Chapter 1854 – Whose Side
Chapter 1854 – Whose Side
The two Blazing Sun Fragments merged together to form a complete Blazing Sun.
Qin Yu killed Heavenly Center, becoming a new Blazing Sun Owner.
All this undeniably proved one thing…coexistence between two competitors was impossible. In the end, there must be a contest to decide who was the winner.
And this logic most definitely would apply to the Ruler and Rourou as well. Origin was still Origin, and in this world, there could only be one of her.
Now that the contest to become a Blazing Sun Owner had finished and Final ended up losing the bet. The reason why Final had not ended up falling out with them was clear. He knew that there must be a battle between the Ruler and Rourou, and this battle was going to be his opportunity.
The Desolate World was currently recovering and Qin Yu used his divine sense to ensure that there was nothing wrong with the process. Destruction was always easier than recovery, so this process would probably still require another day.
After thinking for a while, Qin Yu said, “Rourou, I still have something to take care of. You guys can go first.”
“Sure.”
She pulled Qin Seven along with her and said, “I’ll bring you to a really fun place. Let’s go.”
Qin Seven looked at Qin Yu and, seeing that he had no objections, she nodded.
Rourou stretched her arm out and pinched Qin Seven’s cheek. “You brat, you told me that you felt a sense of familiarity with me just now. I am your older brother’s best friend, you know.”
Qin Seven felt slightly embarrassed.
Whoosh –
Both of them disappeared.
Qin Yu took a deep breath and rubbed his forehead. A tired expression formed on his face because he did not know what to do next or what was the appropriate position to take.
Forget it, let’s not think about it first. After all, there were some things that were out of his control, even if he had to face them in the end.
Whoosh –
Qin Yu took one step out and in the next moment, he appeared directly in front of Bull Dingtian.
“Qin Yu!”
Bull Dingtian gasped, having been surprised by Qin Yu’s sudden appearance. Then, his eyes widened and he looked shocked. Since Qin Yu appeared in front of him now, it was clear to him how that terrifying battle ended.
Qin Yu had won!
Even though Bull Dingtian did not really know what this outcome meant yet, it did not stop him from clearly sensing the imperceptible and majestic aura radiating off of Qin Yu.
As mysterious as an abyss.
As vast as a sea of stars!
Bull Dingtian did not know exactly how strong Qin Yu was right now, but at the very least, he knew that it was a realm that was beyond his reach.
“Brother Qin!”
Bull Bean rushed over and her face was filled with anxiety, “Qin Seven was captured by White Feifei, have you seen her?” Apart from the anxiety on her face, there was also nervousness, guilt, and self-blame that she could not hide. “I’m sorry, I failed to protect Qin Seven!”
As she spoke, the tears flowed down her face.
Qin Yu smiled, “Bull Bean, don’t cry. Qin Seven is fine, I’ve already found her.”
When he thought about White Feifei, the expression in his eyes changed a bit.
“Ah!” Bull Bean was extremely delighted. “Really? That’s great, I was worrying about her all this time!”
She hugged Qin Yu’s arm, jumping up and down.
Bull Dingtian coughed lightly and bowed respectfully, “Your Excellency, I hope you won’t blame me for the things that I told you to do in the past.”
At this moment, he could not help but feel uneasy!
The Qin Yu now was different from the Qin Yu before. The battle at Xianyang between Qin Yu and Emperor Qin made him feel terrified in his heart.
And now, unquestionably, Qin Yu’s strength had increased far beyond what Bull Dingtian could perceive.
Qin Yu said, “Elder Bull, please do not worry. Of course I remember how the Bull Family helped to take care of Qin Seven.
“I have only come over to give an update about Qin Seven’s whereabouts. I still have other things to attend to so I won’t stay any longer.”
Bull Bean let go of Qin Yu’s arms and disappointment was plastered all over her face. “Brother Qin, you’re leaving so soon?”
Qin Yu smiled, “I have other things to take care of.”
He cupped his hands and said, “Farewell.”
Whoosh –
He directly disappeared.
Bull Dingtian let out a long breath and his forehead was covered in beads of sweat. He could not help but reach up to wipe his sweat off. He suddenly felt that he could no longer understand this world anymore. Even White Feifei seemed to have suddenly changed.
And Qin Yu, too, had changed.
It was just that Qin Yu had now become even scarier than White Feifei.
It was almost as if he could decide whether people lived or died with a single thought.
Hiss –
Suddenly, Bull Dingtian sucked in a breath of cold air and came to his senses. Since Qin Yu had won that terrifying battle, then who was the one behind the recovery of the world and the revival of those living beings?
In the other Great Qin.
Xianyang!
Whoosh –
Qin Yu directly descended here.
Emperor Qin and the national advisor Chen She knelt on the ground and bowed respectfully to him, “Greetings, Your Honor.”
“Hm.” Qin Yu nodded, “From today onwards, there will only be one Great Qin Empire in this world.” The moment he spoke, the final divide between the two Great Qin Empires vanished entirely.
Buzz –
The space started to vibrate and Incense Spirit Qin Yû appeared. He bowed respectfully and said, “Greetings, Blazing Sun Owner.” His origins and background was enough to let him know what had happened.
Qin Yu had succeeded!
After defeating and killing Heavenly Center, Qin Yu had become one of the most supreme beings in this world, and because of this, Qin Yû had benefited a lot as well.
For example, after becoming an Incense Spirit which caused him to give up his physical body, he had now regained it back and his cultivation level had increased exponentially.
“Master, my dear master, you’re back!”
Chicken overlord flapped his wings, not caring about his image as a phoenix as he came over and rubbed himself against Qin Yu. He was now extremely sure that Qin Yu had become the most reliable lifebuoy in this world.
As long as he hugged tightly onto it, he would enjoy a lifetime full of luxuries. More importantly, no one would dare to provoke him anymore!
Qin Yu kicked him away and exclaimed, “Get lost!”
It sounded like he was scolding chicken overlord, but there was a smile on his face.
On his path of cultivation, apart from the little blue lamp, it could only be said that this brat was the one that had accompanied him for the longest period of time.
Even though he was not very useful to him all along, his mere existence had become a core memory on Qin Yu’s path of cultivation.
This helped Qin Yu remember who he was, so he would not get lost in all those memories that swam in his head and eventually forget himself.
And this was the most important reason why Qin Yu had come here.
As for the Great Qin Empire…even if Qin Yu did not do anything, no one would dare to provoke the Desolate World easily.
After thinking for a while, Qin Yu raised his hand and clenched it into a fist. Chicken overlord shrank rapidly, quickly turning into a small bird that was being put on his shoulder.
“I still have some things to attend to. Take care, all of you.”

Whoosh –
He turned and left.
Emperor Qin’s eyes widened, “This…this…His Honor left just like that?” There was only one Great Qin Empire in this world, but who would be the one to govern it?
He had some guesses in his heart, but still found it hard to believe.
The national advisor said, “Your Majesty, His Honor’s cultivation realm is now beyond our imagination. Great Qin now belongs to you – this is how it’s going to be from today onwards and it will not change even in the future.” A smile appeared on his face, “Grandmaster, it seems that even you did not think that this would be the eventual outcome.”
“Master, where are we going?” Chicken overlord asked cautiously.
He grabbed onto Qin Yu’s shoulders and his body was as stiff as a rock as he did not dare to move.
Now that he was in close contact with Qin Yu, he could feel his aura which was too terrifying. It was so terrifying that every time he breathed, it felt like he was going to choke to death.
Qin Yu said, “To the Barbarian Clan.”
As the Barbarian King, he owed them an explanation.
……
On a suspended island that floated in the starry skies, one could see countless dazzling stars just by looking above them. These stars quietly released a soft glow.
Qin Seven’s face was filled with shock, because she felt as if she could pluck them out of the sky just by reaching her hand out.
“Pretty, right?” Rourou smiled. “This place is one of my palaces. It’s been many years since I came here.” She pointed beneath her and said, “Do you see that? Your brother is right there, at that star.” As she said that, there was a fluctuation of emotion on her face.
It quickly disappeared.
Qin Seven did not realize this and she asked, “What is my brother doing? It’s been so long and he’s not coming back yet.”
The corners of Rourou’s lips turned up as she said, “Rest assured, he knows where this place is and he’ll be able to find it. As for why he is taking so long to come back…it is probably because he has not made up his mind yet.”
Qin Seven looked confused and she asked, “Sister Rourou, what do you mean?”
Rourou waved her hand and replied, “Nothing. It is a matter between adults; young kids like you shouldn’t ask too many questions.”
She smiled and stroked Qin Seven’s head. “Qin Seven, do you like this place?”
Qin Seven nodded, “I love it, it’s too pretty!”
“It’s good that you like it. From today onwards, this place is yours.” Rourou snapped her fingers and countless stars fell. In an instant, they gathered on her fingertips, becoming small balls of light.
She flicked her finger and the balls of light flew into Qin Seven’s forehead. She exclaimed softly and she looked nervous.
“Sister Rourou, I can’t. I can’t accept such a precious gift…”
“Take it since I’m giving it to you.” Rourou smiled, “Alright, I have to talk to your brother about something. Go and play by yourself for a while.”
She waved her hand and Qin Seven vanished.
Now, Qin Seven has become the new owner of this place. Naturally, no danger would come to her here.
Rourou turned around and stared, “Not going to hide anymore?”
The space vibrated and Qin Yu walked out. He laughed bitterly, “Qin Seven can’t take such a precious thing.”
Rourou rolled her eyes, “It’s mine, who are you to make the decisions?” She waved her hands and interrupted him, “Or are you not going to take my side so you don’t feel bad about taking something from me?”
Qin Yu was silent.
Rourou scoffed, “Bastard with no conscience, how much have I helped you over these years? How dare you not pick me.”
Qin Yu took a deep breath, “Rourou, you know that’s not what I feel; why do you say it like that?”
“I don’t know what you are thinking.” Rourou rolled her eyes again and said, “Alright, let’s just have a meal first before we talk about this any further.”
The ground suddenly split open and two tender green seedlings emerged. They grew at a shocking speed and in the blink of an eye, they turned into two big trees.
The branches weaved with each other and formed a treehouse. Rourou turned around and went up the steps. “What are you doing? Come up.”
She plucked two wine fruits and threw one to Qin Yu. Boring a hole in the fruit, she raised her head and drank all the wine in one go.
She threw the empty wine fruit aside casually and plucked another one.
Qin Yu frowned slightly, but even before he could speak, he was interrupted by Rourou, “Don’t say a word. Let’s just drink to our hearts’ content together.”
“Alright!” Qin Yu agreed.
The ‘root people’, who were the chefs, worked rapidly to bring food out to the table. However, these two people were focused on getting drunk. By the time the table was filled with food, the floor was already piled up with empty wine fruits.
Rourou intentionally did not activate her cultivation, causing her to become drunk. Her eyes looked slightly distracted and her face was flushed.
“Qin Yu, how much of your memories have you recovered?”
Qin Yu sat on a chair made out of branches and drank another sip of wine as he said, “Most of them, but my memories are still not complete. There are many parts that are still missing.”
Rourou waved her hand and said, “You can ask me about those missing parts. It wasn’t easy to get to where you are today. You now have the right to know everything.”
