Chapter 1058: Bearing Witness To Greatness.

Just as Muni asked himself that question, the grand will of the universe descended onto the scene, and the area around Loki froze. The entire crystal city and its environment froze as if gripped by a colossal force. This time, the change was too difficult to hide.

Mortals all over the world didn’t notice what was happening at all. They went about their day as if nothing had happened, but every divine being noticed.

Not only the divine beings in the Central Domain of the Blessed Heaven World, but every divine being in the Blessed Heaven World, and every divine being in every world in the Sea of Worlds noticed this development.

The whole of the Sea of Worlds noticed the descent of the grand force of the universe. Even Dao Lords were alarmed.

Most of the divine beings who were able to perceive the grand force with their Insight Stat were confused as to what it was. Only a select few who had been there when the Sword Way Sect recognized this grand force had an idea of what it could be related to.

But these divine beings didn’t want to believe that what they had witnessed that day was happening here today. Only the Dao Lords were certain of their conjecture.

Because of how sure the Dao Lords were of what was happening, eight rifts immediately appeared in the sky with eight multicolored eyes peering through the world with curiosity and some with anger.

In the eyes of the Dao Lords, a pillar of golden light had appeared within the Sea of Worlds. This pillar came from the sky of the Sea of Worlds and terminated at the Central Domain of the Blessed Heaven World.

Everything that the golden light touched was frozen. As Dao Lords, they knew even their attacks would be frozen by this golden pillar of light, so there was no way they could interfere with the process and stop it.

In fact, based on their previous experience, anyone who tried to interfere with the bestowal of the grand of the universe stood the risk of receiving a backlash as punishment for their actions.

The level of backlash was directly proportional to the amount of interference and the qualifications of the person receiving the bestowal. So a small amount of interference performed against someone with high qualifications can create a backlash strong enough to kill the person interfering.

They knew this from experience, so no Dao Lord made an attempt to stop the advancement. However, this only made the angry ones angrier.

One of the angry Dao Lords said, "Who dares to break my rule? Show yourself?"

As if to answer him, another golden pillar of light descended from the universe. The golden light fell onto an empty space in the Sea of Worlds.

This new development attracted the attention of every Dao Lord. They all turned to look at the new golden pillar of light. As they watched, they saw the empty space ripple like the surface of a pond.

As space rippled, something that had been buried within the emptiness of space rose to the surface, becoming clear. The Dao Lords saw that it was a Cave Heaven. They also saw that there was a glittering star that seemed to be made out of fragments of mirrors at the center of the Cave Heaven.

When the Dao Lord who shouted earlier saw this, he said, "Damn it. It is Wandering Thief. So this is where he has been hiding all along."

Unlike the first golden pillar, this second pillar didn’t stay for a long time. It finished what it came to do in a few seconds and left before the first golden pillar was done.

When the second golden pillar of light left, the Cave Heaven had disappeared. In its place was a young man. The young man had playful eyes, and beneath him was a super world.

His skin was smooth, but his body was cracked like a damaged porcelain doll on the verge of breaking. However, a bright light was bursting out of the cracks in his body as if a great power was buried within him, making it impossible to consider him weak and underestimate him.

In fact, the light bursting through the cracks in his body was so bright that any mortal who gazed at him would go blind, and no divine being could see his true form because he was too bright.

For divine beings, he was only a giant made out of light as tall as the heavens. His head reached the limit of the Sea of Worlds, and his feet seemed to pierce into nothingness below the world. Only the Dao Lords above could actually see the true appearance of the young man.

The young man looked in the direction of the first golden pillar in surprise and said, "It seems I have underestimated this fellow Daoist."

Then he cupped his hands in Loki’s direction and said, "I’m sorry, fellow Daoist, for stealing your thunder. I hope to have a chat sometimes."

After apologizing, he announced to the whole world, "This humble Daoist has brought the Space Pathway, the Freedom Pathway, and the Thieving Pathway to the Sea of Worlds. I welcome the world to come and partake in the wonders of these pathways with me."

His voice wasn’t loud, and he wasn’t exerting effort to project his voice, but everything he said was clear and audible to everyone in the Sea of Worlds. This time, even the mortals in every world heard his announcement and finally noticed that something was going on.

As he spoke, a third golden pillar appeared in the sky. This took everyone by surprise. Even this young man was surprised, and he turned to look in the direction of the upstart.

The golden pillar fell in the Blessed Heaven World for a second. But it didn’t fall into the Central Domain like the first pillar. Instead, it fell into the West Domain.
