Chapter 2745: Chapter 2745: Skilfully Collect The Blood Sample From Tang Qin Hao

Only then did Tang Qin Hao finally understand what she meant and nodded in formal agreement.

“Oh… Is that what you meant? Sure, go ahead.” Tang Qin Hao nodded smoothly as he extended his bare arm toward Yu Qi without a hint of suspicion.

“A single drop from your fingertip is more than enough.” Yu Qi said, her voice remaining carefully neutral.

“Okay.” Tang Qin Hao agreed.

Yu Qi walked calmly into the adjacent bedroom and retrieved the sterile medical tools and analysis equipment she needed from Sere. A few moments later, she returned to the living area and approached Tang Qin Hao once again. Using the sterilised instruments with highly practised, professional precision, she skillfully collected a small sample of dark blood from his extended fingertip.

The more Tang Qin Hao silently observed every single one of Yu Qi’s fluid, meticulous movements, the more convinced he became that the heavily disguised woman standing directly before him was actually his brilliant younger sister, Yu Qi.

After collecting the blood sample, Yu Qi returned to the privacy of the bedroom once again before quietly slipping directly into the spiritual realm of Sere. Inside Sere, she immediately headed toward her advanced laboratory to thoroughly analyse the biological sample.

It did not take her very long to obtain the definitive diagnostic results.

As she had highly suspected from the beginning, Tang Qin Hao had indeed been injected with an incredibly potent, modified muscle-suppressing drug. Its foundational chemical composition was remarkably similar to standard Baclofen, but one of its primary active synthetic components was completely different from anything found on the commercial market. That unfamiliar, engineered compound immediately caught Yu Qi’s sharp attention.

She narrowed her eyes thoughtfully at the glowing monitor. She strongly suspected that this heavily modified drug was another illicit product developed by the remnants of the MicroTech Organisation.

After conducting a far more detailed, molecular analysis, Yu Qi discovered that the debilitating effects of the drug would last for approximately three full days before gradually wearing off on their own through natural metabolism. It seemed that Angelica Lee had absolutely no intention of allowing Tang Qin Hao any physical opportunity to escape after bringing him under her tight control.

Yu Qi’s expression darkened to a dangerous degree. She gritted her teeth so hard that her jaw became visibly tense with raw fury.

‘That damned, wretched woman…’

Without wasting another single second of precious time, Yu Qi immediately began formulating a powerful custom antidote specifically tailored to neutralize the modified MicroTech drug in his system.

Meanwhile, while Yu Qi remained deep inside Sere, Long Hui stayed behind to watch over Tang Qin Hao in the spacious living room of the Presidential Suite. Long Hui sat quietly on a nearby plush sofa, casually looking through the encrypted security information displayed on his phone.

“Who exactly are you?” Tang Qin Hao suddenly broke the heavy silence of the room.

Long Hui slowly lifted his steady gaze from the screen and calmly glanced at Tang Qin Hao without saying a single word.

“Why did you save me? How did you know the precise coordinates of where I was being held? Do I know you from somewhere?” Tang Qin Hao, who normally only spoke at length when discussing complex medicine or advanced research, unexpectedly fired off several demanding questions in rapid succession.

Long Hui remained completely silent, his face an unreadable mask. Since his beloved Qi Qi had not yet personally revealed her true identity to her brother, he naturally had absolutely no intention of saying anything that might compromise her. He was deeply worried that answering even one probing question might accidentally ruin whatever tactical plan she had in mind.

Tang Qin Hao patiently waited for a verbal response. Unfortunately for him, Long Hui simply continued watching him in a cold, unbothered silence.

“Are you someone I know personally?” Tang Qin Hao refused to give up the interrogation and continued probing the stoic man.

“…Is that young woman someone I know as well?” Tang Qin Hao asked again, his eyes glancing toward the closed bedroom door where Yu Qi had disappeared moments ago.

Long Hui still did not offer an answer. His lips pressed firmly.

After waiting for quite some time in total silence, Tang Qin Hao finally realised that no matter how many calculated questions he asked, he was simply not going to receive any answers from this incredibly taciturn man. Just as he was about to give up the effort completely, Long Hui finally chose to speak.

“You can ask her all of that later.” Long Hui’s deep, resonant voice echoed calmly throughout the quiet suite. “Whether she chooses to answer your questions or keep her secrets… that decision is entirely hers to make.”

Tang Qin Hao looked steadily at Long Hui, analysing the tone. After hearing that familiar, deep baritone voice up close, he became even more convinced that his earlier, wild suspicion was entirely correct.

Before either of them could continue the tense conversation, another sudden sound abruptly interrupted the heavy silence.

Grrr…

Tang Qin Hao’s empty stomach growled loudly in protest, echoing through the room. For a brief moment, a highly awkward, embarrassed expression flashed across Tang Qin Hao’s usually stoic and calm face.

“I will call room service.” Long Hui said matter-of-factly as he stood up from the sofa. “What would you like to eat? Go ahead and order whatever you want.”

At first, Tang Qin Hao felt slightly embarrassed after his body betrayed him so openly in front of a stranger. However, after thinking logically about everything that had happened since the afternoon, he quickly decided there was absolutely nothing embarrassing about being hungry after surviving a kidnapping.
