The mysterious police chief kept on killing police officers. The fallen Hunter glanced at the chat window and used a skill. Sharp winds gathered around him. They spun rapidly like the blades of a huge blender, blocking the enemy’s approach. With the skill information blocked, to Han Yuhyun’s senses it felt not like wind but like thin metallic weapons whirling around. His black hair fluttered in the gusts from the vortex.
“So the police chief’s victory condition is to get rid of the police?”
Instead of answering, Han Yuhyun swung his sword. The Ruler’s Sword bent in a wide arc, pounding on the shield of wind.
Clang!
There was a sharp sound as if metal struck metal and sparks flew, but only for a moment.
“Ghk!”
The black blade that shattered the wind sliced the Hunter’s throat.

One of the police chief’s victory conditions was that someone fulfilled their victory condition while all participants survived. But this was practically impossible. Also, thieves could not kill participants, but investors were different. They simply could not strike first, so an investor could still kill a thief or a cop.

The second victory condition, on the other hand, was easier than the first. All he had to do was use his authority to lure the police to secluded spots and take them out one by one. Since he could also see the police officers’ locations, he only needed to watch out for investors and the outlaw.

With a roar, flames shot up. The fire swallowed the fuel filling the station and swelled even more, engulfing the officer. Unlike an ordinary fire, the flames did not spread outside the station. As if trapped by an invisible wall, they swirled in a circle around the officer, growing hotter.
