Chapter 2993: Chapter 2991: Absolutely Certain

Ye Li didn’t care how Qin Jiale thought, anyway, as long as he could see her, that was enough for him. As for everything else, he’d leave it to fate.

No matter what she thought, when it came to feelings, this girl was clearly missing a screw, but that’s all good. At least she didn’t understand what the others in class were saying about her, which was beneficial for him.

One must admit that Ye Li’s thoughts were something Qin Jiale couldn’t figure out.

Moreover, to a large extent, she didn’t want to do much but think about how to act, because now with Ye Li here, what else could she do? That’s impossible.

"Then let’s go together. Anyway, I have nothing else to do, let’s take a walk, and if we see something interesting, I’ll bring some back for Yuran." Ye Li directly arranged his upcoming itinerary.

Being able to go shopping with her was great; such opportunities weren’t common. If he didn’t seize it, he’d be a fool.

"Are you also going shopping? Are you sure?" Qin Jiale looked at him, somewhat in disbelief. Was this really necessary? She just wanted to be alone quietly, not to find someone to accompany her.

"Definitely sure. Let’s go, weren’t we going to explore the surroundings? Standing here is pointless." Ye Li walked ahead first, not giving her a chance to back out.

"Ye Li, if you have something to do, just go back. I can go alone." Qin Jiale didn’t want to be with him. This was not the outcome he wanted; it was more comfortable being alone.

"I have nothing to do; I’m just bored staying at home, so I came out for some air, just like you. So, let’s walk together. Don’t worry, I don’t bite." Ye Li chuckled at her, though if he bit, now wasn’t the time.

Ye Li’s feelings had long been clear, but he didn’t want to scare her. So, he wouldn’t make any moves unless he was sure he wouldn’t frighten her.

Such circumstances suited Qin Jiale’s temperament well, as she didn’t like being too intimate with guys.

Ye Li was one of them; she hadn’t been this close to any other male classmates.

"You..." Qin Jiale was exasperated, wanting to say she didn’t want him to join, but couldn’t put it into words.

In the end, she could only grumble and walk along, somewhat reluctantly. However, Ye Li didn’t see anything wrong with this.

Anyway, he wanted a good result, and the girl was following along, which pleased Ye Li. It seemed this girl needed to be dealt with using both soft and hard approaches, which was good. He’d know how to act in the future.

As long as he mastered the technique, he’d be able to achieve what he wanted easily.

Ye Li couldn’t be called unconfident; rather, he was just too confident.

And to a certain extent, he felt Qin Jiale was naive about some things. Just a reminder or a hint would do, otherwise she’d never know the meanings, which sometimes made one feel like teasing her.

This was something he never thought of before; he wasn’t used to bullying girls, but Qin Jiale successfully became the first.

Yet Qin Jiale truly was peculiar. In her teens, she still seemed clueless about many things, and surely someone who loved her deeply would let her be so carefree without worrying about other matters.

Situations like these shaped her rare character, as everyone was busy with life, lacking the time to care about other things. Who would have so much time to pamper a daughter, right?
