Chapter 2315: Evolving into an Alpha-Omega Overgod!

Cain showed a complicated expression as he saw the duo would accompany them.

He had an idea how dangerous the journey would be. Maybe even more dangerous than the Invasion of the Heart of the Root. That meant that, even an Alpha-Omega Overgod cultivation might not be enough to ensure their survival.

However, the Scarlet King also understood how important it was for them to grow and evolve, and that they would definitely want to accompany him on this journey. Because of that, he did not say a word—he only nodded, respecting their determination.

"Perfect. Let’s go to Leoro. He is the master of the Fifth Realm and will come with us. After we get him, we will move back to the Ninth Realm."

"Oh? We will not take Skull Lord with us?"

Skull Lord was extremely powerful, and even while using Chaos Arts, Cain did not know if he could defeat the True Depravita. It was only reasonable to bring someone so powerful with them. However, the Demon King shook his head.

"Skull Lord is powerful, and I trust him greatly. That is why he will take leadership of the Life Path while we are on the Origin Island. We cannot ignore the state of the realms while we are gone. After all, if we succeed, the war will carry on—most likely with even greater intensity than before."

Cain nodded as he heard those words. For him, nothing was more important than stopping the Ancient One and its Neo-Angelx from reaching the Eternity Gate, as he could not allow the unification of the two universes.

However, the Demon King had to think about what the next step would be.

Not wasting time, the Demon King covered Cain, Meylin, and the Enlightened One with his energy before walking forward. The trio’s eyes immediately widened.

While the Demon King’s steps appeared normal, every single pace pushed them through countless kilometers, advancing at a speed that even a master of momentum like Skull Lord would require days to achieve.

Despite being at the center of the Fifth Realm, it took the Demon King less than half a day to reach the Void Beyond the Realm. Waiting there was the master of the Fifth Realm’s Life Path, Leoro.

The True Depravita was a humanoid beast with the head of a lion, a muscular body, and large feathered wings. He had four powerful arms, each capable of crushing stars. His long white mane flowed wildly behind him, giving an impression of motion and ferocity. Intricate armor and ornaments decorated his chest, shoulders, and skirt-like garment.

The Scarlet King’s eyes narrowed as he focused on the True Depravita. He could feel an aura that matched—maybe even surpassed—that of Skull Lord. Seeing such a powerful ally was great news, but Cain could not help but feel a weight pressing on him.

If this were the kind of force the Demon King was gathering for the saga into the Origin Island, then the Ancient One would not fall behind. That meant the enemies Cain would face were going to be terrifying.

Leoro clasped his hands and performed a deep bow toward the Demon King before nodding to Cain, Meylin, and the Enlightened One, and the trio returned the courtesy.

The Demon King did not waste a second—he covered Leoro with his aura before reaching the highest sky. His eyes glowed with power, and he uttered a single word:

"BREAK!"

Reality trembled for a moment, and under the amazed gazes of Cain and the others, the Realm Barrier shook before a hole appeared in it. Unlike the ones Cain forged, this hole pierced through the entire Barrier, allowing the group to cross directly into the Sixth Realm.

The Demon King rose with immense force, carrying the group through just as the hole in the Barrier closed, placing them again in the Void Beyond the Realm.

The old True Depravita took a deep breath and closed his eyes as he began to charge his energy. While he made it look simple, carving a hole that passed entirely through the Realm Barrier required an immense amount of energy, and he needed to rest between realms.

Cain, Meylin, and the Enlightened One understood that and remained silent, though their eyes drifted toward the Heart of Sin in the distance, wondering what kind of master the Sixth Realm possessed.

Unfortunately for them, it did not seem like they would meet him.

"The others have already gathered in the Ninth Realm. They are monitoring the situation and waiting there for Master and us," Leoro informed the trio. They nodded before adopting meditative positions. They needed to be at their absolute peak. There was no telling when the battles would begin, so they needed to be ready.

After a day, the Demon King opened his eyes and rose to the highest sky once more with the group, uttering a single word to break the Barrier and access the Seventh Realm. Cain, Meylin, and the Enlightened One widened their eyes as they felt how the energy and laws of the Seventh Realm were far more intense and pure than those of the Sixth.

"It seems there is an upgrade every three layers, just like in cultivation," The Scarlet King analyzed, and the other two nodded.

Without wasting a second, the trio used the enhanced laws and energy to continue refining themselves.

After another day, the process repeated itself, and the group reached the Eighth Realm. Shortly after their arrival, Meylin’s body began trembling. A burst of Depravita Aura and soul force exploded from the young woman. Cain opened his eyes and, when he glanced at her, a wide smile appeared on his face.

The Demon King stopped his meditation as well, a radiant smile appearing before he extended his hand, sending some of his own aura into Meylin’s body as she evolved—making the process not only faster but ensuring an even stronger foundation.
