Chapter 1242: The Third Move.

Since the avatar couldn’t leave the range of the golden mountain, as long as Martial Will escaped before the avatar arrived, there would be nothing he could do. He could only watch Martial Will destroy the golden mountain.

But sending his true body to fight was not a good idea either. After all, the fall of his true body meant true death. Clearly, Heavenly Eye wasn’t willing to limit herself to weakening him and taking the title of Mountain Lord from him.

Just as he was thinking about what to do, he sensed some changes in the lower realm. Apparently, Tepid Scholar, Heavenly Eye, Martial Will, Sword Maestro, and Harem King were all establishing Domains throughout the lower realm.

There were currently 8 super worlds, of which one belonged to Wandering Thief, three belonged to Heavenly Eye, and the remaining four were the old ones.

The five of them were working together to establish Domains on every super world except the one belonging to Wandering Thief, instead of antagonizing each other.

This was the exact thing he had wanted to avoid by not pressuring the Dao Lords into letting him establish a Domain on all of their worlds.

’It would seem I can’t escape this. I bet it was Heavenly Eye that initiated it too. She did so in the previous timeline, so it should be her,’ he thought with a frown.

Actually, he was prepared for something like this. He knew she was likely to resort to playing like this if he tried to take her three hidden worlds. But he went ahead to encroach on the three large worlds because he believed he could handle her tantrum.

The problem was that he was now in danger of losing his Domain Power. Either Martial Will would succeed in weakening him or succeed in killing his true body. Neither option was good.

’These pieces of shit. It is not as if I don’t have the power to crush them. I have the power. I just can’t show it,’ he thought bitterly.

As his thoughts were whirling in his mind for a solution, Heavenly Eye’s avatar finally spoke. It said, "What do you think about my truce now?"

"Fuck you," Loki said in reply.

He had to say that because if he allowed her to establish her Domains without restraint, she would be able to establish a Domain of 14.1 billion square kilometers on 7 super worlds. That would provide her with a total Domain Power of 98.7 billion square kilometers.

In comparison, he could only get 8.1 billion square kilometers from one super world. So even with 8 super worlds, including the one belonging to Wandering Thief, his base Domain Power would be 64.8 billion square kilometers. With that kind of difference, he would be playing with fire to allow her to spread her Domain without restrictions.

"Why must you be like this?" she said with a sigh. "If you keep resisting, I will be forced to up the ante."

In response, he sneered at her and said, "Do your worst."

She could only shake her head before walking down the golden mountain. As soon as the avatar left the range of the mountain, it shattered into tiny glittering fragments and disappeared.

She left the Divine Court, taking her Domain Power with her. Everyone in the Divine Court immediately felt the impact.

Without her Domain Power, the total Domain Power shrunk and fell below the 100 billion square kilometers mark. So not only did he weaken, but everyone’s Authority fell from 30 to 20. This reduced their Entropy capacity, making it easier for Martial Will to kill them with Entropy.

Just as everyone expected, Martial Will didn’t hesitate to hit the mountain. Not only that, but more figures appeared and joined the trend of hitting the golden mountain.

A scholarly young man with six arms appeared, followed by a busty woman with three breasts. Next, a red-skinned young man with a large claymore strapped to his back joined the scene. Then a spider-monkey climbed onto the mountain.

That wasn’t all, though. A large tortoise, a feathered humanoid being, and a short green woman with hair of flames also appeared.

These eight Dao Lords appeared with their true bodies and began attacking the golden mountain together. There was also a hidden eighth Dao Lord, but he couldn’t sense her.

They came in with great gusto and acted immediately. But as soon as his avatar made a move to descend, they would all run away.

This made him cackle madly and say, "Fine. You want to see my true body. I’ll show you my true body."

Already, his true body was rushing over. He was eager to fight them now before they succeeded in weakening him too much.

Even though the outcome of the fight, whether victory or defeat, was death, he was willing to fight just so that he could go down fighting.

As he began his journey, the invisible eye tracking him noticed. The eye relayed what it saw to Heavenly Eye, so she knew he was coming.

She, in turn, said to her partners in crime, "He is coming."

"Being a Mountain Lord doesn’t seem all cracked up as everyone made it to be if we can summon him to fight us so easily," Harem King said with a sneer.

"Don’t underestimate him," Heavenly Eye said, snapping at her. "He has a Divine Spark, so he will be very difficult to kill."

"I like foes who are difficult to kill the most," Martial Will said with excitement and anticipation.

"I will finally have my vengeance," Black Will said, his eyes spitting fire.

The news that Ragnarok was coming didn’t make these nine Dao Lords hesitate in their actions. In fact, it motivated them, and they smashed the golden mountain even harder.

To make matters worse, the news also wasn’t hidden for long because many Gemini younglings saw him running. Those who saw him told everyone, prompting every available Dao Lord to come and watch the fight.
