Chapter 2363: A Lord of the Tenth Empyrean World has arrived
"We should kill them—and everyone aligned with them."
Anark’s mind sharpened as his focus locked onto the fading aura of the portals. Though he could not cross them directly, he could memorize their signatures, trace them through the void, locate their Empyrean Worlds, and shatter their Empyrean Walls in order to reach them.
After that, with the full power of the Scarlet Kingdom unleashed, they could butcher every last being within those worlds.
When it came to the Tenth Empyrean World, the True Primordial of the Void intended to take no chances.
Even though many of his memories from before his reincarnation remained foggy, they were slowly returning, piece by piece. And with them came hatred—burning, relentless hatred for the Tenth Empyrean World, growing more intense with every passing moment.
Unfortunately for Anark, Cain shook his head.
"We will not do that," Cain said calmly. "We will let them be."
Anark immediately frowned, his eyes turning cold.
"But they—"
He stopped mid-sentence.
Cain’s bright scarlet eyes locked onto him, and for a moment Anark felt as if he were staring into an abyss of rage and annihilation—an ocean of destruction capable of swallowing even an immortal soul.
"I trust you with my life, brother," Cain said quietly. "But we are not dealing with our lives alone. We are dealing with entire worlds. Trillions of lives have placed their faith in me."
His voice hardened.
"Our friends. Our families. Every single one of them depends on us. One mistake could end everything."
Anark frowned deeply, the conflict clear on his face. In the end, he sighed and nodded.
Cain’s gaze softened, and a faint smile appeared. He understood Anark’s intent and desire—he felt it himself. Part of him wanted them dead as well. But reality was far more complicated.
"Even if we kill them," Cain continued, "it will not stop the Tenth Empyrean World. Worse, they will know that we are aware of their presence."
He exhaled slowly.
"As for consuming their memories, it didn’t work with Azazel. I see no reason to believe it would work with those two."
Cain sighed again as the weight of the universe pressed down on him once more, countless thoughts racing through his mind.
"There is also the fact that while we could certainly win a war, they are far more powerful than Cerberus and the Abyssalcrown Empyrean World. And since they would be fighting on their home ground, the battle could easily turn into a war of attrition."
His eyes narrowed.
"We cannot afford to split our focus across two fronts. Not now. Especially not with entities like Robuke already in play."
Anark nodded slowly. The logic was sound. If the Tenth Empyrean World were their only enemy, things would be simpler—but that was not the case. They had already lost one Empyrean World. They could not afford to lose another.
"So what should we do?" Anark asked.
A cold, calculating smile appeared on Cain’s face.
"We use them."
Anark’s eyes flickered with interest as Cain continued.
"After we obtain the wicked cultivators and treasures from their worlds, I will ensure that Markin, Kaizer, and everyone in their inner circles take the brunt of the next incursions."
His smile sharpened.
"We will slowly weaken them while using them to fight the Root. At the same time, we will extract information."
Cain’s gaze grew distant.
"They won’t reveal anything critical—not directly. But rumors, conversations, minor movements, the behavior of their people... I can gather every last detail. Enough to piece together what the Tenth Empyrean World is planning."
Anark’s eyes glowed, and a small smile appeared on his face.
"I still want to kill them," he admitted. "But your plan is better. Still, we must be careful. Too much leeway, and we could end up in a dangerous position."
Cain nodded.
"It is a dangerous plan," he said. "If it succeeds, we will drain their Empyrean Worlds nearly dry while learning the enemy’s movements. If it fails..."
His eyes darkened.
"We risk inviting the wolves into our homes."
Cain straightened.
"That is why we must be cautious. And we cannot blow our cover. As far as they know, we are simply giving them a chance to prove their worth."
He looked directly at Anark.
"Only you and I will know the truth."
Anark nodded immediately. It was not a matter of trust—secrets were safest when known by as few as possible. Even a moment of hesitation or emotional fluctuation could alert the enemy that they were being watched.
With the plan set, the two made their way back toward the Everstreif Empyrean World. The previous battle against the Root had been brief, but they had faced terrifying enemies and sustained serious wounds.
As they walked toward the portal, a faint smile appeared on Cain’s face.
"Who knows," he said lightly. "Maybe I’m just being paranoid, and everything will turn out fine."
Anark glanced at the Scarlet King and smiled faintly in return.
"If only we were that lucky."
With that, the two left the Golden Hall, the weight of countless lives resting squarely on their shoulders.

In the Eternitysoul Empyrean World, at the heart of the Endless Dream Kingdom, stood a massive palace.
Radiant and forged from living crystal, it glowed with a soft spiritual light that reflected the laws of the world itself. This place was reserved only for the highest echelon of the Empyrean World.
Deep within its most secure chamber stood Markin.
The Alpha-Omega Overgod Godslayer Human wore a solemn expression as he gazed upon the crystal cocoon before him. Forging it had taken immense time and even greater resources—and it had never been meant for him.
Inside the cocoon lay the body of an old man.
As Markin watched, the old man’s eyes slowly opened. They glowed with a terrifying might that made Markin’s body tremble involuntarily.
The old man ignored Markin entirely. Instead, he smiled softly as he sensed the laws and rules of the world around him.
"I am finally back home."
