The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 2520: The speed of the Flow

Chapter 2520: The speed of the Flow

"BOOM!" "BOOM!" "BOOM!" "BOOM!" "BOOM!" "BOOM!" "BOOM!"

Explosion after explosion echoed across the battlefield as a relentless barrage of attacks, each carrying Peak Alpha Omega Overgod power, slammed against a massive force field. The sheer destructive force behind every strike was enough to cripple Empyrean Worlds—shattering continents, boiling oceans, and erasing entire biospheres within days.

And yet...

The barrier had endured for months.

This was a level of power that could only exist within a universe standing on a fundamentally higher echelon of existence—a realm where Fourth Realm lifeforms lived and fought, where the laws of reality themselves had been enhanced to such an extent that even the self-destruction of Limit Third Realm beings could not inflict permanent damage upon the cosmos.

This was Paradise.

While the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe enjoyed a temporary peace—brought about by the shifting balance of power within the Nine Empyrean Sun Alliance and the Worlds of the Root—the calm within the Eighth Realm of Paradise was coming to an end.

High in the sky, the Nirvana Crown Prince stared at the cracks spreading across the force field.

A deep sense of frustration and inevitability crept into his heart.

He had waited as long as he could.

But it was now clear—the Realm Barriers would not weaken before the force field shattered completely. And that meant there was only one path forward.

War.

Running was not an option.

Without his leadership, Shakra and his forces would slaughter the warriors of the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom without mercy. And afterward... they would hunt him down. Alone, he stood no chance against them.

The Crown Prince released a slow breath.

All hesitation, all doubt—gone.

Replaced by focus.

By killing intent.

There was no point dwelling on how things had reached this stage. The past no longer mattered. Only the present battle did.

His gaze shifted across the stronghold.

He studied the offensive formations and the disciplined battalions of the Blutlinie forces. Then he gave a small nod to himself.

He had not spent these months idly waiting.

He had prepared.

Every formation had been analyzed. Every weakness addressed. Every contingency accounted for. The army stood ready—and so did he.

There was a plan.

A clear, calculated plan.

But then...

His eyes moved toward the one variable he could not control.

A faint frown appeared on his face as he stared at a distant tower—the domain of the Red King.

That man had spent every military credit at his disposal, acquiring a vast quantity of cultivation resources. Day after day, he had secluded himself, training without pause.

On the surface, that was good.

A prepared warrior was always an asset.

But there was another possibility.

He might be preparing to run.

And even if the Crown Prince was confident in defeating him, stopping his escape—especially with the enemy army so close—would be nearly impossible.

The thought lingered for only a moment before he pushed it aside.

He took a deep breath and sent a message.

"It is time."

The moment those words echoed through the stronghold, tension gripped the Knights of the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom.

None of them liked the Red King.

His arrogance was boundless, his presence overbearing.

And yet...

None of them could deny his strength.

He was a monster—one that stood on the level of Kings. In a battle like this, his power could very well determine the difference between victory and annihilation.

No response came.

Only silence.

The tension thickened—

Then suddenly—

A blur of golden light flashed across the battlefield.

In the next instant, the Red King stood before them.

His mask concealed his face, but the golden glow radiating from his eyes was unmistakable—filled with excitement, with anticipation.

The gathered warriors didn’t know whether to laugh or despair.

They stood on the brink of a life-and-death battle...

And this man looked as though he were walking into a game.

The Nirvana Crown Prince, however, paid no attention to his expression.

What unsettled him was something far more troubling.

That movement.

He had sensed no disturbance in space. No fluctuations, no distortions—nothing that would indicate teleportation.

And yet...

He hadn’t been able to follow the Red King’s motion with his eyes.

There were only two possibilities.

Either the man had moved so fast that even he could not perceive it—

Or he had teleported without relying on space itself.

Both were terrifying.

A dangerous thought surfaced in the Crown Prince’s mind.

’Once this is over... I need to kill him.’

The Red King’s growth was far too alarming. The Crown Prince could not allow such an unpredictable entity to exist within his domain.

Of course, none of those thoughts showed on his face.

But to Cain...

They might as well have been shouted aloud.

Through the golden glow of his eyes, every flicker of intent was laid bare.

And yet, it did nothing to dampen his excitement.

On the contrary—

He was thrilled.

It had been less than a year since his last breakthrough, and his body and Ancestor Path had not seen significant advancement since then.

But his mastery of the Flow...

That was different.

There, he had taken a step forward.

And now—

He was eager to test it.

"To what are we waiting?" the Scarlet King asked, his voice calm yet brimming with anticipation.

The words snapped the Nirvana Crown Prince back to reality.

His eyes sharpened.

He gave a firm nod, glancing at the rest of his troops before clenching his fists with resolve.

That single motion triggered the final sequence.

The force field surrounding the stronghold began to glow—brighter and brighter—its energy surging to unprecedented levels.

Then—

It detonated outward.

A massive wave of light and power erupted from the barrier, colliding head-on with the incoming barrage from the Eternal Soul Kingdom. The explosion swallowed the attacks whole, halting their advance and blinding the Royal Blutlinie forces in a flash of overwhelming radiance.

For a brief moment—

Silence.

Then—

The battlefield erupted.

The final battle between the Eternal Soul Realm and the Inquisition forces of the Immortal Nirvana Kingdom...

Had begun.
