Chapter 2027: Enjoying A Seafood Barbeque With Everyone

After our little lewd escapade, we quickly returned to everyone else. Our parents asked where we had been, and we simply told them we had gone looking for things to eat. We brought back a basket full of fruits and vegetables we had harvested from the jungle.

Celeste did not snitch on us, thankfully. When I spoke to her later, she suddenly turned red like a tomato, completely unable to process what she had seen. I had imagined she would be much more mature about it, but she was acting like a pure maiden who had witnessed something far too scandalous.

Honestly, I was also dying of embarrassment every time I thought about what she had seen. But it had already happened, and there was no going back.

Lara stood by my side, watching closely as I cooked. I was grilling large chunks of the giant eel-like monsters over a massive grill.

I seasoned them generously with herbs, salt, and fruit juice. The aroma was mouthwatering.

Beside them, I was also cooking the kraken’s enormous tentacles.

"I’m starving. When will it be ready?"

Mist walked over and rested her head on my shoulder.

"Almost ready. Keep an eye on what everyone else is cooking, though. Maybe our parents are done?" I asked, planting a soft kiss on her cute forehead.

I quickly used Scarlet as a cutting knife and sliced the giant, already grilled piece of eel monster meat.

It was a beautiful white color and released a delicious scent, still hot and steaming.

I placed it on a large wooden plate and cut it into generous triangular slices, as if it were a giant birthday cake.

"There."

I placed a large portion on a white plate for her, along with roasted potatoes, white rice, and several sauces on the side.

"Ooooh!"

Mist sat down and, with a fork and knife, began taking big bites one after another.

"So good!"

Her four eyes widened with delight as she ate, and her large horizontal mouth let out cute sounds while she crunched happily, even eating the bones.

"Is it ready?!" Ruby asked.

"I want some too!" Lara said.

"I’m starving!" Celica said.

"Me too...!" my brother nodded.

"Heh, okay, alright," I nodded.

I served everyone a generous piece of the eel meat until it was all gone. And this was only the appetizer.

Not long afterward, Mom and Dad covered three whole wooden tables with all kinds of dishes.

Then Aquarina’s parents arrived and did the same.

Yggdra also brought the Arboren as I had requested, so Selene and Ivy joined us along with over a hundred more people.

There was so much food that it was perfect for everyone to enjoy this wonderful beach barbecue together.

"Wow, this is amazing!" Ivy exclaimed while devouring a giant mollusk monster. "The meat is so tender, it’s so hot, and the sweet sauce is magnificent!"

"Yeah, it’s incredible!" Selene nodded, eating a large chunk of white octopus meat covered in citrus sauce and surrounded by roasted tomatoes and potatoes. "Hmmm! Nom, nom!"

"Incredible!"

"Amazing!"

"Wow, so much food!"

"I haven’t had seafood in ages!"

"So there’s now an ocean full of food we can fish from?"

"T-This is incredible!"

"The blessings of our mother goddesses never stop!"

"All praise our beloved queens, Yggdra and Sylphy!"

"OOOHHHHH!"

"Also praise the little miracle, Andromeda! Their adorable child born from their mutual love!"

"YEAAAAH!"

As I listened to the Arboren’s celebration, I felt a little embarrassed. They kept speaking as if Yggdra and I were married lovers and Andromeda was our child.

But I simply ignored it and laughed it off. Luckily, nobody took it seriously, not even Aquarina.

"Andromeda, do you like the food, baby?"

Above all, Yggdra sat next to me with little Andromeda as well. I could not resist this cute baby, so I had to bring her along.

Andromeda looked delighted on my lap, smiling cutely. I took the opportunity to kiss her big cheeks and forehead many times. She was the most adorable baby I had ever seen.

She seemed overjoyed, raising her little hands and touching my face while chuckling adorably.

"Alright, enough, enough. You have to eat too, little one," I said, offering her more fish meat.

"Hm!" She began eating calmly and adorably. "Ah, ah!" When it was hot, she made those little sounds and showed her tongue.

"It’s fine. It’s not too hot," I laughed.

In the end, she ate plenty of fish. Afterward, she continued rubbing her face against mine and then against my chest.

She started suckling on my breast, trying to drink milk. The sensation was very different from when Aquarina did it.
