Chapter 4406: A Surge of Inevitability

The moment she made a crushing gesture with her hand in his direction, Rui felt a tremendously powerful expanding force pulling on him from all directions, threatening to tear him apart. The sheer magnitude of the force was extraordinary. He felt like he was being pulled apart by two stars moving in the opposite direction.

Powerful enough to tear apart nearly any object.

Divine Mother —oo-oo— wasn’t merely trying to crush him; she was also trying to tear him apart at the same time.

After all, gravity was a two-way force. She had used her Webverse to increase the strength of the gravitational web between him and all other mass and energy. That web didn’t just pull on them to crush him; they also pulled on him towards them.

In all directions.

And yet, adapting to it was not beyond him.

Not even close.

He immediately deployed his Martialverse, transmuting the material composition of his body to become truly water.

’Let the forces flow and cancel each other out.’

If he was being pulled apart across his entire body, then he could prevent himself from being torn apart by ensuring that they canceled out.

And yet, that wasn’t even the real attack.

The real attack was the asteroids, the planet debris, and even the plasma from the Sun converging on him from all directions at increasingly accelerating speeds. He floated in outer space, twirling about as he saw a tremendous swirl of massive converging on him from all directions.

RUMBLE!!!!!

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!!

A tremendously massive impact crushed him from all directions, burying him in a massive tsunami of debris, plasma, and gas. They weighed millions of times more than what they would have weighed under a standard gravitational constant.

And yet, courtesy of the Divine Mother, she poured the power of her Webverse into altering just the strength of the web of gravity.

And yet, with each second, the weight only continued growing more and more intense.

First, it formed a mountain, before growing bigger and bigger, and hotter and hotter. The sheer amount of pressure rapidly caused the debris to melt, turn into lava, before going even further and rapidly turn into a plasma-like state.

The brightness and size of the body was so great that it could be mistaken for its own celestial body.

And yet, not once did Rui falter.

He calmly withstood the power, allowing the Divine Mother to attack him with everything she had. Even as he was drowning in extraordinarily hot ionized metallic nuclei, his ethereal eyes never once shifted away from the Divine Mother who floated in outer space, her hand still pointing at him.

With another, she immediately tried sending a message back home through a web of communication.

Rui had been waiting for it.

BOOOOOOOOOM!!!

A flood of the Tide of Samsara emerged from his moon-sized pressure cooker he was submerged in at the very center of, coursing towards the Divine Mother at high speeds. Her six eyes widened with shock, as her instincts tingled. She could feel the horrifying chaos and death contained within the true and original Tide of Samsara that erupted from within Rui’s body.

On top of that, Rui deployed his Martialverse to make the poison flow towards her with even greater speed and force than it would have been capable of otherwise.

It was a poison attack potent enough to snuff the life of even an Administrator.

She realized she would die if she didn’t defend against the powerful poison attack, forcing her to cancel her attempt to communicate with Arakaian Web Civilization. Her web stinger spewed a particularly special and powerful concoction of a web fluid.

One that she had developed herself.

"Web. Of. Anima," she whispered. From the edge of her web stinger, a fountain of net-like web connections emerged, spreading in all directions in an orderly and living manner.

SPLAT SPLAT SPLAT!

In order to defeat the power of chaos and death, one needed the power of order and life.

The web she spewed was made up of homeostatic negentropic superfluid. An esoteric substance that naturally adopted the lowest possible entropy state and could form complex structures that could integrate information, and thus create consciousness spontaneously.

RUMBLE!!!!!

The Tide of Samsara, the antithesis of life and order, immediately surged towards it as the two powerful entities consumed each other, causing the very fabric of space and time across the entire solar system to shake violently.

Rather than trying to contact her civilization a third time, she instead directed all her attention towards Rui.

"If I have to like you to communicate with my people, then so be it," she growled. "Your death was inevitable, one way or another!"

Rui was prepared to withstand more gravitational pressure. He expected that she would try to increase the gravity of what was now a planet crushing down on him with extraordinary pressure.

And yet, instead of a crushing gesture with her hand, her fingers flew outwards.

In a ’releasing’ motion.

"Liberation of the nucleus."

Rui’s ethereal eyes widened with shock as he felt the Strong Nuclear Force in all the matter around him suddenly snap. As if the gluonic webs that held protons and neutrons together in the nucleus had just snapped.

It resulted in the complete and total conversion of all the mass of the matter around him into pure energy.

She wasn’t capable of forming webs.

She was capable of dispelling them as well.

Faster than he could defend, Rui was engulfed in what was undoubtedly the single most dangerous attack that he had ever been struck with in his entire life.

The energy density formed many singularities, even going so far as to form a shell of singularities around him. And this time, the attack struck him true and straight, unlike the previous time a Divine Mother had thrown such a powerful attack at him.

This time, he wasn’t able to escape.

The very fabric of space and time shook with an unfathomable amount of violence, even tearing at the seams, opening up unreality and beyond.
