Chapter 1001: Chapter 999-Plans Foiled.

"You really caused issues for me..."

I muttered as the kneeling 007 trembled where he knelt, though I controlled the irritation and anger sparking through me. From what 007 said, some of the plans I had set in motion had become useless. I always have contingency plans set in motion, but this one is quite the kick in the ass, I tell you.

’My Illuminati has become useless.’

My expression turned taut at that. From what 007 said, it seems he had confessed to the fact that he had kept himself close to Leonardo at my orders, the fact that I was trying to ruin his life and control it, and also the fact that the whole Illuminati thing controlling his life had been me in full control, trying to manipulate him.

The funny part of that is, this dude didn’t come out and say he is a dude, which, considering, is quite the funny thing, indeed. Though for the rest, Leonardo has now just gotten a whole lot harder to control and manipulate. His eyes had opened up to the fact of just how much I was controlling him.

And from here on out, he will be a bit harder to control. After all, it’s with the data from the Illuminati itself that Leonardo turned against me, which led him to go against me, and now knowing it was all controlled. It’s a great hit to him, and now, differently, I have gotten a deeper connection with the anger within him.

’Hey, at least now he genuinely hates me and wants me dead.’

I laughed internally at that thought. This was in no way good, though the silver lining in all that is the fact that now 007 is fully in the inner circle of Leonardo. What’s worse is that I lost the biggest play I had in fully controlling Leonardo’s actions. Before, I could dictate what he took, where he went, and who he was all around.

Now that is no longer possible.

’Though this opens up a whole other way for me to play this.’

A smirk came to my face, and an idea bloomed after a plan I had put so much effort into faded away. Plus, it opened my eyes to the kind of people I really need around these so-called chosen ones. Just ones loyal to me in a simple way won’t do. This situation itself proved it. No matter how much I had vetted them and no matter how cold-blooded and power-driven the people I kept around were, in the end, something like this happened, which is very irritating, I tell you.

’You know what they say, one way closes, and another opens for you.’

Surfing on that thought, I looked at the kneeling 007 in front of me, a way to screw over Leonardo for this irritation bubbling forth within me, the chaotic side taking hold again as I spoke.

"You can go back to him. Say with the fact that at the last moment, the silver light attacked me, weakening me, and the fact that you used that opportunity to escape. Spin a very believable story. He is going to believe you no matter what anyone says, since now a connection is formed between you two."

"Yes, Master."

007 directly replied.

"And I permit you to go crazy in your own way fully. You can take out some of the darkness in your heart the best way."

My words made 007 tremble as he knelt, and after a moment, he replied.

"Thank you, Master."

I internally smirked.

’See how I screw you over...’

Thinking so, I started to speak.

"Also, what else I want you to do is to guide him towards the war council. What I want is that you..."

With that, I integrated and spoke much of the plan to 007, who took it as the holy grail, after which he disappeared from my front. I threw him into a closer area where Leonardo fell. That will give time to diffuse the situation.

Thus, after he left, I stood up from the rock, slowly cracking and stretching about as I, with a wide smile, once again broke through the spatial cracks and appeared right back in the room, my presence as if I hadn’t left at all. And the moment I arrived back, I could see Lily all dressed up, dolled and well, as the moment she saw me, she knelt.

"Master..."

She said, to which I, avoiding her, just took a seat. It was a good thing I had gone to deal with this situation myself; otherwise, it would have gotten much worse than it should have. It would have become a bigger headache, which I didn’t want to deal with at all.

"Leave for now, and deal with the things I told you. Do well, and perhaps I might even fuck you in front of your husband."

The last of my words made Lily shiver where she stood as she responded.

"Yes, Master~"

With that, she left, and I closed my eyes for a moment. Though it didn’t take me long after that for the same vampire as before to contact me, requiring my presence once again in the same place I had met Vixuola. It meant that within this time itself, they had reached a certain concession, so I smiled as I left the place.

The same format as before: I followed the woman to the same elevator, which took me to that open world, my eyes once again on Vixuola, seated there and seemingly resting. Though this time I felt the shivering power around her, I once again took the same seat. Though this time, my aura was completely different.

Before I came, I sat and talked as the young one asking for help. Now, since it’s all set, my posture, my movements, and my seating all became that of power, one that pushed against the space and easily covered over Vixuola, who, seeing it, had her lips twitching as she responded.

"That is one hell of a disrespectful move, you know?"

"Yeah, I do, but pretending anymore will just be an insult to your intelligence."

My words made that twitch into a light smile as she first asked.

"You had let in a visitor, a vampire actually."

The last of those words was very probing, to which I smiled.

"Yeah, someone I knew. Just wanted a talk with her."

"Just a talk?"

Her shot back didn’t confuse me, to which I kept my expression straight as I responded.

"Just a talk. I know her from some time back; I wanted to catch up and see if she would be willing to come to my side. It would be quite helpful to have some experience on my side."

"I see."

That was all the response that Vixuola gave, after which, looking straight into my eyes, she spoke.

"It’s a done deal. My faction will support the rise in yours. From now onwards, we will move as one. Attacking you is an attack on our faction."

I smiled wider at that response.

"Good, so what’s the deal here?"

I directly asked.

"The deal for now is that we help you, though none of us would mind becoming something greater than before."

To which I held myself back as I shook my head.

"You know what that entails, right? As I said, I have only interest in females, and I beg to differ that many of the powerful older women who want to change are not married or in a relationship."

"Nobody has to know the way it happens. It’s not like you will hold onto them possessively, will you?"

Vixuola shot back, to which I stayed silent, shaking my head as I responded.

"You know it’s not as simple as that. After tasting me, do you think any of them would be able to go back to what they had in the past? They will need me. It’s a given fact, so don’t play around the bush on this."

My shot back made Vixuola silent for now.

"I haven’t spoken the truth of any of it, just the opportunity of what is to come to the rest. They understand the choice, and if we did ask it of you, the beginning would be towards someone younger. Nothing will be forced upon you, just choices as we go forth."

The two of us turned silent, just looking at each other with our burning eyes. The two of us understood it won’t be as simple as that. The older ones who want growth will act, and the consequences will be unknown. And let’s say, no matter what, it won’t be pretty at all. It’s a dark part the two of them aren’t speaking out loud.

"I assume I will get someone special first to lead the way, perhaps..."

"Yes, it’s been decided, though officially you have our full support. The word has gone out."

I smiled at it as I stood up from the seat, my eyes looking down at Vixuola.

"Then, we are done."

Saying so, I added just one more line.

"And you are welcome to come and visit anytime and meet me, especially if you have fixed your mind."

With the last of my words, I left, leaving behind a bit dazed Vixuola.
