Ling Tianze and Qi Baocheng followed Xinyan back to the courtyard; it had already been rearranged.

Ling Tianze chimed in at this moment: "I saw that girl was pursuing you really hard. Maybe one day she’ll win you over."

Zheng Zhiyang and Qi Baocheng looked at Ling Tianze, signaling him to speak first.

Ling Tianze didn’t refuse: "These past few weeks, the business in the four stores has been good, and the tea stock can last for another month. We might need to schedule restocking, and the gift box packaging you mentioned before is already in production; we should have samples in the next day or two, and it’ll definitely be ready before the Spring Festival.

As for the cloth shop, I previously contacted Director Tan, and he’s already helped us place an order there. The batch of goods should arrive in the next few days, and we should be able to get a decent amount out before the year ends.

The sales at the clothing store are also quite good; our self-designed styles sell better than the ones taken from the service factory. We even hired five additional temporary seamstresses a few days ago, and still, we can’t keep up with the production speed.

So, I said to Director Tan that the batch of cloth he ordered for us should be ready before the year ends. I was thinking of having him place another order for us before the holidays, so they can send it over as soon as they start back after the New Year. But this time, we shouldn’t order too much, because the cloth business will definitely slow down for a while after the New Year. By February, the new thin materials will be ready, and if we order early, we can have them arrange for early shipment, giving us a head start."

Xinyan nodded and said: "You’re right. I think it’s best for us to personally visit in March or April. After all, certain things can’t always rely on Director Tan; we need to interact with the cloth factory there ourselves. Just in case of any unexpected situations, it keeps us from being caught off guard."

Everyone agreed with Xinyan because relying on oneself was better than relying on others; besides, it’s not good to keep troubling Director Tan to relay messages.

At this point, Zheng Zhiyang stood up: "Why not leave this task to me? After all, I have to go there after the New Year anyway, and Baocheng has to keep an eye on Chongyang Village and won’t have the time.

Tianze needs to focus on his studies for now, so it’s better to leave this to me."

Xinyan thought about it for a moment. Given the current situation, it indeed seemed that Zheng Zhiyang was the best fit: "In that case, if I can find the time after the New Year, I’ll go with you. If not, I’ll have to entrust this task to you."
