"Alright, I’ll go take a look then. You handle things here on your own." Wen Qing threw out the sentence and left, not caring what Xiao Qi thought.

"Well, I’m really sorry for that, for having someone like me earn your money." Wen Qing didn’t mind Xiao Qi’s words at all.

Because what he said was true. He lazed around every day, yet still cost Xiao Qi quite a bit. Letting him vent was necessary, otherwise, Xiao Qi might be troubled internally. So, he might as well play the role of the devil here.
