Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 1415: Recruitment and Information

Chapter 1415: Recruitment and Information

"What is the Death Society’s plan right now?"

Mae shook her head. "Sorry, Master. He doesn’t have that information. He is only giving the information without getting involved in their plans. This way, he won’t look that suspicious from others’ perspectives."

"Fair enough." Nathan felt a bit disappointed, but there was nothing he could do. "Do you know the alien’s plan?"

Andreas paused for a second. "The alien is planning to use the human to defeat the black cell. The specifics are unknown. All I know is that if there is any person who doesn’t conform with the norm, he must be executed at all costs."

Nathan’s eyebrows twitched. It looked like they were indeed aware of the chosen ones. Even the emperor got the gist of the situation from that answer. "He’s not talking about you, right?"

Nathan didn’t say anything, but the emperor took his silence as an answer. Nathan easily fit the description.

’So, he’s the person that the black cell considered a must-kill. The enemy of my enemy is my friend. I guess this is good for humans.

’Despite being very young, he could actually reach this stage. If he is allowed to get stronger, how strong will he become? He might become strong enough to resist the black cell.

’And with the way he worded it, one of his familiars is a true god. With that kind of existence as his mentor, he might be able to do it.’

Still, this answer raised a question in his mind. "Do you mean there is a way for a human to be stronger than those aliens? Doesn’t that mean a human can become a god?"

Nathan nodded his head. "Indeed."

The emperor gasped. Johnson was dumbfounded. The two elders dropped their jaws to the ground.

Did they just hear it wrong? A human could become a god? How? The people on this continent had accepted their fate. They were mortal and would die as mortals.

Johnson and the two elders had an interest in becoming gods for a different reason. For the two elders, they had been stuck at the crystal fusion stage, so if they could become gods, they would definitely try.

Johnson, on the other hand, wondered if he could resurrect his family if he became a god.

"Son-in-law." The emperor patted Nathan’s shoulder. There was no way he could skip the opportunity to be the father-in-law of a soon-to-be god.

However, Nathan simply shrugged to shake off his hand while adding, "The way to become one should be given by your familiars. On this continent, that kind of path is not open because the summoning circle hasn’t been advanced.

"However, with the summoning circles I gave you, more and more people will have the chance to summon higher-level beings, including gods. They know the path, and it will be better to listen to their advice directly, because it’s not a one-day journey. Even if I tell you the way, you won’t be able to achieve it.

"Besides, I’m also a mortal. Even my familiars haven’t told me about the path yet, simply because I’m not strong enough."

The emperor was speechless, while the others were disappointed. They thought they could get the method, but it turned out to be impossible.

However, they did hear Nathan mentioning the summoning circles. So, their aim changed from the method to the summoning circle.

"Y-Your Majesty..." One elder scratched the back of his head. "You know... Hehehe... I have been loyal to the Erwih family for 60 years. How about..."

The emperor waved his hand. "We’ll talk about it once this interrogation is done. It might not only be the Erwih family but the entire dynasty or even the entire continent. You should be aware of our current condition after this interrogation. The black cell is about to destroy us, so it’s best to do anything in our power to resist them."

They couldn’t really deny his answer. Normally, the Erwih family would be the sole owner, but after knowing about the war, it was wise for them to spread it to the entire continent. The Erwih family might be strong, but it wasn’t enough to resist the entire world.

Nathan just ignored them and continued with his questioning. "What is your relationship to the Kraein Temple?"

"A few months ago, I got a revelation about the Kraein Temple. The Kraein Temple was illuminated by a golden light as if it were trying to show me the path. There were many worshippers around the Kraein Temple, so it must be my mission to bring these people to the Kraein Temple."

Nathan frowned. "Are you planning to let them join the Death Society?"

"According to the revelation, yes."

"How are they going to join? Even if they join, you don’t have any method to send them to the Death Society, right?"

"I simply guide them to the Eleren family. While it’s only a rumor, those who have high enough status know that the Eleren family is connected to the Death Society. No one knows whether it’s a direct or indirect connection, but that’s the only connection.

"Sending them to the Eleren family must be enough."

Nathan pinched the bridge of his nose. It looked like the Eleren family was the main culprit in the recruitment.

"In that case, are you stealing and sending the information about the empire to them?"

"Yes. The emperor has all the access."

"Ehm. Somehow, sorry." The emperor felt a bit bad. As the leader of the dynasty, he got all the reports, including the ones from the spy in the empire, so the left guardian, who was sticking to him most of the time, would definitely learn about that information as well.

He was supposed to trust the guardians completely, as they were in charge of his safety, but he never thought it was their way to get the information about the empire as well.

Nathan nodded in understanding. It looked like Andreas was in charge of information and the Eleren family was in charge of the recruitment. Unfortunately, he couldn’t do anything to the Eleren family yet, and he had promised Luna not to destroy it or kill her brother.

"In that case, I only have one question left."
