Chapter 1007: Is that how you greet your Master, huh?
“Is there any news?” came Arabel’s voice from behind Leo.
“No,” — Leo shook his head.
It has been a long time since communication with the Kingdom’s observation posts located near the Dark Sphere was lost.
Now they had no idea what exactly was going on there.
And the unknown is always frightening and disturbing.
“Without a doubt, something is going on there,” Sierra said, feeling the increasing fluctuation of the element of darkness since the connection disappeared.
Arabel turned to her, and then she turned her gaze from the many people gathered here to the two of them: Essora and Coco.
Noticing Arabel’s gaze, the two nodded, confirming Sierra’s words.
The Dark Sphere, which had remained inactive, finally began to show its activity.
“We need to send someone or wait until other forces check what’s going on there,” Leo suggested.
“Let me go and check out what’s going on,” suggested Milena, who had not previously participated in the expedition.
Everyone turned to her, and knowing about her abilities, everyone agreed that she was the perfect candidate.
“Okay,” — Arabel agreed, and just as she was about to give some instructions, her eyes widened in surprise.
“What happened?” — Sierra immediately noticed the change in Arabel.
Arabel looked at Sierra, and soon her surprise turned to a joyful smile.
“They’re back!” she exclaimed.
“Huh?”
Not everyone presents immediately understood what she was talking about.
“Dan and the others are back,” Arabel clarified, and disappeared from her seat, appearing on the fiery side of the ring of the seasons.
“Dan!” — As soon as Arabel appeared and saw Idan, she threw herself into his arms. Idan deftly caught his wife and hugged her tightly.
Oblivious to the curious stares around him, Idan passionately clung to Arabel’s lips, and she responded to him no less fervently.
It was only after a long and passionate kiss, when their hearts had calmed down a little, that Arabel noticed that many beasts were watching them.
Her heart started beating faster, and her eyes widened in surprise. All of these creatures looking at them were Platinum-ranked beasts.
She looked at her husband, waiting for an answer.
“Well, wife, meet the new inhabitants of our growing Kingdom,” Idan said with a slight smile.
Arabel blinked charmingly and, tearing herself away from Idan, glanced at his stomach, which stood out under his uniform. Then she turned back to the beasts.
“Greetings to all of you,” — Arabel said with a sense of ownership of the place. The beasts looked at her curiously. “I am Arabel Fein, wife of Idan Fein, and I am pleased to welcome you to our Kingdom.”
Due to her experience and knowledge, Arabel no longer perceived beasts as ordinary beasts, but as beings equal to her.
“You can feel at home here, but I ask you to follow a few rules and not attack everyone you meet.”
“If you want to fight or hunt, you can experience the Simularium. You can also leave the Kingdom and come back at any time.”
The beasts, sensitive to emotions, caught the sincerity in Arabel’s words and did not notice the lie. Her respectful attitude resonated in their hearts, and they also growled in response.
“Some of them have obtained the seed of law in the heart of the Anomaly, and now they need a safe place to digest it. I offered them this place, and some followed me and them,” Idan shared through a mental link.
“So that’s it,” — Arabel nodded understandingly, examining the beasts and birds.
“You can look around, find a comfortable place and start digesting the seed of the law,” Idan said. And before he left, he added: “And may you not eat the living fire plant there.”
The next moment, he and Arabel disappeared, appearing on the Icy Side, where Lucinda, Esma, and a group of platinum-ranked beasts were waiting for them.
“Big sisters,” Arabel greeted her sisters happily, hugging both of them, and her attention turned to the beasts surrounding them.
“After Idan invited the beasts to join the Kingdom, we also made an offer to the beasts from other anomalies. The few who managed to get the seed decided to follow us, mainly because of our promise to provide them with a safe place,” Lucinda explained, looking around at the beasts. Then she added:
“Lina was also followed by several beasts, and she’s with them now.”
Some of the beasts who listened attentively to their conversation still felt resentment towards Lucinda, but they also respected her strength.
“Greetings to you all,” Arabel greeted, assuming the form of an Ice Valkyrie, and her bloodline resonated with all the beasts and birds in this place.
She spoke the same words as the fire side beasts, and due to the influence of her bloodline and sincerity, most of the beasts softened their fears and roared in greeting.
At that moment, Sierra joined them, and to the surprise of Lucinda, Esma, and Idan himself, Milica appeared.
“Master?”
Arabel and Sierra smiled at their reaction.
“Is that how you greet your Master, huh? Idan?” Milica smiled.
“Ah! Master, it’s good to see you again!” he greeted.
“I’m glad to see you safe and sound too, Idan,” Milica replied and turned to Lucinda and Esme. “I’m glad to see that you’re okay, too.”
Both Valkyries nodded.
“So you became a Guardian too?” Lucinda asked, and Esma, filled with jealousy, stamped her feet.
“Yes, and it’s all thanks to you,” nodded Milica, who, like Lucinda and Sierra, has now become the third Guardian of the Kingdom, the Guardian of Lightning.
“Lina has taken over the lightning source, so you should thank her, not us,” Lucinda said, shaking her head.
“Speaking of the gifts of the Tree,” Idan turned to Esme, who, overcome with jealousy, took out the gifts of the Tree from her magic bag and handed them to Arabel.
Arabel, Sierra, Milica and all the beasts looked at these wonderful objects in amazement.
When Arabel picked them up, a notification from the System appeared in front of her.:
[Ding! The source of the element of water has been discovered. Start integration with Family Spatial Storage?]
[Ding! An unripe seed of the water law has been discovered]
[Ding! An unripe seed of the wind law has been discovered]
The two seeds disappeared from Arabel’s hands without question, leaving only a round sphere.
“Yes, integrate it,” Arabel agreed, and the Sphere disintegrated in her palm.
Following this, the Kingdom shook.
Under the gazes of everyone present, clouds began to gather in the sky, and soon rain fell over the Kingdom for the first time.
