The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 1873: Changes to the Path of Conquest

Chapter 1873: Changes to the Path of Conquest

Cain was oblivious to the storm his name had ignited across the Everstrife Empyrean World. At that moment, he was traversing the vast void, cloaked in silence. After ensuring that no one was following him, he passed through a spatial labyrinth. A moment later, he emerged before a colossal world, one several times larger than Aether.

Without wasting time, Cain entered the Gu World.

Instantly, a wide smile formed on his face as he surveyed the state of the land.

The previous battle between Cain and the Gu Sect Master had already left the world heavily damaged. But now, it was in an even worse state. The land was dry and cracking. The oceans were evaporating. Even the sky had lost its luster, hanging overhead like a faded veil. While such widespread destruction and decay would normally be a cause for concern, Cain was thrilled.

Because his eyes, trained and enhanced through countless evolutions, could see what others could not.

Life had not been destroyed.

It had simply been redirected.

Focusing his gaze, Cain pierced through countless layers of earth, through tectonic plates and molten crust, until he reached the world’s core. There, nestled within the deepest fold of the world’s womb, a lifeform was growing. Its life force and soul pressure were already comparable to that of a Prima Deity—and it had not even been born yet.

"Excellent... Anark," Cain whispered, unable to conceal his satisfaction. The rebirth of the Primordial was progressing perfectly.

Of course, things could always go better.

The Scarlet King didn’t hesitate. With a single thought, he summoned the Scarlet Throne.

Immediately, the gates opened, and an ocean of psychic power and soul force burst from the throne, flooding the entire Primary World, washing over land and sea. But rather than remain scattered across the surface, the energy began to converge toward the planet’s core, just like all other forms of energy in the Gu World.

Instead of fusing the psychic power and soul force directly into the fetus, Cain flooded the world, so Anark could feed on it at his own pace.

For days, Cain continued releasing power from the throne. It surged downward, layer after layer, until the entire world was cloaked in a scarlet mist—an ethereal atmosphere thick with energy, more than enough to nurture the developing entity within.

Exhaustion eventually began to press down on him. Draining the throne to such a degree had taken its toll.

But Cain wasn’t worried.

The Scarlet Throne housed billions of souls, eternally locked in its matrix. Those souls continuously replenished its reserves, producing psychic energy like an engine that never stopped turning. Even now, the feeling of fatigue began to fade. Within minutes, the throne began generating energy anew.

Once he was certain the fetus of Anark was stable and nurtured, Cain adopted a meditative position in the sky above the desolate world. Closing his eyes, he turned his focus inward, toward the Primarch of Conquest Leviathan.

Cain’s Soul Dimension was massive—larger even than most Secondary Worlds. At its center towered his majestic Alter-Ego, a divine entity surrounded by swirling storms of conceptual force.

Gluttony. Life. Sundering. Power. Rage. These were the concepts that defined Leviathan’s core—each one radiating with overwhelming force. But there was more.

Following his recent evolution, Leviathan had awakened two new Concepts, ones that had fused seamlessly into the Path of Conquest.

The Concept of Dominion

The Concept of Bloodlines

It was these Concepts that granted Cain’s Liberación Total its terrifying physical power—enough to overpower Divine Calamity’s Saturn, while also granting Cain supreme control over the energy around him, allowing him to reshape ambient force into devastating breath attacks that maimed his opponent.

At first, Cain had been surprised by the sudden appearance of the Concepts.

But upon deeper reflection, it all made perfect sense.

The Oniric Truths of Bloodline and Dominion had already fused into his True Name, and Oniric Truths were both Laws and Concepts simultaneously. Since his True Name was now one with his Alter-Ego, it was only natural that these Concepts would awaken as part of the Path of Conquest—their compatibility flawless.

"Bloodline... excellent," Cain murmured. "It’s exactly what I need for my next project."

To conquer a world, an army was necessary. That was a fundamental truth. But Cain didn’t just want an army—he wanted a force that could overwhelm all resistance, a legion forged to break the unbreakable, and whose seed would give birth to something glorious.

"I already have the Scarlet Throne," Cain thought, "which can connect to any soul on the same existential plane and grant near-infinite psychic power... but that’s only the beginning."

His dream was not merely to empower his followers.

He wanted to reforge them.

To remake their bodies, minds, and souls in the image of conquest.𝒻𝘳ℯℯ𝑤ℯ𝒷𝘯ℴ𝓋ℯ𝘭.𝑐ℴ𝑚

As long as the throne existed, his soldiers wouldn’t just recover faster—they could transform, their bodies rebuilt through the throne’s psychic force.

"I can use the Concept of Sundering to shatter their biological limits. Then, using the Concept of Life, I could force their broken vessels into a state of excited evolution—a simulated version of death and rebirth.

This would trigger a kind of emergency evolutionary protocol, allowing the throne’s power to merge directly with their bodies, giving birth to a transformation.

And with the Concept of Bloodlines and my Genetic Coder abilities, I could ensure those changes weren’t limited to them. The evolution would reach into their very DNA and become heritable."

This wasn’t a spontaneous idea. Cain had long studied the ways of cosmic forces like the Samsara Lord, who used massive organizations and blood-bound legions to achieve their ends.

Cain intended to do the same.

To use the Scarlet Throne and his own conceptual mastery to create a divine infrastructure of warriors—each one a reflection of his path.

"Still... that’s only the beginning," he admitted to himself, eyes still closed. "Reforging them is important, yes. But if I want true transcendence..."

His thoughts trailed off as something greater stirred in the depths of his mind.

"I need something more."
