Summoners War: Only I Summoned Divine Beasts

Chapter 1966: Reunion

Chapter 1966: Reunion

“Take care! You sure you don’t want to have me as one of your wives?” Catalith winked playfully.

“Please don’t joke around with that.” Nathan smiled wryly, while adding inwardly, ‘I don’t want to get another earful.’

“Haha. I’m just kidding, but I feel like there’s not much threat coming from your wives, so I thought you are open to the idea.” Catalith chuckled. Who didn’t want someone generous, especially with their karma?

Flora and the others didn’t show any jealousy. They knew Nathan didn’t dare to do it and if Nathan dared to do it, there would be one girl who would kill him and kill herself right after.

In a way, Selena was scarier than Azathoth and Yog-Sothoth. At least Nathan could complain about them being too strong, while he couldn’t do such a thing in front of Selena.

He wasn’t a pushover. He just loved his wife too much, and Selena reciprocated that feeling with her actions. She managed everything, both the group and the family. Nathan only needed to set up the main direction, and she would do the rest. That was why he always had a soft spot for Selena.

Nathan waved his hand. “Anyway, we’ll be off. Thank you for accepting us in this world.”

“Mhmm.” Catalith waved back. While it was true that she didn’t manage to get something like Machina, karma, or even teleportation circles, she truly had gotten a lot from Nathan.

Catalith thought that if she wanted those things in the future, it would be best to play her role as his ally to the best of her ability.

Meanwhile, Nathan’s journey was nothing easy. He first needed to find a portal that would bring him closer to Selena and the others.

Yog-Sothoth’s portal was much more powerful than his current portal, so taking advantage of it allowed him to save his energy.

After getting close enough, Nathan informed Evelyn about their arrival. Of course, Nathan needed a few more portals he personally created to get even closer.

Once his power and Evelyn’s space element could be connected, he formed the portal that linked both places together and finally reunited with the rest of the team.

“Welcome! I miss you!” Sera leaped toward Nathan and hugged him.

“Hoho.” Nathan chuckled, hugged her, spun around, and finally let her go. “I miss you too.”

“How is everyone doing?” Nathan smiled at Selena and the others.

“We’re very good right now.” Alavenya smirked, teasing Nathan.

“I really can’t do this. I miss you all too much.” Nathan spread his legs while coming to them, wanting a hug from each of them.

Selena took a deep breath. Although she didn’t want to miss this moment, she had no choice but to cut it short. “I know we have a lot to share, but we can catch up later. You might want to hear this first. In the past two days, we’ve been investigating the organization. As you said, there are a lot of organizations working with this one.

“The one I’m concerned about is this organization called Red Leaf. It’s a notorious organization that seems to have been funding this organization. They’re a very powerful organization that is said to have painted the planet red with the blood of its inhabitants.

“I’m afraid we’re going to deal with this one. They should have four true gods in that organization.”

“Four, huh?” Nathan was quite concerned. On the one hand, he might be able to fend them off in one way or another.

However, to kill four true gods would require a lot of them. If those four also came together, they would definitely bring a lot of other gods.

“What is the situation over here? How many organizations are around this area?”

“This is quite an active area. There are actually a lot of gods and true gods. It can be said to be one of the most active areas against the black cell. Maybe it has something to do with the first ancient battlefield?”

“I don’t know for sure, but well…” Nathan crossed his arms. “I guess we will have to deal with them soon.”

“Yes. We’ve made some preparations, but for now, it’s best to set up traps.”

“For now, I’m going to focus on summoning Apophis. If we’re going to set up some traps, it will be best to just lure them into the burial ground. Maybe we can put a seal or something so that they will be trapped inside with us. This way, we can isolate them and eliminate them without having to worry about other things,” explained Nathan.

“That’s a good idea. Are we finally going to fight those true gods?”

“Well, fighting true gods will definitely help you. I should be able to handle one true god with all my familiars. In that case, I will have to split you girls into three groups. You may have true gods with you, but their power at its peak can’t be underestimated. So, you need to be extra careful.”

Selena agreed. “Don’t worry. We’re not careless.”

“I know.” Nathan pondered. “In that case, let’s summon Apophis first. Then, we will head to the burial ground.”

“We’ve prepared the summoning circle.” Selena pointed to the left. “It should be over there.”

“I appreciate the thought, but I don’t think we should summon Apophis on this planet.”

“Really? Why?”

“Two reasons. First, he’s too big. In his legend, he’s a snake that is so big that he can circle the world and bite his own tail. Second, he’s too powerful. I’m afraid there will be some clashes right after the summoning because of its desire to return to complete darkness.

“So, it’s better to just set up the summoning circle on a small asteroid and summon him in outer space. This way, we don’t have to worry about destroying everything around us.

“Also, I will summon all my familiars to fight him. You and the girls will need to set up a barrier to contain our fight. I don’t want to alert our enemies.”

Selena nodded in understanding. “Got it.”
