Chapter 999 - 997-You Don't Get The Goods On My Watch.

'Yeah, I needed that.'

I sat comfortably on the sofa, fully dressed and looking good, with no issues, my mind feeling relaxed as hell, to say the truth, while poor Lily lay on the bed, her eyes rolled back in her head, her body twitching a little at times. I wanted to heal her, but it seems she liked to lie like that, fully hurt, a mix of pain and pleasure, so I let her be.

The last time I saw her, I had provided for her to move into a better type of situation under me, but then a different plan had bloomed after it, so I had moved her around to become more of a VIP-like lead within the sections of the faction under Vixuola. Surprisingly, her family had a connection there.

It was a family with a bit of powerful connections and a notable position within the war council faction-wise, and when Lily was moved here, due to her own "abilities," she was taken in quite well and has been doing well for herself as a receptionist of sorts here. So when I made my move here, I had called for her to come and meet me.

Not for sex per se. I mean, the rough full-blown sex is good, but higher than that, it's to maintain my chaos at bay. My two sides need their supplement to stay connected to each other. By holding onto logic and goodness in a way, order grows in strength, but for chaos to grow, I need to implement my own brand of chaotic stuff and members under me.

To embrace the evil side of mine, while corrupting sweet people into something more twisted versions of themselves. It's a pain and something tough to do, but something I will have to do if I don't want to fall into a sense of inconsistencies, which will break apart my reality, and soon break me up.

Thus, I need to maintain balance between the two, creating it as I grow it, the delicate touch needed. And till now order was growing, but now chaos needs its chance to shine too. So I called upon Lily. With this, I marked her soul fully to be mine, while breaking her to a level where she has fully embraced her chaotic nature.

My eyes see my special brand of corruption take root in her at a soul level. Her inhibitions lowered, her desires coming out more, soon coming to live for just pleasure and fun, taking away that part of your head that keeps impulses in check. That's why mostly chaos isn't accepted here.

Impulse is what keeps us civilised. You look at something, and you have some kind of dangerous or stupid thought, but you control it. Being chaotic strips that away, letting the deep dark evil of the world control you, and soon Lily will be fully like that.

But it doesn't fully have to be.

I smirked at that thought as my eyes also saw the fragment of order I had placed within her. I am not just purely chaos; I am also order. So I placed a bug within her soul. Sure, the corruption has taken her for me, but that inhibition I want for her will stay. It won't lead her to destroy her own life, though all such barriers will fall when she is with me. Other times, she will be able to live quite a normal life.

My path of corruption comes with desires.

I licked my lips at that thought. The more I made her accept those emotions, those dirty desires, the more, in a sense, my power fluctuated, not in a big way but in a smaller, controlled way. For example, if I were to fuck her when her husband was in the place, it might change in that way too. Of course, I could do it other ways, but then I would be denying my own desires and self, which would be bad for my growth forward.

For chaos, I need to embrace my own dark desires and tastes to grow, too, not just bring out the ones in others. So if I forcefully try it, I might grow better, but nowhere near close enough to how I would go if I am true to myself.

My inhibitions are also going down when I take on this form.

Concentrating on those thoughts, I cooled myself a bit and relaxed a bit. Now, having vented a bit, I would think better. From what I can see, it will be some time before Vixuola will come with her choice and the actions, which means I have some time to spare. Thus, leaving behind a message for Lily to find when she wakes up, I disappeared from the room.

Myself blasting through the lines of space as I soon arrived in a more closed-off valley, huge mountains spread around me, lush green lands mixed into it, and floating in the sky, I was looking down at a huge valley from which fierce winds were blowing, enough to easily take down an Origin level 3.

My eyes narrowed as I flashed again, appearing within a very well-hidden cave opening that coincidentally only opens up when the winds seemed to suddenly chill for a few seconds and then get stronger. My senses then also picked up the various powerful wind animals lurking around.

Luck is indeed a bitch to me.

I mused as I understood Leonardo's situation. Him along with his group, had come here with more of a mission to actually take down a certain beast here, which ended up being in a pack, way beyond their level. Under Leonardo's powerful leadership, they had somehow fallen at the right time when the wind had gotten safer.

The shift allowed them to somehow smoothly fall into this space segment, which was never found before, and which actually ended up containing a certain historic world.

'This is a high-level one.'

I mused as I stood within the cave. Just like any normal cave, this cave, except for the whole majestic, silvery-looking tablet floating in the middle of the cave, pulsing out gentle lights that seemed to affect the cave, seemingly keeping its presence hidden.

It didn't take long for me to read the carvings on the tablet and understand, in a sense, what kind of historic world this is.

'Tsk... luck indeed.'

I felt a mild irritation at the fact of something like this happening beyond my control, but I accepted it. Situations like this will happen, and there is no way I can control them all. So my mind kept running for a moment, running through different thoughts in my mind, passing them all through, trying to understand it all.

'Guess I do what I want.'

I smirked at that thought as I placed my hand on the tablet of the historic world, its silvery light floating around me. Right now, with the ones already going through it, it's blocking anyone else from trying to enter it. It seems the tablet in itself seemed to have found a worthy one to follow to pass on the legacy.

'Sorry for it, I can't have that happening.'

Muttering that, my hand cracked upon the silver tablet, which, in itself, detecting the attack, tried to use all of its power to fight back, but it was more like a little kid using a sponge to hit at the ocean, completely useless.

Within the second, the whole tablet cracked and broke apart. It didn't even get the strength to fully fight back as its pieces broke apart and fell to the ground. With that, the cave started to shake, the whole atmosphere freezing for a moment as I held this special kind of silvery wind-like energy in my hands.

With that in itself, the space around the whole cave split apart, and six figures were thrown out, the combination of five dudes and a girl coming out, though the girl in question was very familiar to me, the girl being one with brown hair, eyes and freckles.

Agent 007...

The moment I looked at him, a hint of surprise fell onto me, which soon increased my irritation and anger.

"Nia!"

Leonardo shouted as he rushed to the "girl" to help her.

"Are you okay?!"

He asked with fright, though then Leonardo noticed that some members among his team who entered along with him, a senior, hadn't returned.

"No..."

He whimpered as he trembled, and tears filled his eyes. The ones that came out are the lucky ones that didn't fall to the spatial displacement of the sudden break. The rest of them were stripped apart and shredded by spatial waves. Basically, they are dead.

The rest of the four males were still on the ground, groaning in pain. Only Leonardo seems to be better, and around him I sensed the silvery wave, though it's very light and not even complete. It's broken apart.

I smiled as I let the chaotic ideas in my mind take birth at this moment.
