Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 1514: Arrival

"What’s going on?" Selena and Alavenya gasped.

They didn’t have any time to discuss. Once they saw the group was in trouble, they attacked right away while summoning their familiars.

"Go!"

Selena sent forth a torrential blood that looked like a drill to stop his movement.

Alavenya approached the alien while gathering her power.

But before they could clash, Lilith and Amphitrite actually warned them.

"No! Grab everyone and run away!" They were saying the same thing. That reaction startled Selena and Alavenya.

But the answer soon appeared when the alien actually broke Selena’s attack with just a wave of his hand. It didn’t even look like he was using a lot of power.

"Let me borrow your power!" Lilith asked Amphitrite, who agreed right away, knowing the danger they were in.

Amphitrite formed a massive wave as Lilith turned the water into blood. Then, she controlled the blood to circle around the alien to seal his movement.

The alien moved to the side, but the blood surged to create a wall. When the alien tried to break it, the blood wall would recover quickly.

Alavenya didn’t know what was going on, so she just followed whatever they were saying. Instead of attacking the alien, Alavenya grabbed Sera and headed to Flora while shouting, "Noelle. Are you alright? Get up!"

The alien let out a cry that not only alerted other aliens but also dispersed the blood in all directions. It then leaped toward Alavenya, trying to prevent her from helping the girls.

Xing Tian suddenly positioned himself between Alavenya and the alien. The alien sent a punch, while Xing Tian blocked it with his shield.

He managed to block it, but Xing Tian got pushed back really hard. There was even a dent in his shield.

Alavenya thought Xing Tian was powerful, but the alien was actually much more powerful than Xing Tian.

She gritted her teeth and just grabbed Sera. "Sera? Are you alright? Can you move? Can you heal yourself and the others?"

"Y-Yeah." Sera bit her lip as she activated her power.

"What is going on?" Alavenya was completely speechless. Even Lilith, Amphitrite, and Xing Tian were having a hard time stopping him.

Sera explained, "That alien... is an alpha class alien. At least, that’s what Janus said."

"What?" Alavenya was startled.

If an arcane level summoner with their familiars fought an elite class alien alone, they would definitely win. That was because an elite class alien was equal to an arcane level summoner.

But if they were talking about an alpha class alien, it was supposed to be as strong as a world class summoner.

However, this was pure speculation. The world had never seen an alpha class alien, so they never knew how strong an alpha class alien would be.

"How is everyone’s condition?" Alavenya threw the thought away from her head. There was something even more important.

"I managed to preserve everyone’s life, including the familiars’, with my power. But half of the familiars took so much damage that they had to go back."

It wasn’t that long since they fought, so the damage was too much in her opinion. Still, it proved the alien’s strength.

While grabbing the barely conscious Flora, Alavenya asked, "How should we run now?"

"I don’t know." Sera was healing Flora. "Ask Selena."

Selena had reached Noelle’s location. It looked like her sword broke after fighting the alien.

"Selena. We have to run, but that alien seems to be an alpha class alien."

Sera added, "According to Janus, this alpha class alien has the power of rules, most likely two rules."

They had been briefed about the power of rules, which was the step to become a god.

They finally figured out why an alpha class alien was so strong. It also explained why Amphitrite and Lilith panicked.

They might be divine beings, but their divinity and their strength were limited due to the amount of ena in their bodies.

So, they were by no means strong enough to fight against an alpha class alien in their current state.

And it even had two rules, not just one.

At the same time, if they ran away from here, they might end up bringing this alien as well.

In other words, the alien might destroy the fortress and come into the kingdom because of them.

Still, if they didn’t run, they would definitely die.

That was why Alavenya didn’t know what they should do. They should run, but if they ran in another direction other than the fortress, they would definitely die sooner or later.

No one expected the opponent this time would be an alpha class alien after all.

Selena looked at the situation. "We have no other choice. We have to regroup with the Sword Saint. Then, as long as we can get reinforcements, we might be able to turn the situation around."

They wanted to agree, but regrouping with Sullivan was easier said than done.

There were countless cries from the aliens as they started moving to surround her. If they tried to break through, the alpha class alien would catch up and kill them.

Selena bit her lip. "All of you go. I’ll stall for time!"

There was no other choice. Someone had to remain here to buy enough time for the rest of the group.

Alavenya wanted to say no, but further arguments would end up wasting their time.

Rather than rejecting that order, she should think of how to break through the countless aliens.

"I can move again!" Sera broke free from Alavenya and grabbed Flora. "I will carry her. Noelle should be able to move as well!"

Noelle nodded weakly. Even though her sword had shattered, she could still fight.

Still, the alpha class alien didn’t plan to let them get away. It broke free from the restraints made by three gods and headed straight to Selena and the others.

"Watch out!" Amphitrite warned while trying to control the water.

However, before the alien could reach them, a sharp sword strike traveled from afar. It cut the alien’s arm, ultimately stopping the alien.
