Chapter 1192: Dragon System

Chapter 1192: Dragon System

[Ding! The chosen candidate does not meet the minimum requirements of a Dragon Rider.]

[Find another candidate?]

Lying on the floor of the restaurant and ignoring the stares of the customers, Hailey focused on the system notification.

“Leo… Dragon Rider?” she said, unable to believe how it had happened. Realizing the absurdity of the situation, Hailey couldn’t help but laugh.

To imagine that such a shy, insecure and such a sweet guy would become her Rider? It was just hilarious. The more Hailey thought about it, the more she started laughing.

The baby dragon poked his head out from under the table and tilted it, trying to figure out why her new little sister was acting so strangely and what amused her so much.

[Ding! Find another candidate?]

The System Notification appeared in front of her eyes again.

“Give up Leo? Of course not!” — Hailey declared decisively, not wanting to miss the chance for such an amusing development of events.

[Ding! Host, are you sure? Remember that once approved, you will not be able to change your mind in the future.]

“Yes, I’m sure,” Hailey said confidently.

[Ding! Host, are you sure about your decision? Maybe we should think about it again.]

“Pfft, ahahaha!”— Hailey burst out laughing again.

“System, are you against Leo becoming my Rider?”

[…]

“You know, your persistence only convinces me that this is the right choice.”

[Ding! The choice is made]

Eventually, her system gave up and identified Leo as a candidate for the role of a Dragon Rider.

“Heh,” Hailey grinned, pleased with that. For the first time in a long time, she showed her status.

“Oh!” Her status has undergone significant changes.

Now she was no longer a human, but a full-fledged dragon. With this new status, she had a “Main Dragon Core”.

“So my foundation is now the lava dragon?” she mused, remembering the words of the System that she had heard when she first became Awakened. At that time, the System warned that in the future it would have to choose a foundation and a bloodline around which it would develop.

She couldn’t help but think of Idan and Arabel, who possessed many different bloodlines and could easily switch between them.

However, her System did not allow her to do so. She only had one bloodline, but she was more flexible and had the potential to evolve and supplement by absorbing other dragon bloodlines.

As soon as she clicked on the (+) next to the “Main Dragon Core”, additional information appeared in front of her:

———————————–

Main Dragon Core: Lava Dragon (-)

Bloodline Rank: Platinum

Bloodline Potential: Mythical

Bloodline Domain: Lava Dragon Domain (Sealed)

Secondary Bloodline: none

———————————–

“Bloodline Potential: Mythical?” Hailey stared at the item in surprise.

If she wasn’t mistaken, then the “Mythical” rank meant the ninth rank.

“How did it happen? How did I manage to obtain such a powerful bloodline?” She wondered.

And then she heard a child’s voice:

“Little sister, little sister.”

Her gaze fell on the face of her stupid “older” brother, and then she realized where her bloodline came from and why this scoundrel never tired of calling her little sister.

Only now did she realize that she was lying on the floor in the middle of the restaurant and everyone was looking at her.

Putting aside the examination of her status for later, she got to her feet and looked around. Her gaze fell on the broken table, and then met Sofia’s displeased gaze.

“Hehe,” she said, scratching her head.

“Are you all right?” asked Sofia, sighing.

“Oh, don’t worry, I’m fine,” — Hailey smiled, looking around at the visitors.

“That’s great. Please pay for the table and the food,” Sofia said. “Oh, and one more thing. We are now accepting System Points.”

“What?” Hailey froze in place.

“System points?” She thought, quickly opening her System window. But, to her surprise, she discovered that her System Points account was empty.

“Eh? Where are all my accumulated points?” she wondered.

[Host. Your System Points were used by this System to maintain your condition and in the process of your transformation.]

[Be glad that this System was generous and didn’t write you a debt.]

Hailey’s right eye twitched.

She looked at Sofia, not knowing how to tell her that she had nothing to pay with.

“Little sister, the Master will pay for me,” the baby dragon purred, coming to her rescue.

Hailey smiled when she heard that.

“Well, your master is my master, so he’ll pay for me, won’t he?” she asked.

The baby dragon tilted its head.

“Put everything on my Master Idan’s account,” Hailey asked, smiling. She didn’t see a problem with that, because he was the one who brought her here.

Sofia looked at her suspiciously, but then, remembering that Hailey was Idan and Arabel’s subordinate, she agreed anyway.

“I’m sorry again,” Hailey apologized, picked up her “older” brother and quickly ran out of the restaurant without looking back.

“I hope Master Idan won’t get angry?” she asked, looking at the baby dragon.

Whoosh!

The baby dragon suddenly licked her face with his long and slippery tongue.

“You bastard!” Hailey cursed, barely able to resist throwing her “older” brother to the ground with all her might.

After getting rid of the slime, Hailey had mixed feelings: on the one hand, she wanted to strangle the baby dragon, and on the other, she wanted to protect it.

After calming down, Hailey couldn’t help but think about Arabel and her unique situation.

She wondered how she was doing.

Her gaze fell on the dragon.

“Do you know where Arabel is? Your master’s wife?” she asked.

The little dragon blinked in confusion.

“Of course, you’re a stupid dragon and you don’t know anything,” Hailey realized, realizing that the little dragon didn’t know anything.

[Host. The one you’re thinking of is in that building.]

To her delight, her own System came to the rescue.

“Oh, thank you,” she said, hugging the dragon tighter, and walked quickly towards Essora’s house.
