Chapter 787: Wow, quite a lot

After returning to the Lava Lake, Idan, Milica, and Elira spent the whole day mining fire element crystals.

In the message, Arabel invited him to return to the Kingdom and take the Master and Elira with him to celebrate the opening of the restaurant.

"Master," Idan called and shared Arabel's message with Milica.

"Okay, let's take a short break and go to the kingdom," Milica agreed and urged Elira to stop.

"Great, let's calculate how much we've got in that time, and I'll go get the baby dragon. I want to discuss an important issue with these dragons," Idan told Milica.

"Okay," — Milica nodded.

"Hey, kiddy, tell your parents that I want to discuss something with them about candies," Idan addressed the dragon through their new bond formed through their contract.

In less than ten seconds, Idan was teleported back to the center of the Lava Lake.

Idan noticed with interest that his ring had begun to greedily absorb the energy of the fire element again.

"What's with the candies?" asked Mama Dragon as soon as Idan appeared in front of them.

"I would like to discuss the amount of candy I will owe you after I leave this place," Idan began and then asked his question.

"May I ask, do you allow others who enter the Lava Lake to mine Fire Element crystals?"

"Oh, are you saying that since you got these crystals yourself, you're not willing to give up the candy for them?" Papa Dragon immediately understood what Idan was getting at.

"Partly, yes, because we ourselves, by our own efforts, received these crystals of the element of fire. If anyone who enters the lava lake can get them, then according to our agreement, it won't mean that you provided me with these crystals, right?"

"I'm not saying that I won't bring candies, I just want to reduce their number due to the fact that you "allowed" us to get fire crystals ourselves," Idan hastened to add, noticing that the mood of the dragons was beginning to change.

The dragons agreed that they did not prevent other creatures from obtaining fire crystals if they had the appropriate abilities.

The Lava Lake was huge, and there were many crystal deposits. It took a lot of effort to get them.

The dragons knew about this from the very beginning, but they wanted to gain benefits without telling Idan about it. They were a little disappointed that the guy didn't fall for their trick.

Idan discussed a little more with the dragons and eventually came to an agreement with them, significantly reducing the number of candies that he would have to bring next time in exchange for the fire crystals he had "mined" himself.

"Well, kiddy, will you come with me or stay with your parents?" asked Idan of the little dragon, who was still in his mother's arms.

The baby dragon raised his head and looked at her.

"You can go now," said Mama Dragon, and the baby dragon nodded in response.

When Idan saw that the baby dragon was ready to follow him, he called him back to his star. Both of the baby dragon's parents still couldn't get used to this new miracle and looked at everything with a complicated look.

"I'm leaving for a while, and we'll be back soon, and if possible, I'll bring the promised candies," Idan said, lifting the mood and causing anticipation among the dragons.

"Okay, okay, then you can go," Papa Dragon said happily. And Mama dragon looked a little sad as she watched her baby leave.

Then Idan was teleported back to the crater.

"Back already?" — Milica asked with a smile and added: "We counted how many fire crystals we managed to get."

"Oh, how much is that?" asked Idan.

"There are 793 fire element crystals in total: 181 — bronze rank, 125 — silver, 205 — golden, 233 — platinum. And if we take into account the 22 crystals that we received from the dragons, then there are only 49 Diamond-rank crystals."

"Wow, quite a lot," — Idan smiled.

"Yes, and we still have time, so we can go back and even take Eulalia and someone else with us," Milica suggested.

"Indeed, we need to seize this chance and collect as much as we can," Idan agreed.

"Okay, let's go, Belle and the others are probably waiting," Idan said, opening the Access Portal leading to the Kingdom.

"Yes, let's go," Milica said, inviting Elira to enter first.

When all three of them were in the Kingdom, they felt the temperature change dramatically and took a deep breath, enjoying the coolness.

"Let's go to the restaurant," — Idan suggested and, using his power, teleported Milica and Elira to the entrance of the restaurant. He appeared inside, behind Arabel, put his arms around her and hugged her to him.

Idan noticed that Arabel was surprised for only a moment, and then immediately relaxed in his arms.

"My little wife, did you miss me?" Idan whispered in Arabel's ear.

Undeterred by the fact that everyone was looking at them, Arabel turned around and happily greeted her husband with a kiss. Of course, everyone clapped their hands watching this romantic moment.
