Aoi started to follow the new young maid. At first, he did not see the new young maid doing anything suspicious. However, on the second day, when Aoi followed the young maid, at night, probably at 8.30 p.m., she would go out. He did not want the new young maid to notice him. She walked for 30 minutes until she got out of the neighbourhood. She stepped into the car, which had probably been waiting for her for a while. The car drove off after she stepped into the car.

Aoi followed the car until the car stopped a the rundown apartment. The new young maid got out of the car, followed by another man. They walked together, entering the rundown apartment, before stopping in front of a room. The man knocked on the door. A woman opened the door. When she saw the man and the young maid, she looked right and left before asking them to enter the room.

Aoi immediately sneaked in before the woman closed the door.

"What are you bringing today?" The woman smiled.

The young maid also smiled. She opened her backpack and took out something from the bag.

"I manage to snatch this brooch and this necklace. It is for today." The young maid stated.

"Wow, look at this. What’s stone is this?" The man looked at the brooch.

"Whatever stone it is, it must be worth something. A rich family like that buy something worth keeping." The woman stated.

"This necklace is worth 3 million. That stone is 3-carat diamond. Not to mention, those small diamonds" The young maid stated.

"Good girl. You finally bring back something good." The woman patted the young maid’s shoulder.

"I will bring more." The young maid stated.

"Yes. But be careful. Otherwise, you might be caught." The man advised.

"Don’t worry. Other maids already trust me a lot. I had been assigned a lot of work. I will get access to more rooms, meaning I can take more items." The young maid stated.

"Let me send you back." The man said.

"Yes. I can not stay longer here. Others might search for me." The young maid stated.

So, the man and the young maid left the rundown apartment and went back to the neighbourhood. The young maid walked back to the Tang Residence. She used the back door to enter the room.

"Who’s there?" Someone asked.

The young maid was startled. She never thought she would encounter someone at this moment. It was Pei Xian’s Grandpa Tang’s bodyguard.

"I am Huang Huiling, the new maid." Huang Huiling stated, showing her ID work.

"Where did you go?" Pei Xian asked.

"I was exercising, jogging around the neighbourhood." Huang Huiling stated.

Pei Xian took the ID work and examined it. Then, he looked at her. Her outfit was indeed sports attire. He nodded.

"Don’t jog so late. It is dangerous." Pei Xian stated.

"I understand. I am going to go first." Huang Huiling bowed down before leaving the place.

Pei Xian watched Huang Huiling before leaving the place, too. He went to see Hang Chu Xiao, Grandpa Hang’s granddaughter. He had been dating Hang Chu Xiao since the Shiwa Town.

"I saw someone enter the house using the back entrance." Pei Xian stated.

"Then?" Hang Chu Xiao asked for more information.

"It is one of the maids. She said she went jogging." Pei Xian said.

"Are you sure it is one of the maids?" Hang Chu Xiao asked.

"Yeah. I even checked her ID work. It is legit." Pei Xian said.

"What is her name?" Hang Chu Xiao asked again.

"Huang Huiling." Pei Xian stated.

"Noted." Hang Chu Xiao nodded.

As for Aoi, he still followed the young maid. He heard Huang Huiling mumble to herself.

"Thank goddess that he just let me off." Huang Huiling was relieved.

She finally arrived at the room. She was sharing a room with three other maids. She opened the door and entered the room

"Where did you go, Huiling?" Another maid asked when she saw Huang Huiling just come back.

"I went jogging." Huang Huiling used the same excuse.

"Oh... That is where you go every Thursday." The maid said.

Huang Huiling felt awkward, but she forced herself to smile and lie to them.

"Yeah. Even though I work during the day, I don’t want to ignore my health. So, I dedicate some of the time to jogging." Huang Huiling stated.

"Wow, Huiling, I am jealous of you. I want to exercise too. But after working all day, I am too tired to do anything else. I just want to roll on my bed and fall asleep." The maid laughed.

Huang Huiling went to the bathroom to take a quick shower. After that, she changed her clothes and went to sleep.

Seeing that Huang Huiling had already fallen asleep, Aoi immediately left the room. He wanted to tell Yu Qi about this matter immediately. However, he forgot that his master had to work tonight.

"Aoi, what are you doing here?" Ming Yue was surprised, seeing Aoi standing outside Yu Qi’s room.

Ming Yue looked at Aoi. The dog seemed to be sad as he looked at Yu Qi’s room.
