Supreme Husband System! & Supreme Wife System!

Chapter 1155: Oh! Is it time already?

Chapter 1155: Oh! Is it time already?

It has been two days since the first raid group successfully completed the “Dungeon Simulator”.

However, life did not stop there and continued to go on as usual.

The thrilling video of the boss battle, as well as Idan’s words that they would experience it all themselves after giving birth, prompted Arabel to return to the time room.

Now that her belly has become more visible and the first signs of the fiery element have appeared in their child, Arabel and Idan decided to refrain from intimacy in order to ensure the safety of the baby.

Idan took this decision calmly, but Arabel had a hard time.

“It’s easy for him to abstain from intimacy for only a few days, and I have to endure for a few more months,” Arabel was indignant, sitting in the time room and watching another first—rank potion being brewed in an alchemical cauldron.

With one hand, she controlled the flames using her mana, and with the other, she gently stroked her stomach.

But soon, the hand that was gently stroking her stomach trembled.

“No, no, no, not that again,” — Arabel began to deny. Her control over mana was shaken and became chaotic, and with it her manipulation of the flame.

With a sudden change in flame, the cauldron quickly went out of order, and soon a small pop was heard, and dark smoke poured out of the cauldron.

“Damn it!”

Arabel clenched her fists tightly and clenched her teeth, feeling the urge to smash something. But she managed to restrain herself.

“Inhale and exhale, Belle, inhale and exhale,” she repeated to herself until the anger receded.

Opening her eyes, she looked at the cauldron covered in black soot.

“Failure again”, — She thought.

“But everything was going so well.”

During the days spent in seclusion, Arabel had completely mastered the basics of Rank 1 alchemy. Her success rate was incredibly high: out of ten attempts, she failed only one.

She recently completed the theoretical part of Rank 2 alchemy and has now started practicing. Everything was going great, but in recent days Arabel began to notice sudden bursts of energy in her stomach. These flashes caused her own ice mana to go out of control.

Of course, the reason for everything was her baby growing inside.

Even in moments of intense anger and emotion, Arabel did not allow herself to scold her child.

Instead, she complained about her husband, Idan. But as soon as her feelings subsided, she began to feel ashamed and blame herself.

Thus, her mood had been at its lowest point for the past two days.

The only thing that pleased her in this situation was that Idan did not hear her swearing.

“Hmm… Dan’s running late,” — Arabel frowned.

The time for his next visit had just arrived. She always kept track of time very carefully and never made mistakes.

“Okay, let’s look for him, I’m tired of sitting alone,” she told herself and tried to get up. But because of her still growing belly, it wasn’t so easy, and she had to push herself with her hands.

Before leaving the room, Arabel took out a {Ghost Mask} from the spatial ring and put it on her face. Her snow-white hair turned red again, and her belly disappeared.

“That’s better,” she said, glancing in the mirror. “Now no one will stare at me and my stomach.”

In addition, after spending a long time in the image of the Ice Valkyrie, she realized that she was beginning to miss her true appearance.

After leaving the rooms, which were already beginning to put pressure on her after ten days of imprisonment, Arabel first decided to look for her husband, using her power over the Kingdom.

“So that’s where he is,” she said with a gentle smile.

She disappeared from the spot and appeared at the entrance to the Simularium.

The huge queue that usually gathered in front of the Simularium had disappeared.

This was made possible by Idan connecting the Simularium to the Core Module they had previously purchased in the Nexus Entertainment Sector.

Thanks to this, the Simularium gained access to the computing power of the Nexus, which allowed it to create multiple simulations simultaneously. Now everyone could use the simulations without long queues.

The Simularium now had two entrances.

One of them was in the Kingdom, and the other was in the Nexus.

The entrance to the Simularium in the Nexus is controlled by the Nexus itself.

On the one hand, it saved us some worries. On the other hand, Nexus charged a certain percentage of its income for its services.

At the same time, the entrance to the Kingdom remained unchanged and was available free of charge to all residents of the Kingdom.

As for the Nexus itself, many Awakened Ones had already started making plans, discussing future shops, training areas and housing, the full development of the city of Systems took time.

Everything in this place had its price in System Points.

And considering that {Local Systems Network} and {Systems Dungeon} had appeared only recently, and the world had only recently experienced the Third Disaster, the Awakened Ones didn’t have enough funds yet.

Arabel hesitated, then took a step forward.

Since the Simularium belonged to her and her husband, she didn’t have to choose a room. Her system did it for her, sending her into one of the training simulations.

As soon as she appeared there, her gaze immediately landed on the one she was looking for.

He was standing with his back to her, armed with two swords. He had a crystal sword on his left hand, and a dark sword on his right, which Arabel immediately recognized as her own sword, the Dark Queen Sword.

In addition to her husband, Arabel noticed a barely alive old man lying in front of him.

Before she could call out to them, Idan suddenly appeared behind her and gently hugged her.

“Look who’s here,” he whispered in her ear.

“I’m here because someone forgot that they should be somewhere else right now,” she replied with displeasure. But as soon as she felt his gentle and warm embrace, she seemed to melt, and her discontent disappeared.

“Oh! Is it time already?” wondered Idan.

He was also keeping track of time, and he knew there wasn’t much time left.

He was also watching the time, and as he knew, there was still a little bit left before the appointed moment.

But he quickly pushed these thoughts away and said:

“It’s good that you came, Belle.”

He released her and, taking her by the hands, led her to the barely alive Cyrion.

“What are you doing here?”

Her gaze fell on the pitiful ancestor of the Flaming Cranes, and even before she was answered, it dawned on her.

“Are you training to absorb True Fire using my sword?”

Idan nodded affirmatively, materializing her dark sword.

“Azar has already evolved into a Fire Dragon, and the other six beasts are still waiting for me to collect the True Fires they need.”

“While experimenting with Golden Fire, I realized that it would take a long time to master it.”

Idan glanced at Cyrion, who agreed to his experiments in exchange for helping the other Flaming Cranes master the Golden Fire.

“I can’t make them wait too long.”

“So I decided not to try to figure them out on my own, but just to get them in any way I could.”

Arabel, silently looking at her husband, pointed at Cyrion,

“But don’t you already have a Golden Flame?”

Idan, puzzled, looked at her, “Huh?”

“Why not ask Cyrion to help with the evolution ritual?” she suggested.

“The requirements don’t say who should own the True Fire. It only mentions the very presence of True Fire, isn’t it?”

Idan’s eyes widened as he realized her words.

“She’s right,” he thought. “The terms only say that True Fire is needed, not that it should belong to me.”

His gaze landed on Cyrion, and he was sure that he would not refuse and would agree to help.

Of course, this did not guarantee that the other True Fire owners would also agree to help. Some of them were his enemies, and it was better not to deal with others at all. But now he has another path.

And even if this plan fails, he can always return to the original plan.

“Heh,” Arabel grinned, having rarely seen him with such an expression on his face. “It seems like someone is thinking too much and complicating things.”
