Considering this matter, Qin Xue thought of ways while walking, but ultimately felt more assured by asking Ji Yu for details.

If it meant prolonging his life, she’d be willing to give him half her lifespan. So, as long as her brother is alright, she truly would do anything for it.

Ji Yu only thought about her brother’s wellbeing and survival, without considering much more or pondering the consequences, hence, everything she thought and did was for her own brother.
