Chapter 929: Welcome to Norwood
Chapter 929: Welcome to Norwood
The mention of the Seed of the Law couldn't help but interest Milica.
"The Seed of the Law?" she exclaimed in surprise, but immediately noticed that Lucinda and Sierra weren't showing the same reaction as her.
"Did I miss something so important while I was in Limbo?" — She thought.
"Oh yes, Master, you weren't here then," Arabel recalled, who hadn't seen Milica in the Kingdom for the past six days, as she was busy studying the recipe for creating spatial artifacts.
As a good student, Arabel decided to bring her Master up to date, as well as tell Nemo, Lina and Eulalia about the Seed of the Law.
As Idan and Arabel had predicted, everyone was intrigued by this topic.
Lina was most excited, and she saw this as an opportunity. A chance to lay the foundation and create your own Bloodline Domain.
She hadn't thought about joining the Valkyrie Bloodline Domain again. As far as she knew, there was only one Valkyrie Bloodline Domain in Junonia.
Thus, in order to break through to Rank 6, Lina could only wait for Arabel or another Valkyrie from this world to create their own Bloodline Domain, or she would have to do it herself.
Meanwhile, Sierra and Milica were looking at Lucinda with undisguised jealousy. For the first time, the Dark Valkyrie and the High Elf regretted their high rank and the inability to join the others in the hunt for the Seeds of Law.
They could only watch and support them from the sidelines, hiding their modest hopes behind polite smiles that did not reach their eyes.
As they talked, the anomalies continued to take over more and more territories of the Central Continent.
After allocating the main tasks, everyone started to implement the plan.
Milica returned to Limbo to continue studying the recipe. This time, she decided to return to the Kingdom regularly to keep up to date with what was happening.
Sierra joined Prina and began extracting information from the captives.
"Go get some rest," Lucinda told Aliya, replacing her and returning to what she was doing before she was distracted by Lina's return.
"I started to think that you wouldn't be coming back, master, and that I'd be stuck here for a long time," Aliya said almost in tears and, thanking Lucinda, quickly ran away towards the restaurant.
"What a gourmet," — Lucinda thought with a laugh, watching where Alia went first. Only then did she notice the growing crowd of refugees below. More and more people came out of the two portals in a continuous stream.
"Soon, when Lina and Nemo join, the influx will become even greater," Lucinda suggested, and at the same time began to examine the refugees more carefully.
With the increase in the number of people and the plans of Idan and Arabel to evacuate cities in the south and west, there was a possibility that among the refugees there might be those who seek to cause unrest or problems for the Kingdom.
As the Guardian, Lucinda was going to identify undesirable individuals in advance and, if she had any suspicions, imprison them using her power as the Guardian of the Kingdom.

The city of Norwood was not much different from the nearby Ironcreek. It was a small town that lived off the mines, where the resources needed to maintain the Federation were extracted.
The populations of Norwood and Ironcreek were about the same, and there was a mutually beneficial relationship between the towns.
With the onset of the Disaster, the city found itself in complete ignorance. The network stopped working, and all connections to other cities, including Ironcreek, were disrupted.
The regular attacks of waves of beasts that passed by in the direction of the anomalies, as well as the gradual cooling caused by the influence of the anomaly itself, only aggravated the situation.
As one of the northern cities, most of the time covered with snow, it breathed deeply, releasing clouds of warm fog and smoke from working central heating systems and power plants.
In one of the most luxurious hotels in the city, a rift opened with a wave of the tail of a snow-white fox. Soon, it turned into a portal that connected Norwood to the Kingdom.
A figure in a faceless mask, wearing the uniform of the Kingdom's Guild, came out of the portal. A woman with brown hair and multicolored eyes stepped towards her, a cheeky smile on her face.
"Welcome to Norwood, Mr. Nemo," — Hailey greeted him.
Nemo only had time to nod in response, as a figure with long red hair flashed past him and disappeared into the portal behind his back.
"Don't pay any attention to him," Hailey waved him off. "He's been struggling lately because he can't see his wives and can't get rid of the tension between his legs."
"I have already written to the Leader to summon his wives and help him cool down a bit. Otherwise, it will only do harm, it only gets in the way and constantly buzzes in my ear," Hailey explained.
"Now let's get down to business and go to the administration," — Hailey suggested.
Nemo nodded, and they both set about their task.

In the Kingdom, Arabel and Idan watched the scene unfold in front of them, frozen in amazement. Before he could get out of the portal, a young dragon in human form quickly rushed to his three wives, summoned from Limbo, and began showering them with kisses and caresses.
Sensing the irresistible desire and lust in her husband's eyes and actions, the bloodlines of his three wives began to become aroused, and their bodies were filled with warmth.
All four of them were at the mercy of desire, not noticing that they were in an open place and many were looking at them. However, before they could undress, Arabel, using her power over the Kingdom, teleported them to an empty guest room.
"Don't they have any shame at all?" Arabel protested, deciding that as soon as this dragon was sated, she would rip off its horns.
Idan just laughed dryly at the thought of how starved this poor dragon was away from his wives, under Hailey's rule.
Then his gaze fell on his wife, on her beautiful figure. For a moment, he imagined how even more beautiful she looked without clothes, and desire arose in him, but he quickly suppressed it.
Time was running out, and he didn't have time to satisfy his passion. comment
"The evacuation to Ironcreek will be over by evening, so sending Nemo straight to Norwood was the right decision," Idan praised Arabel's decision.
"After the evacuation to Ironcreek is over, redirect everyone to Norwood, and Hailey to Borefield to relieve Esma," he added. Arabel nodded, and when she turned around, Idan saw the fire in her eyes and that she was biting her lips.
Then, when she grabbed Idan's hands, they both disappeared inside the "Family Home".
