Chapter 1243: Christina’s gratitude.

Arabel was confused, not understanding what they had done to deserve such gratitude. It seemed to her that they should be thanking her, not her thanking them.

Christina, noticing Arabel’s surprise, laughed, covering her mouth with her hands. At that moment, Arabel noticed the ring on Christina’s finger.

“You—” Arabel began, but stopped. She was not familiar with the traditions of other worlds and did not want to guess. However, Christina noticed her gaze.
