He wanted something that Yu Qi could wear every day and could protect her when it was necessary. Then, he found something. It was a purple jade. It was protective jade.

This purple jade had its own consciousness. It chose its master. Someone already took it before from this treasure room but it refused to belong to that person and returned back sitting in the treasure room.

Long Hui took and inspected it. The purple jade liked Long Hui and wanted to enter Long Hui’s Meridian. Sensing what the purple jade tried to do, Long Hui blocked the purple jade.

"It is not I who is going to be your master." Long Hui said.

The purple jade vibrated. It seemed it refused. Long Hui seemed to understand what the purple jade tried to say. So, he replied with this sentence.

"You can take a look at her first. If you don’t like it, I will be your master." Long Hui suggested.

The purple jade vibrated once to tell Long Hui that it agreed with the term.

Long Hui searched for another gift in case the purple jade disliked Yu Qi. After walking around, Long Hui found a tree. It was an immortality peach tree. It was still a sapling.

The name might be confusing. It was not as if humans ate the immortality peach, they would gain immortality. If a human being ate the immortality peach, they would gain a healthy body until old age without suffering any disease. However, if a cultivator ate the immortality peach, they would have an extra lifespan.

It might be a great gift to his beloved Qi Qi too. She could plant the peach tree inside Sere. It would be more powerful if the tree were watered by Yu Qi’s lake water. That water had Qi inside it. It would help the immortality peach tree to grow stronger.

"Nothing’s wrong with your mission?" Yu Qi could not help to ask again when they were in the car.

Long Hui was nervous. Why did his beloved Qi Qi ask him again about his mission? Did she find out something about it?

"Nothing... Everything is fine. Why do you ask me?" Long Hui replied.

"Well, I heard from Shino that this time the mission is quite difficult for you." Yu Qi said.

"If you encounter a problem in the mission, you can talk to me. I might not be able to do anything about the mission but you can vent your frustration on me. Talking to someone would clear your head and allow the mind to make the right decision." Yu Qi said.
