Multiple explosions occurred as Fenrir and the others joined the fight.

"!!!" Flora and Sera could finally smile. Their reinforcements had arrived. "Nathan!"

Luna maintained her focus on the alien, but the beasts seemed to be overwhelming the aliens for a short period.

So she turned around. "Nathan. What are we going to do?"

"I need a report. I need to know the number of aliens, especially the warrior class aliens and above."

"There are two alpha class aliens. One should have two rules, and the other has one rule. As for the elite class aliens, there are about seventeen to twenty elite class aliens. The number is a bit concerning. It’s so much more than what we should expect from an army of this size.

"The original size is about twelve thousand aliens. I have lowered it down to ten thousand."

Nathan’s expression turned solemn. "We have to conserve our energy as well, so we will take turns.

"Luna, you take on the alpha class alien with two rules. I will take down the other alpha class alien. Evelyn, I want you to conserve your energy and focus on decimating the lower-level aliens. Since we have to be fast, there is no need to gather their cores yet. Just build a teleportation circle after we’re done. We will come back later."

"Got it." The two nodded.

"Flora, Bella. I want the two of you to help Luna. Make sure she can focus on killing the alpha class alien. Vivian, you will become the buffer. Any elite class aliens coming for her will be stopped by you.

"Selena and Noelle, you two are to kill as many elite class aliens as possible. Work together if necessary. I want them dead as quickly as possible.

"Iris, you will focus on the warrior class aliens. Alavenya, I want you to wreak havoc in there. Lastly, Sera, you are to assist me."

"Understood!" They acknowledged their roles right away. However, some were quite disappointed with their roles. They wanted to play a bit more active roles, especially with their new powers.

However, Nathan added, as if he knew what they were thinking about. "There are still two places we need to clear up after this, so I have to adjust the team’s role depending on how much ena you possess."

After those words, they couldn’t really complain anymore.

So, Nathan ran to his divine beasts. "Tiamat, Xolotl, Garuda. I want the three of you to conserve your stamina. Fenrir, Nidhogg, Orochi, you three will be assisting me in taking down our target. The rest will be assisting us to make it happen!"

"Eh? I want to fight the alien with four rules as well."

"Don’t complain. There are plenty of chances in the future." Nathan harrumphed.

Everyone rearranged their positions according to Nathan’s plan.

Selena, Noelle, and Vivian were the first to enter the battle.

Selena rose into the sky. She then raised both hands as the blood on the ground started surging into the sky.

"Hell of Blood! Torrential Rain!"

The blood fell like rain and pierced through the aliens. Then, Risa and Amphitrite used their powers at the same time.

Risa supplied the blood, and Amphitrite focused on her water control. Using the blood Selena released, they formed a red tsunami, sweeping all the aliens in their path.

"Go!" Selena shouted.

"No entry!" Vivian placed her hand on the ground, forming a wall on both sides, making sure the path remained clear. Gaia strengthened these walls while her other familiars stabilized the area around the walls while stopping any elite class aliens that tried to break through.

Still, the number of elite class aliens was higher than what Vivian’s familiars could handle by themselves. So, two holes popped in the wall, an elite class alien emerging from each wall.

They brought at least a few hundred aliens inside.

But this was when Noelle came forward. She swiftly cut them down.

Noelle waved her blade at the elite class alien on the left. Meanwhile, a humanoid god thrust the alien on the right with his spear.

The god was clad in armor. The alien would have a hard time stopping him because he was none other than one of the seven lucky gods, Bishamonten.

Then, Ying Zhen, or more like Baek Jin-Ho, leaped into the air. This time, he wielded a sword.

When he raised his sword, the scent of plum filled the air. Flower petals surged in the air.

"Plum Blossom Secret Sword Art. Peerless Torrential Dance!"

The petals moved as if they were gracefully descending, but any aliens that came into contact with the petals were getting cut down.

It gave Noelle an opportunity to strike the elite class alien in the chest.

At the same time, Risa looped around the other elite class alien, becoming an annoyance for the alien. Bishamonten stepped forward and kicked the alien in the stomach.

"Good work, little girl. Continue! I shall bring you victory." Bishamonten raised his spear.

Thanks to their combined efforts, the path to the alpha class alien had been opened.

Without hesitation, Nathan and Luna ran across the path. Selena, Sera, and Vivian followed right after as they were meant to support them. Noelle and a few familiars were left behind to take care of the elite class aliens.

"Once you are here, the group has become more coordinated. As expected, those girls are strong together." Luna smiled.

"Well, they have worked hard."

"Indeed. That’s why I shouldn’t lose to them." Luna’s expression turned solemn.

Rakusha fused with Luna. A magic circle formed on her head like an angel’s halo, but slightly tilted to the side. Luna’s form had slightly changed from the last one Nathan remembered.

This time, a pair of wings emerged on her back. These wings were made of lines that created a pattern like that of a magic circle.

It looked like Luna was preparing these wings for her third rule.

Nathan smiled. He didn’t plan to lose either. However, he didn’t fuse with anyone this time. Instead, he let Fenrir and the others go rampaging.

As he expected, his strategy worked.

Fenrir, Nidhogg, and Orochi were releasing their powers at the alpha class alien while shouting, "Because of you... Because of you... we can’t fight that alien!"

Nathan just ignored their cries. Tiamat, Xolotl, and Garuda went around them and swept the area while conserving their energy.

Sera then raised her staff. "Janus! Gate of Duality. War and Peace!"
