Chapter 2060: Abyssal Embodiment’s True Form
------
"She...!" Lolth muttered. "That’s another of the heroes you missed, Dimenion! Kill her!"
"...This?" Dimenion wondered as a colossal tentacled aberration struck at him and Lolth simultaneously.
The world around them warped and twisted beyond recognition. Darkness and countless crimson eyes devoured everything, while tears of black blood rained down, disintegrating whatever they touched.
This was the power of Aquarina’s bloodline, inherited from her father—the ultimate form of "Abyssal Embodiment." It was the pinnacle creation of the gods: the Darkage Clan. These entities had been forged to appear human, yet they concealed a true body that defied all imagination.
"DIE! DIE! FOR SYLPHY! DIE FOR HEEEEEERRRR! DIEEEEEEE!!!"
Aquarina’s scream tore through the chaos, tears streaming from her countless eyes as crimson lasers erupted in every direction. Explosions rained down without end. Yet Dimenion pushed forward with his impervious body, shrugging off every blast. He closed the distance and began smashing her tentacles with his fists.
"Interesting. Rather amusing, actually," he said. "This must be one of the last surviving specimens from that divine experiment thousands of years ago. To think I would find one still alive. How fortunate."
"DIEEEEEEE!!!"
Countless jaws erupted from every angle, sinking into his flesh—only to explode into fragments the moment they bit down. Eye beams struck him repeatedly, yet they were nothing more than minor annoyances.
"Your power is genuine, but you lack... quantity," he said calmly. "This is simply the gap between a young creature like you and beings who have lived and cultivated power for thousands of years. I was forged by my master long before your oldest ancestors were even born. Your attacks are as meaningless as your existence. Still, fear not—I will take you as a valuable specimen."
Dimenion used the powers he had stolen from Sylphy to dodge her assaults with ease. He reached her core and punched countless holes through her body, only for her flesh to regenerate again and again.
"Divine Protection, I see. I destroyed hers, but I will leave yours intact. You are far more valuable alive. Let’s see how long you can endure."
"DIEEEEE!!!"
Aquarina roared with unbridled fury and transformed into a towering black giant of twisting abyss. Black seas, stone meteors, flames, and thunder crashed down endlessly upon Dimenion. His glass-like body reflected every attack without effort. Not a single scratch appeared.
"He’s too strong! What is he?! Sylphy’s dead! She’s...! Wait, no... her body and soul... she has infinite health, right? But will that work now? Even after her soul was shattered?! No—I have to think! Think! I must avenge her somehow! Fight! Fight to the death if I must but avenge her!!!"
Madness consumed Aquarina, yet in that frenzy she recalled her father’s technique—the power to cut through dimensions.
That might be the only way to destroy someone like him.
She channeled her divinity into a single tentacle and thrust it toward his chest, pushing her Abyssal Embodiment to its absolute limit in an attempt to pierce through dimensions.
"DIEEEEE!"
CRASH!
And yet...
"Nothing happened," Dimenion said. "Were you attempting to damage me? That was a pathetic attempt. You would need the same technique cultivated at least a hundred thousand times more. At minimum, you would need to be ten thousand times stronger than me to pierce this impervious Dimensional Glass Vessel forged by my master to contain my true Spacetime Nebula Spirit Body."
Dimensional Glass Vessel? Spacetime Nebula Spirit Body?
The absurd names made Aquarina—already drowning in madness—vomit blood in disbelief and agonizing rage.
"I have absorbed the Dimensional Treasures my master offered me across thousands of years, while cultivating over twelve different divine-level methods," Dimenion laughed. "What could you possibly hope to accomplish with such meager power? Hah... HAHAHAHAHA!"
Despite his composure, he couldn’t contain his laughter. These clowns truly amused him.
"I must say, my master was right. You truly are the most laughable clowns on this planet!" Dimenion declared. "Now, shall we resume where we left off?"
"NNGAAAAHHHHH!"
Aquarina screamed in pure fury. She transformed into a hydra-like chimeric monstrosity and attacked him from every angle, desperately trying to trap him inside her Abyssal Body.
Dimenion advanced relentlessly, tearing through her Divine Protections one by one. He seized her by the neck in an iron grip.
"G-Gaaahh?!"
Aquarina struggled wildly, punching his body with all her strength. Her fingers exploded on impact, bones shattering through her flesh. Her entire hand disintegrated, and her arms fractured.
She had never struck anything so hard that her own limbs shattered so completely. The realization left her speechless.
All the training. All the inheritance. All the power she had amassed.
It meant nothing.
Her entire journey had been nothing more than a speck of dust before the overwhelming might of beings far beyond her comprehension.
"A pitiful attempt," Dimenion laughed. "Humans are truly fascinating. A slave race created solely to serve, yet even now—in this brief window of peace—you still believe you can fight against us gods. Stay out of this war. You are nothing."
"AQUARINAAAAAAA!!!"
RUMBLE!
The remaining familiars—Ignatius, Naturia, Yggdra, Furoh, Pyuku, and Violet—roared in unison. Power surged through them. Even with their connection to Sylphy seemingly severed, they could still sense her.
She was somewhere.
She had to be alive.
They shot forward like stars of every color, piercing the darkness. Lolth and her two familiars recoiled in shock before giving chase.
"WHERE DO YOU THINK YOU’RE GOING?!"
Lolth’s power erupted. A Divine Domain halted their advance and trapped them inside a massive dimension of spiderwebs. Millions of spiders swarmed into existence.
"You’re nothing but pathetic trash. Die here and become my food."
Ignatius and Yggdra roared together.
"You think we’ll fall here?!"
"We’ll save our master and kill you!"
Their power surged. Ignatius, lacking divinity of his own, absorbed Yggdra’s divine flames and merged with them. His body swelled as he took in her sacred fire.
"WE’LL ELIMINATE YOU!!!"
Both transformed into dragons and charged toward Lolth’s familiars. The Demonic Spirit Tree and the Infernal Treant Queen—now regenerated and even stronger—clashed against them, blocking their path.
"Where do you think you’re going, pitiful beasts? You shall perish here for daring to harm demons! I will avenge them all!"
Consumed by Beelzebub’s grief and madness, the Demonic Spirit Tree roared and hammered Ignatius with countless blazing fists. Cursed miasmic fire burned and tore him apart.
"Nnngaaaahhhhh!"
