Chapter 1349: Back To Earth.
Chapter 1349: Back To Earth.
Klaus scanned the entire planet, his senses covering every nook and cranny.
He wanted to see what his wives were up to before revealing himself.
"Hmm, looks like they are spending time with their families." A smile appeared on his face when he saw his wives in different cities, rather than all of them being in Dream City, where Ohema had built their family home.
He had already anticipated that. But this is also good...
However, a painful expression crossed his face when he saw where Asha was.
After Queenie let them all go spend a couple of days with their families before getting back to their training, Asha left with Nia.
Nia’s family took her in when her parents died. So, in a way, they were her family too. However, considering everyone was spending time with their family, she also went to the cemetery to spend the afternoon with her parents.
She brought flowers and a picnic basket.
Her sisters would have joined her, but she asked to be alone for today. Making sure she had everything, she went there to spend a few hours with them before dinner.
She set the flowers down and laid a picnic basket out. This was something she used to do with her parents when she was young, and they were still alive. They loved to go on picnics.
After settling down, she took a drink and opened it with a smile on her face...
"Well, Mom, Dad, you are invited, I guess." She took a sip, then she added, "It’s been a while since I came here. In my defense, I was extremely busy. You know, I went from saving the planet to becoming absorbed in upgrading my insect army and even creating new ones.
I then went ahead to become an Immortal. Yes, Mom, immortals are real, and I am now one. This means I will live for millions of years. Too bad you guys aren’t here with me."
She took another sip, and then she opened a biscuit. The last time she saw her parents was the day she awakened her job class and elemental affinity.
They had big plans, with her mom hoping that all three of them would one day become Immortals. She wanted to live a long life and have fun with her family. It can be said that Asha got her sharp tongue from her.
She was a lively person, the kind who made sure their small home was always lively. Too bad she died before she could do all the amazing things she wanted with her family.
"But it is fine. I am happy now. Like I said the last time I was here, I have an amazing family now. They all love me and care about me, so you guys can rest in peace.
I will do well for myself, and one day, in the near future, I will become a god and make you happy and proud."
She took a third sip, then began narrating how large her insect army had become. Klaus appeared 300 meters away, but with his presence concealed, Asha didn’t sense him.
However, he remained hidden, overhearing all she had to say. After about an hour, he decided to approach her. However, just before he could make his move, he sensed something else that made him look up into the sky.
At the same time, in different parts of the planet, his wives all looked up, Asha included. Her armor appeared around her, and a spear appeared in her firm grip.
Linx and Jinx appeared beside her—both of them Immortals, too.
"Sorry, guys, duty calls." Asha threw them a kiss before leaving with her sisters. After they were gone, Klaus walked toward the tombstones.
He picked up the drink Asha was having and took a sip. "I promise to take care of your daughter. I will make her happy, so you have nothing to worry about."
He took another sip before walking away. Soon, he vanished from sight.
Meanwhile, 100,000 km from Earth, a spaceship came to a halt. 10 km away, Queenie and her sisters stood at the ready, every last one of them holding their weapons and clad in their battle armor.
Some of Klaus’s Beast Legion were also around. Asmodeus and the rest had decided to go out into the universe and explore it, so they were not around.
But even with them away, Queenie had the warriors to defend Earth whenever danger arose.
The formation Alina created for them had grown and expanded over the years.
Princess Eshira, ever the intelligent one, found a way to link her satellites to the formation, allowing them to sense when someone entered the formation’s range.
Just now, an unknown spaceship entered their range, and so, as they had arranged, every last one of them became alert.
The spaceship opened, and a young Human with face tattoos and a pair of horns stepped out. He was a Peak Real Immortal, so the moment he stepped out, he unleashed his aura, hoping to send Queenie and her sisters to their knees. However, to his shock, none of them flinched.
Seeing this, he resorted to using his mouth... "I am on a business from the Black Flag Syndicate. Step out of the way, or else we will move you."
Queenie smirked and pointed her red-bladed sword at the man. "This is a private planet. We have no business with anyone, so turn around and leave."
"I am afraid I cannot do that. We have detected a newly awakened planet here, and since the Black Flag Syndicate wants it, there is nothing you can do to stop us. Or are you planning on coming against the entirety of the Black Flag Syndicate and our leader, Immortal Lord Black?"
The mention of the Immortal Lord was supposed to show Queenie and her sisters that messing with them was not an option. However, instead of being afraid, the ladies chuckled.
This sight angered the Real Immortal, and the other who are still inside the ship. At once, nine more Real Immortals appeared, and then, a second later, a True Immortal also appeared.
He was also from the Human Universe, but his skin was lined with green scales, indicating he was a mutated human.
People like him chose to splice their DNA with that of beasts. He seemed to be a blend of human and lizard DNA. This caused his skin to turn that way.
However, it also made him dangerous, as shown by the looks on Queenie’s and her sisters’ faces. One Real Immortal was nothing, but ten of them—and even a True Immortal—were a significant threat.
The True Immortal looked at Queenie and her sisters, then unleashed his aura, causing them to drop to their knees as their expressions turned pale.
"This is an unregistered planet, so none of you has the right to stop us from coming. But even if it is registered, we are the fucking Black Flag Syndicate, so get out of our way, or we will have to kill every last one of you.
Personally, I hate to kill beautiful ladies like you, but to own a newly awakened planet—that would be just a small price to pay..."
Queenie tried to force herself to stand, but she couldn’t. She turned and looked at her sisters. They all seem ready to unleash their bloodline powers once she gives them the order.
She knew there was only one way out. However, just when she was about to unleash her last bloodline ability, which would have drawn the attention of the heavens, a familiar voice entered her ear, and the pressure bearing down on them was lifted...
"How unfortunate. I guess I now have to kill an entire syndicate, huh."
