Chapter 811: Another Princess?
Chapter 811: Another Princess?
"The Princess of the Current?"
"The Princess of the Drowned?"
"Another Princess?" exclaimed Esma in amazement. "Has this Dark Witch decided to collect the princesses?"
"Well, I wouldn't say that," Arabel said with a laugh. "Princess is the name that Sierra gave to her second contract. She previously held the title of the Queen of the Womskinner race."
"As for the Princess of the Current or the Princess of the Drowned, as I understand it, these are the names of the creature's race, right?" she asked, turning to Milena.
"Yes, that's right," Milena nodded, confirming Arabel's assumption. "These creatures look like graceful women in black robes with long veils of algae and tentacles. Their skin has a cold, ghostly shade — pale bluish-silver, with a slight purple undertone."
"And most importantly, these creatures have an affinity not only with the element of darkness, but also with the element of Death," Milena added.
"The Element of Death?"
Esma swallowed hard. "And you're saying that this Dark Witch made a contract with such a creature?"
Milena nodded once more, confirming her words.
Few of those present understood what the element of Death was. The very word "Death" was already causing fear.
"The Lake of the Dead is inhabited by creatures that have an affinity for either the element of Darkness or the element of Death. Throughout our exploration of this place, we have encountered only one creature capable of controlling both of these elements. It was just this Princess that the older sister was able to tame," Milena added.
"I dare say that the Princesses in the Lake of the Dead probably occupy the same positions as the Doppelgangers in the Forest of Doppelgangers," Idan suggested his hypothesis, and the others nodded in agreement after a moment's thought.
Most people knew that each Limbo Forbidden Zone had its own main race, led by the Supervisor of that particular zone.
"You're right, Idan," a charming female voice rang out, and everyone turned to the owner of that voice. A gorgeous woman in black entered the restaurant, attracting everyone's attention.
"Good to see you, Geminia," Idan greeted her, and everyone who knew her greeted the ancestress of Doppelgangers with great respect. After all, many of those present had signed their first contracts with Perfect Doppelgangers, her direct descendants.
"I'm very happy to see everyone too," Geminia said, taking an empty seat.
"So what's up with the Princesses from the Lake of the Dead?" asked Arabel, starting to serve Geminia.
"I can only say that these Princesses, like my Doppelgangers, are direct descendants of the Supervisor of the Lake of the Dead," Geminia replied with a smile, keeping silent about the other Supervisors of the Forbidden Zones.
Idan wanted to ask about the other Forbidden Zones, but remembering that Darkia might be watching them and could hear their conversation, he decided not to bring up the subject.
"Oh, this Ren won't let up, he's challenging again, but this time to the old man," Esma exclaimed, noticing that a new broadcast had started on the Simularium page on her smartphone.
Attracted by her words, everyone refreshed the page again and saw that there was indeed a duel going on. As Esma said, Ren and old man Alois, Liam's teacher, joined the fight.
"What is it?" asked Geminia, who was not aware of the events.
"They're watching a duel that's taking place in a Simularium," Arabel replied. She took out her smartphone, found the right link and page, turned it on, and handed it to Geminius so she could enjoy the show too.
"I wonder if this is Leo's idea?" asked Idan, who wasn't aware of what was going on, but found it a great idea.
"Yes, that's him," Arabel confirmed.
"I think it's worth equipping the restaurant with small screens and broadcasting the fights from the Simularium, as well as what is happening outside the Kingdom," Idan suggested. "As for the specific fights in the Simulation, I understand that many people will not want to share their abilities, so such fights can only be broadcast with the mutual consent of the participants."
"You've expressed my thoughts, Dan. I've been thinking about this idea myself," Arabel said, agreeing with Idan.
Discussing how to carry out their plans, they returned to cooking, periodically glancing at the duel.
It was obvious that Alois, being Liam's master, was more skilled. From the very beginning of the fight, he dominated Ren, allowing him to unleash his abilities.
"It's pretty boring," Esma muttered, watching the match, but for some reason the others didn't share her opinion.
For many awakened ones, this battle became a clear example and even a lesson in swordsmanship, which was very useful for everyone.
The result was obvious: Alois had won.
Many of the spectators watching the match fell into silence, not taking their eyes off the screen.
"Idan, Arabel," Nemo's voice suddenly rang out in their minds. They turned to him and Lina, who was sitting next to him, looking at them with a smile. "How about a two-on-two duel? Not now, but when will you have time?"
"Two by two? Against you and Lina?" Arabel asked, raising an eyebrow.
"Yes, me and Lina on one side, and you and Idan on the other," — Nemo nodded.
Idan and Arabel exchanged glances, and there was desire, challenge, and a certain anticipation in their eyes. They were both eager to fight.
"Sure, why not," they said in unison.
"But let's do this after Big sister's attempt to regain her Spirit Form is over? It's almost time," Arabel suggested, and Nemo and Lina nodded in agreement.

In a remote corner of the Kingdom, far from prying eyes, a beautiful girl with long blonde hair, sitting in a lotus position, surrounded by many Light Element Crystals, absorbed their energy.
Lucinda, who came here early, received the 50 necessary Diamond-rank Light Element Crystals from Arabel and was completing the final preparations.
Some of the energy that seeped out of the crystals and was not completely absorbed by Lucinda dispersed around, not disappearing without a trace, but fueling the source of the Light element of the entire Kingdom.
"Almost," Lucinda sighed, full of confidence in success after absorbing so much Light energy from so many Light Element Crystals.
At that moment, Idan and Arabel appeared next to her.
"Are you ready?" asked Arabel.
Lucinda, who had determination in her eyes, stood up and confidently replied, "Yes, I'm ready."
"Then let's get started."
With these words, Idan teleported Lucinda and all the Light Element Crystals, the energy of which she did not have time to absorb, to the very center of the Kingdom, high in the sky.
Once in the sky, Lucinda spread her four massive wings made of the element of Light. Grabbing all the remaining crystals with her Soul Power, she began to absorb their energy, closing her eyes.
At the appointed hour, all the inhabitants of the Kingdom went outside and turned their gazes to the sky. There they saw a bright dot that replaced the artificial meeting and attracted attention.
This light was soft and warm; it did not dazzle the eyes.
It pulsed at a slow pace, and as everyone waited, its brightness increased. In an instant, the light blinded everyone around, plunging the Kingdom into a snow-white serene light.
