"Get down!" With a snort from a guard, Xu Feng was pushed down to the ground.

He was left squirming around as he glanced at his surroundings.

"I’ve never betrayed the Battleship Lux." Xu Feng sneered and glared at him. "The one who betrayed us is you, Commander Anton!"

Unfazed by the accusation, Anton suddenly extended his palm and slammed it on Xu Feng’s chest.

He crashed straight into a wall and coughed up a mouthful of blood.

His eyes turned hazy from the strike, his legs weakening as he struggled to balance himself.

"Give it back to me!" Xu Feng’s pupils constricted and shouted. "That’s for my advancement in strength!"

"Advancement in strength?" Anton laughed coldly and opened the small vial.

Just when he was about to drink it for himself, he suddenly paused and jeered at Xu Feng.

"Did you think I was going to consume this unknown liquid myself?"

After saying so, he poured some of the small vial onto the ground. Anton wanted to destroy his last bit of hope.

However, he was in disbelief when he saw Xu Feng squirming toward the spilled liquid.

Moreover, his tongue was sticking out, almost as if he wanted to devour the spilled content at all costs.

’What the?’ Startled, Anton remained frozen in place temporarily.

It was only when he saw Xu Feng seriously lick the spilled content in a frantic moment that he started to believe this was indeed a liquid content meant for advancement in strength.

Amused by his laughter, Anton thought he had gone insane from his opportunity being snatched by him. "That traitorous bitch sacrificed her life for you, but it’s too bad for her. Your opportunity is also stolen by me. From now on, I’ll be the real ruler."

Anton spread his arms wide and was ready for the power-up to come forth.

"Stole my opportunity?" Xu Feng stretched his fingers lazily and lay down on the ground.

"Go ahead and steal it all you want, fucking parasite!"
