“Hah! You’re nothing but trash with a small dick. Now get the hell out of my sight before I decide to mount your head on my wall as a trophy!” Gorak roared, shooing them away with a dismissive wave of his hand.

Jaigar chuckled as he walked through the doors with his girls following closely behind, their footsteps echoing down the hallway until they faded into silence.

Gorak slammed his fist on the table, his face twisted with rage.

“That arrogant bastard… I’ll make sure he pays for his insolence someday.”

The woman beside him smirked, leaning back in her chair. “Patience, Sir Gorak. There will be plenty of opportunities to settle scores once the real battle begins.”

Meanwhile.

Mathrias Region.

Mathrias Estate.

In the courtyard.

Liana stood gracefully, both hands clasped in front of her, with Buddy on her left side and Giddie on her right. She watched from a distance as Garius stood with his usual stern and serious expression, hands clasped behind his back, while Javier stood behind him. Alf and Erinette were positioned nearby, standing respectfully.

I wonder what they are talking about?

But seeing how serious both of them look, and knowing the Armand family as long as I have, it must be a task, a mission, or a quest for Young Master again.

Let’s hope it’s not too serious.

But I do wonder about the group Young Master was monitoring on his mana PC yesterday.

Is it related to what his father is discussing with him right now?

Liana glanced at Javier, who was standing with a serious face, speaking toward Garius in a low, respectful tone.

Judging from their conversation, it must be related to those mysterious groups… and the ones who made Gracelle suffer.

Looks like Young Master is going to be even busier after this.

It was a good decision to arrange for Gracelle to meet him sooner. Once Young Master becomes busy with missions and responsibilities, she won’t be able to see him for a long time.

And I wonder if we’re going to be left behind again. I know Young Master isn’t someone who would risk his wives’ lives and safety. He’ll likely want us to stay somewhere safe while he handles things on his own.

Garius, who stood with Javier, glanced up at the sky, his expression thoughtful.

“Javier.”

“Yes, Esteemed Father.”

“The mission after this is rather dangerous. Since we don’t know how powerful the new enemy is, or how well they are prepared, or what hidden cards they might have, I don’t want you to make any reckless moves.”

He glanced at Javier while still keeping his hands clasped behind his back.

“For those who made Gracelle suffer… we must be careful and plan properly. Rushing toward their base is not wise. Hanarak is not an enemy we can afford to underestimate. They are cunning, well-organized, and dangerous. Underestimating them would be a fatal mistake.”

“I understand, Father.”

“Mm.” Garius nodded. “As for those groups you discovered from your mana satellite and Sky Eyes feed… it will take time for them to reach their destination. They’re still using horses, and the distance is vast. Thankfully, with your mana satellite and Sky Eyes, we can track and monitor their movements from afar.”

He paused, his tone firm.

“But… we should handle this matter once Aelius and Athine’s wedding is complete. We cannot afford to divide our attention while such an important event is underway. Focus on the preparations for now, and keep a close watch on their movements. We will act when the time is right.”
