The Epic Tale of Chaos vs Order

Chapter 2551: Chaos Scarlet Throne (II)

Chapter 2551: Chaos Scarlet Throne (II)

The three Royal Guards watched in silence as bodies rained endlessly from the sky, falling in vast torrents into the Ocean of the Blood Sun. Each corpse vanished beneath its surface, devoured and assimilated. With every wave, the ocean pulsed and expanded, its growth visible even to the naked eye.

At first, the expansion was gradual, but it quickly became overwhelming.

The ocean swallowed entire mountain ranges, its crimson tides surging forward with unstoppable force. Cities disappeared beneath its surface, reduced to nothing more than fuel for its evolution. It did not stop there. Its reach extended outward, connecting with other massive bodies of water, consuming them entirely, along with every lifeform that dwelled within.

Its size grew to an unimaginable scale.

And yet, after thirty-four hours of continuous expansion, it suddenly stopped.

The ocean did not cease its devouring. Waves continued to rise and fall, absorbing everything that entered its domain. However, something had changed. The entire mass began to vibrate, trembling as if struggling against invisible restraints.

It was as though it had reached a limit.

The vitality and energy coursing through the Ocean of the Blood Sun rose to an extraordinary level. The sheer density of power began to affect the laws surrounding it. The sky above turned scarlet, painted by the radiance emanating from below. Massive storms formed, their towering pillars stretching all the way to the firmament, shaking the very structure of the Ninth Realm.

Still, Cain did not stop.

He continued summoning bodies, feeding the ocean without pause. Every last fragment was consumed and assimilated with perfect efficiency, leaving nothing behind.

Days turned into weeks.

Finally, the last wave of Blutlinie corpses descended and was absorbed into the ocean. The moment the final body vanished beneath the surface, the Ocean of the Blood Sun erupted into violent motion.

It trembled with such ferocity that massive earthquakes spread across an entire quadrant of the Ninth Realm. The ground fractured, and the air itself seemed to warp under the pressure.

And yet, even after all that, it still could not take the next step.

Cain frowned slightly as he observed the situation.

After a brief moment of thought, he raised his hand.

Three bodies appeared in the air.

The Royal Guards’ eyes widened instantly. They recognized them without hesitation—those were their original bodies. Losing them would not destroy them, but it would mean having to forge new ones, a process that would take considerable time and prevent them from fighting anytime soon.

Cain was fully aware of that, but it was not a problem.

From the beginning, he had never intended for the Royal Guards to participate in the coming battle. While they were powerful, especially Morningstar, their strength meant nothing against a true Fourth Realm existence. At best, they would serve as a distraction. At worst, they would become liabilities.

It was far better for them to remain safe within his soul while the Scarlet King ensured that he alone would be strong enough to face what was coming.

Their bodies, however, held immense value.

Satan, Hades, and Morningstar possessed power comparable to Late Alpha Omega Overgods, with Morningstar even rivaling those at the Peak. More importantly, their bodies were forged directly from the core essence of the Ocean of the Blood Sun itself.

Returning them to the ocean would not simply increase its power—it would complete it.

The moment those bodies were absorbed, everything changed.

The violent tremors ceased instantly.

A profound stillness replaced the chaos as the energy within the ocean began to compress. It grew denser and denser, its vitality and cosmic force condensing into a level far beyond what it had previously reached.

Then, without warning—

A colossal explosion erupted.

"BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!"

Energy surged outward in all directions, radiating like a newborn sun. The intensity of the radiation scorched the surrounding shores, igniting massive waves of fire that spread across the land.

Space itself cracked under the pressure.

Even the Universe Matrix manifested faintly, as if acknowledging the birth of something catastrophic.

Cain instinctively raised his arm, shielding his eyes as the blinding radiance burned against them. The light became so intense that he could no longer perceive anything around him. Without hesitation, he sent the Royal Guards back into his soul, while his Chaos Wings folded inward, forming a cocoon around his body.

Inside that protective shell, he endured the storm.

Hours passed before the radiance finally subsided.

When the Chaos Wings slowly unfolded, Cain gazed upon what remained.

The Ocean of the Blood Sun had not grown larger.

Yet its essence had transformed completely.

Its surface shimmered with an almost incomprehensible density, so thick that it appeared impenetrable. A radiant glow emanated from within, giving the impression that the very fabric of the Universe Matrix had been etched into its depths.

Cain clenched his fists.

He could feel it clearly.

The entity before him had reached the Fourth Realm.

Of course, calling it a true Fourth Realm powerhouse would be an exaggeration. It lacked will, consciousness, and the ability to wield its power. It was nothing more than an immense reservoir of vitality and cosmic force.

Even if Cain were to abandon his Royal Blutlinie body and merge back with the ocean, he would not be able to utilize its full potential. His soul and mind were not yet strong enough to control such overwhelming power.

But that did not matter.

He did not need a perfect body or a battlefield.

He needed a vessel.

A foundation upon which to forge his Chaos Scarlet Throne.

And now, he had it.

Excitement surged within him, but Cain suppressed it immediately. This was only the beginning. The first step had been completed, but more remained, each more difficult than the last.

Taking a deep breath, he cleared his mind.

Then, with a single thought, his Chaos Wings spread in their full splendor.

They extended outward before plunging into the Ocean of the Blood Sun like massive spears, reaching to its deepest level.
