Chapter 953: I know her

Chapter 953: I know her

"Dan, as he said, let them out," Arabel thought with a smile, looking at the Dragon and Pulsar.

The baby dragon, flapping its paws and tail, waited impatiently for the treat, and the Pulsar, in the guise of a wolf cub, copied his actions.

"Okay, okay, I'll try to please you," Sofia said laughing, putting down the other dishes and starting to prepare snacks for these two gluttons.

She was assisted in this by her mother Valeria, twins Ashley and Emily, as well as the twins' older brother Edgar.

"Don't break down the door like last time, otherwise I won't feed you anymore," Sofia reminded sternly, holding a knife in her hands and pointing at the dragon.

The little dragon tilted his head and blinked, not understanding what she was talking about.

Seeing his silly face, Sofia smiled, sighed and shook her head.

"Well, at least we have doppelgangers who can quickly clean up and repair the damage," she reassured herself.

"I'm sorry, but your order will be ready with a slight delay," the waitress apologized, approaching the table of Arabel and the others, serving drinks.

No one objected. Everyone was curiously looking at the two unique creatures that had caught their attention.

"Platinum rank?" said Irina, paying attention to the rank of the Baby Dragon and Pulsar.

The door of the restaurant opened, and an attractive young man with short black hair and brown eyes entered. He was wearing a Guild uniform and had a slight smile on his face.

"Hey, look, isn't that the Leader?" one of the visitors exclaimed.

"It really is him," another echoed.

However, those who knew Idan well immediately realized that it wasn't him.

As Ned entered, he glanced at his younger siblings, who had climbed onto the counter in front of the kitchen and were happily wagging their tails, waiting for treats.

Then he looked around and, noticing Arabel and the others, walked towards them.

"My Lady," — Ned greeted Arabel.

"Nice to see you, Ned," Arabel said with a sincere smile. "I see you're already fine."

"Yes, it's all thanks to the Master," Ned nodded.

"Are you here to look after your younger ones?" asked Arabel.

"Yes, the Master asked me to keep an eye on them so that they don't make a mess here," Ned confirmed, looking around at everyone present.

He decided not to say that he had left three copies of himself to help Idan with the evacuation. He also did not mention that he had offered Idan to rest and take his place, but the Master had refused. According to Idan, if he had come to the kingdom, he would not have been able to resist the temptation to stay there for a longer period, and it is better not to allow this now.

Iona and Samuel didn't arouse much interest in him. However, when his gaze lingered on Irina, a wide smile played on his face, and a spark of defiance shone in his eyes. But he quickly suppressed this feeling, realizing that this Creature of Light had not come here to fight.

Finally, Ned turned his gaze to Milena. More precisely, on her long and beautiful legs.

"Ned, I don't know if you still remember her. This is my little sister..." Arabel began, unsure if Ned remembered Milena. She wanted to introduce her, but Ned interrupted her.

"I know her," he said.

"Those are beautiful long legs," he blurted out.

Iona, who was drinking a drink through a straw, almost choked and spat it out.

"Cough, cough," she started coughing.

Arabel's smile froze and her eyes narrowed.

Milena, caught off guard by Ned's unexpected comment about her legs, blushed slightly.

Of course, she had previously heard many compliments about the beauty of her long legs, but they did not please her. She especially disliked the way men looked at her.

But there was no greed or lust in Ned's eyes, just sincere praise.

"Damn Dan!" — Arabel cursed under her breath.

She knew that after his evolution, Ned became a separate person, adopting the character of his master, his memories and preferences. He was like a second Idan, or, more simply, a younger brother.

And what Ned had just said meant to Arabel that her husband also thought Milena's long legs were beautiful.

Arabel looked down at her feet, and then at Milena's feet.

She pouted, realizing that Milena's lips were longer.

"Ahem," Irina coughed, drawing attention to herself.

"Okay, I won't bother you," Ned, not wanting to interrupt, was about to leave.

"Wait, don't go, Ned, join us," Arabel asked, and no one objected.

"Okay," Ned agreed and took the empty seat next to Milena.

The waitress quickly served the dishes and took Ned's order.

"So where were we?" Arabel asked. "Oh, yes, I remember."

"When you were talking about an alliance with your faction, do you mean the entire The Domain of the Light Beasts, or just your own?" she clarified.

Irina, after a moment's hesitation, continued:

Irina hesitated a bit and said, "You probably already know that our world is divided into the Territory of Darkness and the Territory of Light."

Arabel, Milena, and Ned nodded to confirm that they knew.

"Like the territory of Darkness, the Territory of Light is also divided into Domains, there are only six of them, not counting one Domain shared with the territory of Darkness," Irina continued.

"No need to list, we know the number and names of all these Domains," Arabel interrupted, getting to the point.

"As you said, I belong to The Domain of the Light Beasts, and there are several separate factions within it," Irina continued.

"I am a representative of one of the two factions of the Luminary race."

"By suggesting an alliance, I am referring exclusively to my faction, and not to the other factions of The Domain of the Light Beasts, including the second faction of the Luminary Race," Irina emphasized.

"I don't know if you know this, but all the portals leading to your world are under the control of the Domain of Saints."

This information, which Irina revealed, came as a complete surprise to Arabel. The memories of those they captured did not contain any information about the location of these portals.

"And the Domain of Saints is a domain ruled by a sixth—rank being from the Luminary race," Arabel said gloomily.

"That is why currently only the Luminary race has access to your world, as the Ruler of the Domain of Saints wished," Irina added.

"So that's why we haven't encountered any other races from the Territory of the Light yet, except for the Luminary race," Arabel realized.
