Chapter 1232: To Do List.

On the surface, the Death Dao seemed weaker than Space Dao and Time Dao, but this was not so because someone killed by the Death Dao would not be able to use time to undo the death. Death by the Death Dao is final, unlike Death by the Killing Dao, displaying the difference in magnitude between a Cosmic Dao and a Grand Dao.

While Cosmic Daos are relevant across time and space, Grand Daos are only relevant for a certain subset of reality. For example, the Knowledge Dao governs all kinds of knowledge in the world, while the Truth Dao only deals with knowledge that can be seen.

The scope of relevance further narrows for Major Daos. In general, any Major Dao must have something to do with the basic elements of a person or the world.

For example, the Soul Eater Dao, which helps cultivators prey on souls; the Spirit Medium Dao, which helps cultivators communicate with souls; and the Soul Dao, which helps cultivators strengthen their souls, all relate to the soul, a basic aspect of a person’s existence.

Likewise, the Precognition Dao and Fortune Dao all rely heavily on using one’s Perception or Insight to see different kinds of things.

In the same way, the Anger Dao, Sadness Dao, Joy Dao, and Lust Dao all deal with emotions. Then Emotion Dao encapsulates all of these feelings into one Grand Dao.

As for the Minor Daos, they are the ones with the least relevance. Their relevance is tied to an individual’s identity. This could be their race or their job. Examples include Human Race, Insect Tamer, and Swordsman, also called Sword.

All of these Minor Daos are subsets of the higher Daos in one way or the other. For example, the Sword Pathway is a subset of the Earth Pathway, a Major Dao, since a sword is forged from metal acquired from the earth.

The Sword Pathway is also related to the Forging Pathway, which uses Earth, Water, Fire, Wind, Lightning, and even the flesh of various races to forge weapons and other kinds of artifacts.

Despite knowing this, he was still impressed that the Farming Dao is a Grand Dao while the Farmer Dao is a Minor Dao. Apparently, the farmer and the process of farming differ in significance and relevance to the universe.

When he thought about this, he said, "It makes sense, actually. A farmer plants and raises plants, while planting is the act of planting and raising things."

"A farmer deals with plants, but someone proficient in the act of farming can use humans as seeds and plant them to nurture them or turn plants into humanoid beings."

"At the end of the day, the universe gets to decide which is more valuable. When a Dao has restricted capabilities, it will automatically be less valuable," he said as he returned to work.

The 57 Supreme Metacs are his life’s work so far. They are his pride and joy. When other Dao Lords can only have a maximum of ten, and most of them will only have five, he has 57 of them.

He started collecting them from Money Body’s Dominion Supreme Metac. Since then, he has acquired more than 50 more Supreme Metacs, and he has no intention of stopping.

Some of them were acquired from duping Rank 9 Initiates, some from helping Rank 9 Initiates, some from killing avatars of Dao Lords, many of them he made himself, and the rest from exchanging them with other Dao Lords.

Aside from the fact that these Supreme Metacs make him stronger by expanding the 4-D prototype, which is already enough to be highly valuable, he also finds them important because he can take them along with him when he reverses time.

There are many ways for Dao Lords to become stronger, which include the acquisition of more Domain Power and the utilization of Celestial Artifacts. But accumulating Supreme Metacs and converting them into divinity in the 4-D prototype is still his favorite option, simply because whatever work he does will not be erased and forgotten after reversing time.

’But I should think about building a Celestial Artifact, though. Of course, it won’t be something like what the Gemini younglings are doing to be like me. The Celestial Artifact should strengthen me directly.’

’I’ll think about it when I hit a slump in my strength. For now, I should keep trying to get more Supreme Metacs and expand my Domain Power.’

’Now that my conversion efficiency is 8%, I only need three weeks more to reach 10%. Once I get there, my Domain Power will double.’

The fourth thing on his list is to expand his sect. With the increase in the influence of his sect, the higher his supply of lifespan will become, and the higher the supply of lifespan, the more he can train his conversion efficiency and the more experiments he can perform with Divine Metacs to make more Supreme Metacs.
