Chapter 1767: Primeval Genesis Body
Chapter 1767: Primeval Genesis Body
Tiamat’s eyes narrowed with curiosity as she heard Cain’s unexpected request. Interest flickered in her ancient gaze, and she gestured subtly for the Neo-Demon to continue explaining his intentions.
Cain held a steady gaze, voice firm and confident.
“I only need enough Origin Power for a single Divine Kingdom. In exchange for the second portion, I want unrestricted access to your dungeons and prisons, freedom to do whatever I wish with the prisoners confined there, and two ArchDeity techniques.”
A cold and ruthless smile appeared on Cain’s face, leaving no ambiguity about the grim fate awaiting those prisoners. It was clear to all that none of those people would say the light of day again if they let the Neo-Demon into their cages.
Tiamat could not suppress a slight frown upon hearing his ruthless demands. Her existence had stretched over countless eons, and throughout that expansive life, many had inevitably crossed her. Usually, she dealt swift judgment, eliminating her enemies quickly.
However, certain unique cases demanded imprisonment, especially when dealing with cultivators who possessed Divine Kingdoms. If a cultivator with a Divine Kingdom died, they would inevitably resurrect as long as their True Name remained intact. Thus, imprisonment was often the only long-term solution.
In any other circumstance, Tiamat would have instantly refused such a request, as it would draw the wrath of many important figures. But now the Dragon Empress was preparing for war, specifically an Eternal War that would affect the entire Second Realm, and every resource, every asset, must be utilized strategically. She knew there was little point in wasting further resources on prisoners who held no future value to her.
After careful consideration, Tiamat finally nodded, though her eyes retained their sharpened edge.
“Very well, I agree, but you may choose only one ArchDeity Technique. Each one is priceless beyond measure—I cannot simply hand them out so casually.”
Cain’s eyes sharpened further, ready to negotiate fiercely, but before he could speak, Meylin interjected calmly.
“It’s fine to accept only one.”
Cain’s gaze immediately narrowed toward Meylin, confusion visible in his expression. His original intention had been to acquire two techniques—one for each of them. But Meylin met his questioning look with a gentle yet confident smile, making it clear that she genuinely did not need it.
After a brief pause, Cain acknowledged her silent message, nodding slowly before turning back to Tiamat.
“Very well. One technique, then.”
Satisfied with the negotiation, Tiamat’s expression eased into a faint smile. She then fixed her attention on Cain once more.
“It will take some time for me to gather the Origin Power you need and prepare everything for your exploration of my dungeons. In the meantime, I will grant you access to my Dragon Library, so you can immediately select your ArchDeity Technique.”
She then turned her gaze gently toward the Depravita of Pride. “As for you, you may choose any residence within my Eternal Kingdom to begin assimilating the gift the Demon King left for you.”
Cain and Meylin exchanged quick, silent glances before turning back to Tiamat, nodding in unified agreement.
“Perfect. Then follow me,” Tiamat instructed Cain softly, motioning him forward. Meylin bowed respectfully before quietly leaving the Dragon Throne room, heading toward one of the empty residences to begin fusing the precious Depravita Life Essence.
Guided by the Dragon Empress, Cain swiftly arrived at the Dragon Library. It stood impressively, an immense structure that emitted subtle yet clear signs of formidable protection.
Unlike other parts of the Dragon Empress’ Eternal Kingdom, the library had restrictions preventing even powerful dragons from casually approaching, underscoring its profound importance. Techniques and cultivation methods represented the true lifeblood of any faction—losing even one could spell irreversible decline.
As Cain stepped into the library, his senses immediately sharpened. He felt myriad powerful auras focusing intently upon him, clearly a testament to the exceptional security Tiamat maintained. She guided him deeper, and soon Cain stood at the very heart of the library, confronted by ten ethereal words suspended in space, each constructed from immense oceans of soul and psychic energy.
Without asking, Cain understood immediately that these were the core representations of the library’s ten ArchDeity Techniques. With Tiamat’s approving nod, Cain moved forward and projected his consciousness toward the techniques. Instantly, his mind received condensed summaries, brief yet comprehensive explanations of their nature, requirements, and cultivation paths.
An overwhelming sense of desire surged within Cain’s heart, each technique setting his soul aflame with ambition. He yearned to master them all, yet reality dictated he could choose only one. Cain took several moments, carefully immersing himself in the spirit world of each technique, considering them one by one until finally, his mind sharpened decisively toward the profound presence at the center.
“Primeval Genesis Body – The Cataclysmic Pillar of Strength.”
Just reading the name sent ripples of overwhelming might through Cain’s soul, resonating deeply within him.
Unlike the Worldcell Ascension Method from Divine Calamity Heaven, which Cain had practiced alongside his Primordial Body back in the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe, the Primeval Genesis Body focused purely on unmatched physical dominance.
It represented a path of absolute self-forging, transforming the cultivator’s body into a cosmic pillar capable of holding entire worlds aloft, an eternal forge merging bloodlines and elemental forces, and a weapon of universal destruction.
In essence, it did not matter how impenetrable an enemy’s defenses were if Cain could shatter them completely with nothing but his fists.
Of course, Cain’s decision wasn’t merely impulsive. He chose this particular technique strategically, with a clear future in mind.
Although he had not yet determined precisely how, Cain intended eventually to fuse his Neo-Demon Body and his Primordial Body, creating something that transcended both. Until that day, his cultivation path in the Crimson World would prioritize absolute physical might and unstoppable brute strength.
Thus, the Primeval Genesis Body perfectly aligned with his future vision, acting as a foundational cornerstone upon which Cain would build his ultimate existence. His decision was resolute, unwavering, and full of purpose.
