Chapter 2146: Be a good girl then.
Pierce
A bloodied hand came out of Silvaris’s chest, making him widen his eyes in shock and horror as he stared at it and then—
"A new toy?
You better make this fun!"
He heard an excited, crazy voice.
He slowly turned his head around and his eyes fell on a purple-black entity of pure energy who didn’t seem to have any skin containing the endless energy inside her. The only thing he could see were her crimson eyes and a big wide hollow grin that seemed like it was prepared to fully devour him.
Before Silvaris could realize it, the purple-black energy that entered his body through her hands began to mess with his insides. He tried to use his energy to forcefully push the purple-black energy out, but his control over his own energy became weaker.
"H-H-How are you m-moving...?"
He questioned in a hoarse voice, barely standing as he tried everything in his power to contain the endless energy that was ruining his body from the inside.
"Yo—"
He tried asking more questions, probably to buy some time but—
Pierce
A purple-black tentacle then pierced his hand which was about to use an artifact to call for reinforcements.
"Come on, stop with boring talks, let’s playyyy~"
Sharnoth spoke.
Pierce Pierce Pierce
And just as she did, more and more tentacles pierced Silvaris’s body, and Silvaris, who was barely fighting the Chaos Energy released inside his body by Sharnoth’s hand, was very quickly overwhelmed by the energy released by tens of tentacles.
Finally, his eyes began to lose their light. He couldn’t even raise his hand, let alone put up a fight. Even his domain had started to crack since he no longer had the energy to keep it up.
Just like that, one of the strongest beings in Gracevale was utterly defeated in a battle so one-sided that it was almost humiliating.
The rest of the beings who were swallowed inside Silvaris’s domain couldn’t believe what was happening.
Most of them from Lower Level Worlds, some were even from Lowest Level Worlds, they couldn’t even imagine the possibility of a being like Silvaris being defeated in such... pathetic manner.
And it wasn’t just them—
Silvaris too, had no clue what was happening or how it happened. According to the Universe’s rule, no one should be able to sneak behind him inside his domain, especially not when he had ’ordered’ every being inside his domain to kneel.
His enemies shouldn’t even be moving right now, let alone attacking him.
Yet here it was—
Two enemies, one who seemed completely unbothered by his domain, and another who snuck behind him and attacked till his domain no longer held any power.
It... it made absolutely no sense.
"Don’t think too much,
You will find out the answers to your questions soon enough."
Suddenly, Silvaris heard a voice.
It was Nux.
The man was now hovering right in front of him without any change in his expression.
"Now, just to be sure."
Nux then extended his hand, placing it on Silvaris’s forehead to read his memories. Carlen was a Transcendent and an important member of Gracevale Hall, but it didn’t mean he would know everything happening here or all the instructions passed down from above.
Silvaris, on the other hand, was different.
If the Supreme Worlds said anything about him, Silvaris would know.
But—
"Truly nothing huh..."
Nux muttered.
He couldn’t find anything.
The Supreme Worlds, or the Supreme Faction of Light that Silvaris had direct contact with, said nothing about his existence. The most recent Universal event according to them was still the disappearance of Umbrasol and the summon of all mercenaries’ world leaders.
"They must be really hoping for us to attack Aurendor huh..."
Nux muttered.
Sharnoth, who heard those words, reacted instantly.
"When are we attacking?"
She questioned, her crimson eyes shining dangerously. Unlike Sharnoth’s other personality, who only held hatred for Aurendor and Vexarion out of instinct, this one remembered it all—every single thing that happened from the day her Father was killed, to when she and her mother were captured by Aurendor.
It was all in her head.
Still as clear as if it all happened yesterday.
"Soon."
Nux smiled lightly.
Crack Crack Crack
Finally, Silvaris’s domain began to crack. Nux, who already knew from Silvaris’s memory that the rest of the fourteen Eternals were outside, started to stretch his body, preparing for the big battle.
"You will take care of him, is that clear?"
"But I want to play."
"Don’t you wish to play with Vexarion?"
Nux questioned and Sharnoth’s eyes changed.
"Be a good girl then."
The Devil muttered with a smile.
"Yes..."
Sharnoth nodded and finally—
CRACK
The domain cracked completely as Sharnoth’s chaos energy ruined and destabilized the last bits of Silvaris’s energy inside his own body.
The golden light quickly broke down, revealing the familiar skies of Gracevale. The trapped beings thought they could finally move around and get away from this situation but...
The moment they stood up, their eyes fell on the fourteen Eternals that had now surrounded them and although not a single Eternal was looking at them, none of them were daring enough to actually try and leave this place.
Yes, their lives were in the hands of the Eternals.
The only hope they could cling to was the fact that they were inside Gracevale, a world that is known for peace and protection, so somewhere in their hearts, they were hoping they wouldn’t be implicated in the situation they had nothing to do with.
"Who are you? And why are you here?"
A being with white wings on his back, long golden hair and an ancient armor questioned with a grim look on his face as he stared at Nux.
As someone connected to Gracevale’s Will, the moment Carlen was attacked, he and the other Eternals were alerted that something was happening.
However, when they noticed that Silvaris had already made a move, they shrugged, thinking the situation was solved, especially when Silvaris created a domain and they didn’t sense a counter domain.
But...
The moment they sensed that Silvaris’s domain was destabilizing—things began to change.
Something was happening, and they all knew they needed to make a move.
They just...
Did not expect to see Silvaris, who was easily one of the strongest amongst the fifteen of them...
To be in this state.
Therefore, without thinking any further—
They tried to buy time and call reinforcements—
However—
