While Allison felt a hit of melancholy, Rebecca was visibly disappointed that her plan was foiled.

To be fair, she really looked forward to using the passionate kiss as leverage to bridge their connection.

The Divine World was dominated by many old and reputed guilds.

"Okay, what else can you offer?" Xu Feng cleared his throat and changed the topic. He had no intention of dabbling in those messy romantic ties. Maybe some other men enjoyed ambiguous or illicit relationships.

Allison could only drink her cup in response. She was only here as a middle person and not as a mediator.

"I know you don’t," Xu Feng rolled his eyes. "I’m telling you to call someone who has that authority."

He took another sip and reminded them. "In about 1 hour from now, I’ll be pushing the motion to destroy all those hostile guilds. Consider this my good gesture in respect to my former professor."

’Destroy the hostile guilds?’ Alarmed, Rebecca was certain that there would be no revival once the motion had begun.

In the meantime, Allison also patted her legs softly, using her eyes to signal that Xu Feng was most likely speaking the truth. There was no need for him to deceive them whatsoever.

"Is this the decision of your Guild Leader?" Rebecca took a deep breath and asked.

"From my big boss." Xu Feng flatly responded, dropping in the Eclipse Nova’s name. "He was extremely displeased with the hostile guild’s action and wanted to use this opportunity to butcher the chicken."

"Excuse me for a second." Rebecca promptly stood up and exited the table. She was most definitely making a few phone calls to get this matter done.

Once her presence was gone, Xu Feng visibly relaxed his hostility.

"So, how’s your lecture these days?" He glanced at Allison and asked.

Upon hearing the question, Allison sighed.

"I’m about to become jobless." She grabbed her cup and took another sip.

"The curriculum suddenly decided to add the Divine World as a category. It was said that some students who had been cutting classes were secretly playing the Divine World. Initially, the Principal was furious, but after a few tests, the situation changed entirely."

As Allison continued to explain what happened, it seemed that playing the Divine World increased one’s brain capacity.

The students who indulged in the Divine World didn’t fail their tests, but also somehow increased their scores.

"So, have you decided to adapt to the curriculum and teach the new students?" He inquired.

"I don’t know." Allison shook her head. "The Divine World... I’m very under level and barely understand much of the world. There will be an examination if we wish to continue teaching."

"Need any guidance?" Xu Feng was willing to lend a hand to her. She was a good professor and really tried to help the lower classes out.

Since he had received her help in the past timeline, he didn’t mind helping her in advance.

Of course, there was another ulterior motive behind it.

And without any surprises, his ulterior motive was detected almost instantaneously.

"Let me guess... You want to assist me, so I will then recommend those students to join your Vanguard Guild, right?" Allison questioned. She was positive that the former student in front of her was very shrewd, equivalent to those old fogeys she had to deal with.

"You’ve said it, not me." Xu Feng shrugged in response.

It most definitely was not because she had guessed it completely right!

With her influence and credibility as a professor, the guild she recommended would definitely be the students’ top choices.

"If I accept it, then will you go easy on my friend?" Allison took a deep breath and asked with her summoned courage.
