"Just some small lobsters, the spicy kind." Yu Chen didn’t know why, but whenever he thought of that taste, he craved it. Maybe it was because his mom cooked it so deliciously that he just kept thinking about that flavor.

"How about eating it tomorrow? Mom doesn’t have time to make it right now, it’s getting dark, and I don’t have time to deal with them," Qin Xue said as she looked at her youngest son. Yu Chen knew she had some small lobsters in her space, so she didn’t say there weren’t any available for purchase.

"Alright, let’s have it tomorrow then, thank you, Mom." Yu Chen didn’t dwell on it any longer, happy that he would get to eat it eventually.

"No need to thank me, go play outside. We’ll have dinner soon." Qin Xue was preparing some simple food. It was evening, and she didn’t want to make anything too complicated or greasy.

"Okay." After getting the answer he wanted, Yu Chen didn’t stay in the kitchen to bother his mom.

"Xue Ling, come help me serve the food." Qin Xue called out to Xue Ling for help in the kitchen.

"What did Yu Chen ask you for just now? He looked so happy." Xue Ling came over to help Qin Xue serve the meal after hearing her call.

"He wanted to eat small lobsters. I promised him we’d have them tomorrow, so you need to take Cohen out so I can get them." Qin Xue didn’t want to go to the market to see if there were any for sale. She had plenty in her space, and could just catch some easily.

"No problem, I’ll get it done." Xue Ling thought it was something major; such a small matter would definitely be handled well.

"Yeah, make sure those two don’t slip up." Qin Xue wasn’t sure if the kids had told Cohen about them, but she still reminded Xue Ling to keep an eye on the two kids. After all, this wasn’t something people could accept in an instant.

Acceptance aside, the main concern was that being discovered could endanger their whole family.

Everyone has selfish desires. Once they know someone possesses something good, other thoughts might arise.

So Qin Xue didn’t want anyone else, besides Chu Molin and the kids, to know about her special situation.

"Don’t worry, I’ve warned them three times already, they won’t talk carelessly." Xue Ling had told them that if their mother’s secret were exposed, she would be in mortal danger.

No matter how misbehaved, they wouldn’t joke with their mother’s life, so Xue Ling used Qin Xue as an example to make a point.

For the Yu Ze brothers who loved their mother dearly, how could they ignore her safety? The premise was not to reveal their mother’s secret; they wouldn’t say anything as they had promised.

"Master, then prepare it for them to eat. I’ll talk to them, and I’ll also take Cohen away. You don’t have to worry about that." Xue Ling was also craving that taste, not expecting Yu Chen to bring it up first, so it would indulge as well.

As for Cohen, just like the master said, it would ensure Cohen wouldn’t learn about her situation. After all, he was someone unrelated by blood to Qin Xue. If he never found his biological parents, it would be fine, but what if he found his family later? Who knows what might happen then? So everything needed to be prevented before anything happened.
