Chapter 19 - Breakthrough, Beginner-Level Superpowered Person

Vincent was walking on the road in Bick Town. He looked at the shops left and right. He pondered on whether he should buy more medicine.

He had a lot of medicine in his backpack. There was even some leftover medicine that he had bought from Ellis City.

Plus, Chris had given him some as well, so he had more than enough to use.

"Vincent!"

A familiar voice came from behind.

Vincent turned around and was stunned.

"Are you Angelina or..."
