"You’re always like this. Can’t you eat something before coming back?" At this, Chu Molin didn’t have the heart to scold her any further; instead, he led her to eat. They hadn’t eaten yet, as they were waiting for her, but with the long wait and worried she might have met with an accident, seeing her well now allowed him to relax.

"I just want to eat together as a family." Qin Xue acted coyly.

She knew saying this made Chu Molin happiest because he used to be alone, and now that he has family, he cherishes their time together. Hence, when she said this, Chu Molin eventually didn’t nag her anymore.
