Chapter 1178: Okay, Master, I'll wait.
Chapter 1178: Okay, Master, I’ll wait.
After escorting Arabel to the entrance of the time room, Idan returned to his training with Milica. Nemo and Lina soon joined them.
Lina, being a Thunderblade Valkyrie and having a strong affinity with the lightning element, took Milica’s place in sparring with Idan. While Milica and Nemo watched from the sidelines.
“Idan told me that you are eager to return to Junonia as soon as possible and find the one I advised you to find,” Milica said, without taking her eyes off the two combatants.
“Yes, Master, it is,” Nemo replied through a mental link.
“Let’s wait until Arabel gives birth, and then we’ll go back to Junonia together,” — Milica suggested.
Nemo turned abruptly to her, but because of the mask it was difficult to understand his reaction.
“Yes, I won’t let you go alone and I’ll go with you and Lina,” Milica smiled, but soon her smile disappeared and her face became serious. “It’s been about two months since the Valkyries attacked you and Lina, and Idan and Arabel saved you.”
Nemo nodded after a moment’s hesitation.
“Two months is too short a time, and I’m sure they’re still waiting for you to appear and are watching the place where you disappeared,” with these words, Milica turned her gaze back to Idan and Lina.
Nemo clenched his left fist tightly.
He recalled the events of two months ago and bitterly realized his weakness. Because of her, he was unable to protect Lina on his own and was forced to seek help from his juniors, dragging them into his problems.
Where in the end, Idan suffered greatly due to the intervention of a Rank 6 being.
“I understand that you want to heal your wounds as soon as possible. Especially now that you have Izzy’s mother and the girl you like by your side,” Milica smiled again.
“I do not know what exactly awaits us on the other side, but I am sure that I will be very busy for the first time after my appearance in Junonia. Even if I have the opportunity to return to the Kingdom, I won’t be able to do it often,” Milica admitted.
“So I’m asking you to wait a bit until Arabel gives birth. Until then, I’ll at least be a master for a while and help Idan with his training.”
In addition, Milica did not want to miss the birth of her student Arabel’s two wonderful babies and become one of the few who could hold them in her arms.
Nemo knew that Milica was right. As much as he wanted to go back, his haste now could only lead him and Lina back into the trap.
Suppressing his own desire to find a healer and heal himself as soon as possible, Nemo finally said:
“Okay, Master, I’ll wait.”
“In the meantime, you can join Idan and me in training,” Milica suggested, and Nemo eventually agreed.
It was a great help for Idan to have two different sparring partners at once, and both of them had an affinity for the lightning element. In addition, Milica used a staff, and Lina was skilled with a sword.
Idan had never met anyone who could wield a sword as skillfully as Lina. Even Alois and Liam couldn’t compare to her.
“What to expect from the daughter of a Sword Hero”, — Idan thought, still smiling. Lina seemed to be enjoying the battle too, although for the most part she was deliberately giving in.
She saw Idan’s smile and his burning enthusiasm. As an experienced combat swordswoman, she was impressed by such a fighting spirit.
Nemo soon replaced Lina, and the sparring between Idan and his champion turned into a regular sword fight.
Lina and Nemo were both swordsmen, but each had their own unique style. This variety of styles was felt very strongly and allowed Idan to better understand that each new opponent has his own unique fighting skills.
By evening, Idan felt tired, but very satisfied.
The training session turned out to be very productive, and now that nothing was distracting him, he wanted to continue after a short rest.
However, his plans were not destined to come true. He felt the fluctuations of the element of fire coming from the guest room of his house.
Has it really been a week already? thought Idan, having lost count. He had completely forgotten that it had been seven days since Ryan had drunk the Alpha Fire Bloodline Change potion and was about to emerge from his bloody cocoon.
Quickly leaving the Simularium, Idan teleported Ryan’s cocoon away from the center, into an area rich in fire elements. At the same time, he moved Estelle, Amanda, and the twins, warning them beforehand.
Idan did not forget about his younger sister Ina, whom he discovered in the company of the Fire Fox Lissa.
“What? Did Big Brother Ryan become the Alpha of Fire?” Ina asked Idan with excitement.
“Yes, he’s about to come out of that cocoon over there,” Idan replied, pointing at the cocoon.
Estelle and Amanda, each holding a baby in their arms, did not take their eyes off the cocoon.
All of them were reliably protected by Idan’s Soul Force, which protected them from the fiery energy emanating from this area and from the fluctuations of Ryan’s cocoon.
The strong fluctuation of the fire element attracted the attention of other creatures.
Soon, many people gathered one after another to witness the birth of the second Alpha of Fire.
When the cocoon split, a powerful wave of fire burst out. Idan, taking the form of an Alpha of Fire, instantly suppressed the flame, and in place of the split cocoon, surrounded by a scarlet glow, a creature with long flaming hair appeared.
Scarlet and gold reflections flickered in the depths of his eyes, and narrow predatory pupils gave a look of inhuman authority. This creature exuded not just the pressure of a powerful being, but the innate superiority of an Alpha, to which all creatures of fire instinctively felt the desire to bow.
Estelle shuddered for a moment, as if standing in front of her was not her son, but a being born in the very heart of the flame.
Idan couldn’t help but narrow his eyes at the difference.
His own Alpha Fire form was just a manifestation of the power gained through the System. He could go in and out of it. Ryan, on the other hand, no longer had a human bloodline. Even in a calm state, he remained the Alpha of Fire.
What stood in front of them was not a man temporarily clothed in flames.
In front of them was the true Alpha of Fire.
