Chapter 697: The beginning of the banquet

For the Hosts of the Supreme Systems and personalities like Irene and Arslan, who were familiar with the features of the Idan and Arabel System, the answer to this question was obvious.

Anna, Richard, Ivette, and Inessa were both surprised and delighted that the problem that had been bothering Arabel since morning had miraculously disappeared.

Overcome with happiness, Idan and Arabel gratefully accepted congratulations and gladly accepted the photos. They themselves wanted to capture this important day as best as possible and especially wanted their personal professional photographer Coco to take as many pictures as possible.

Idan and Arabel were ready to spend money on sweets and exchange their favorite photos with this little sweet tooth.

Many of the guests, including Idan and Arabel, were unaware of the location of the celebration. However, their doubts were dispelled by Irene, who gave a speech.

“Dear guests, I ask you not to disperse and return to this wonderful place. After a while, the banquet will begin,” she said.

It turned out that the venue of the banquet was the same place where Idan and Arabel’s wedding ceremony had just taken place. And now that all the guests have left, this space has begun to transform and prepare for the banquet by the forces of the Host of the Supreme Chef System and her wife.

Idan and Arabel, as well as all the guests, did not have to wait long.

Soon, at the invitation, they returned inside the barrier, passing through the arch, and again froze in amazement, finding themselves in a completely different, magnificent place.

Under the rays of the setting sun, they found themselves on top of a large cliff, offering a magnificent view of the night sky, dotted with bright stars of an unknown magical world.

The altar and all the chairs disappeared, giving way to a large open circular area surrounded by round tables on which delicious dishes were placed.

Round lights hovered in the sky above the playground and tables, illuminating everything with a warm orange glow and creating a wonderful atmosphere.

In the very center of all the tables was a small table for two, designed for the main culprits of the celebration — Idan and Arabel.

The guests, overwhelmed with emotions, began to take their places at the tables.

Idan and Arabel’s parents, including Leo’s mother, were in a separate corner, closest to the couple. Idan and Arabel’s close friends gathered at another table: Irene, Arslan, Nemo, Lina and Sierra.

Eulalia, Liam, Alois, Milica, and Geminia took another table.

Esma, Hazel, Yulaya, Milena and Lucinda, all five Valkyries, sat down together.

Hailey, Leo, Aliya, Felicia and the Princess sat down at the same table. Leo was the only young man in the company of four beautiful ladies.

Two of them possessed Systems that endowed them with unusual abilities: one of them could become a future Dragoness, and the other a Fox.

The two remaining girls were from another world. One of them, Aliya, was a representative of the race of Creatures of Light. The other one, the former Queen, who represented the race of Creatures of Darkness, was still in the form of a little girl.

The rest of the guests also split into small groups and took their seats.

To the surprise of everyone present, there was no one among them who had experience holding such events. Therefore, the role of the host was taken over by one of the unexpected guests of this shotgun wedding — a handsome middle-aged man, whose attractiveness was appreciated even by Sierra. This person turned out to be the Host of the Merchant’s Supreme System.

He was accompanied by Lustina, a woman whose graceful figure and playful smile attracted the gazes of all the men present and ignited the fires of jealousy in the eyes of many women.

“Dear ladies and gentlemen,” the Merchant began his speech. “Let me introduce myself to everyone who has not yet met this wonderful and beautiful man. You can kindly call me a Merchant.”

“And this charming lady, who will accompany this handsome man on this significant evening, is called Lustina,” the Merchant continued, and his words were greeted with applause from the audience.

“Today we gathered in this beautiful place to celebrate the most important event — the wedding of two young people in love, Idan and Arabel! Let’s applaud our heroes of the day!” said Lustina enthusiastically.

After that, both Hosts of the Supreme Systems began to entertain the guests with their speeches. And soon after the first “Kiss!” and the kiss of Idan and Arabel, salads and snacks began to be served to relaxing music played by magical beasts under the guidance of a Tamer.

When everyone finished with the initial meal, the Merchant went to the center of the circular area.

“And now we invite the main culprits of the celebration to perform their first dance!” he said, pointing at Idan and Arabel. At that moment, the fireballs that were hanging above their table flashed with bright light like spotlights, illuminating them both and attracting everyone’s attention.

Smiling, Idan rose to his feet and held out his hand to Arabel, inviting her to their first marital dance.

Arabel, beaming with joy, accepted his offer and readily followed him to perform this dance.
